• Jennifer (9/5): Enjoyed our stay would have been difficult without a great receptionist to show us the way. Lacked a mini market nearby. - Our room was a corner queen very spacious after living on top of each other elsewhere. There was one excellent receptionist named washim who could not help enough. What an asset he is to the Hampton. Dining room at breakfast was like a large food hall noisey over crowded at times. Could be designed better. No frig in rooms.

• Hubert (10/5): Cudowne Panie ze śniadań zrobiły nam pobyt - Cudowne Panie z obsługi śniadań. Wszystko było super. Śniadania smaczne. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki i sprzątane pokoje. Obsługa recepcji miła.
• Hannah (10/5): - Location is great, 5 min walk from the DLR making it easy to get into the city centre. Really nice rooms, clean, comfortable beds, towels changed every day, quiet considering it is opposite the airport with a view of the runway. Great breakfast, hot and cold food, plenty of pastries and loved the waffle maker. Will be back.

• MaGrGeMa (8/5): Good night sleep only steps away from City Airport - 20 minutes walk to city airport (that the main reason, why I booked this hotel) - quiet room - good and comfortable bed - small 24 hours fitness room - friendly and very efficient employees The scrambled eggs were very tasted awful, most likely from a powdered egg mix full of preservatives… far away of the natural product - at least the porridge was good.

• Glenda (3/5): Never again. I can honestly say it’s we worst bed I have ever slept in - Location The beds was terrible, never slept the first night had to change rooms the second night as the mattress was so springy and the bed moved and squeaky was you turned over, absolutely nightmare.

• Daan (8/5): Walking distance to ExCeL and city London Airport. - The breakfast was very nice, with a wide array of choices, the staff were friendly and helpful. And the room was clean. Walking distance from ExCeL center. The decor and rooms are a bit outdated, the room is absolutely fine but it doesn't really feel worth it for the price range. If you expect a luxury feel from a "By Hilton" hotel, it isn't this one.
• Adam (6/5): - I liked the staff, they were very kind and helpful. They always had smile on their face and kindly greeted me:) For the price of 200+ € a night, one expect fine breakfast. This was very far from fine. Eggs tasted like made from powder, instead of fresh eggs. When I asked receptionist, why it tastes so bad, she said, this is pre-cooked eggs. Come on. For 200+ € a night, you can at least make fresh eggs, right?
• Alex (6/5): Ok but overpriced for the standard - Food was good, beds was comfortable The room wasnt as clean as ive had expected from a Hampton by Hilton hotel. There was dust and debris around the edges of the room, dust on most of the surfaces and the bathroom didnt look like it had been thlroughly cleaned in a while.

Esimene öö täitsa magamata seetõttu. Kõik teised ööd olin sunnitud magama lapse kõrval lahtikäiva diivani peal. St. võiks olla võimalus valida kahte kokkulükatavat voodit/kahe madratsiga voodit.

• Deborah (8/5): A short visit at a comfy hotel within easy access of central London - It was available at shortish notice near to Greenwich on marathon weekend. It was fairly easy to find and in short distance of the DLR and buses. The price of beer, but it is London.

• Cristiane (1/5): terrible - I paid £360 to arrive tired from a long trip and the room smelled of diarrhea. It seems the last guest left and after that the room wasn't properly cleaned. I've stayed at this hotel before and it was better, but this time I had a horrible experience. I arrived at 1 AM and the room smelled strongly of diarrhea. My daughter and I almost vomited. They put me in a small room, even though there were three of us. The breakfast was terrible; there was no variety of fruit, just chopped oranges and bread. There were no healthy options, only very heavy and greasy food. I paid 360 for one night to go through this situation, I really didn't like it.
