Breakfast view was beautiful overlooking roof tops and staff were very attentive making sure all breakfast needs were met ! Stairs like anywhere in Europe but staff were amazing and took our bags to the room

Jeśli jeszcze przyjadę, postaram się zatrzymać w tym samym miejscu. - Urokliwa stara kamienica, pokój bardzo wygodny, łazienka nowoczesna i czysta, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Śniadanie na dachu bardzo nam się podobało i było smaczne. Personel bardzo, bardzo życzliwy. Lokalizacja świetna- do wszystkich atrakcyjnych miejsc można dojść piechotą 15-30 min. W odległości kilku minut spaceru mnóstwo restauracji, kawiarenek i lodziarni. Nie mam negatywnych uwag

• Justyna (10/5): Amazing. - The location is phenomenal, and the staff were very kind. The rooftop is also an amazing way to start your day in Rome. The single room has very slim and steep stairs, so if you have any difficulty with mobility this would be difficult.

Todos que nos atenderam foram extremamente solícitos, educados e simpáticos. Quarto limpo e cheiroso, roupa de cama deliciosa. Um bônus é a água grátis disponível na pousada. Tomamos café da manhã apenas um dia mas foi bem servido. Lembrando que não tem elevador mas não atrapalhou em nada. O anfitrião nos ajudou a subir com as malas e a escada não era íngrime e nem estreita.

Anyone with mobility issues may struggle due to amount of stairs and the steep stairs to the mezzanine sleeping level.

Our room was spacious, airy and had a very comfy bed. The outdoor terrace (with breakfast) was the highlight of this accommodation. And the location was perfecto! We loved everything however the stairs might pose a problem for some travellers. Jose was very helpful with our bags on arriving and checking out.

Wonderful location. It is difficult to assess location and property when viewing online. I was very pleased with both. The weather. It was too cold to enjoy the balcony and breakfast. You can most likely not do anything about this.

Easy walking distance to all the main attractions and very close to great restaurants, bars and boutiques. We had a very comfortable apartment and access to pretty roof terrace. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful especially Jose. Great local knowledge and advice. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

• Chris (10/5): Lovely place to stay in a lovely city. - We had a suite, 2 bedrooms one for my son and one for me and my wife - it was very comfortable and well supplied. Jose couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, we were given contact details and told we could call if we needed anything (even if we got lost!). He gave us a map and marked out a route so we could take in the main sites and provided recommendations on how best to enjoy everything - and lots of places to eat! Nothing, it was fab!

O terraço é maravilhoso, e as escadas estão decoradas com fotos de filmes antigos que foram feitos em Roma criando uma atmosfera especial ao ambiente. Tiene una tercera cama en una habitación que subes por unas escaleras empinadas, si eres joven no importa. La calefacción está bien. El baño es antiguo pero correcto. Hay un pequeño frigorífico que se agradece para tener agua fresca. Y café tbn en la habitación. Tarda bastante en salir el agua caliente y las escaleras empinadas para subir a la habitación. No tiene ascensor. Y no dan desayuno en esta época, fuimos en enero. Pero habría que subir dos plantas más y bastante empinadas para ir a la azotea.

• Olga (10/5): - Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. Ακριβώς στο κέντρο χωρίς να χρειάζονται μέσα μεταφοράς για τις μετακινησεις στα σημεία ενδιαφεροντος . Σε γειτονιά με café και εστιατόρια. Δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο και προστατευμενο απο θορύβους του δρόμου. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενεστατοι και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετησουν.
• Claire (9/5): Great location, good value accommodation in the heart of Rome! - Location was excellent, easy to get to all the sights, close to some wonderful restaurants and bars! Check in was really smooth, we were given a map and some hints and tips of what to do (thank you for flagging that as the first Sunday of the month certain museums were free to get into, so we benefited from visiting Castel San Angelo as the sun was setting on our first night for free!) Accommodation was spacious, really good high pressure shower, comfortable bed, coffee facilities in the room. Would definitely stay again when visiting Rome. It didn’t cause us an issue, but worth mentioning, the staircase up to the mezzanine sleeping area was quite steep and the mezzanine itself has very low headroom. As I said, didn’t cause us any issues, I really liked how quirky it was - but might not be quite as suitable for very tall people or those that aren’t quite so mobile.

He listened to our interests and helped us plan our trips. I was amazed by the restaurants he suggested. We truly enjoyed our time in Rome. Thank you for helping us enjoy the city like locals! We also appreciate the free water fountain. The cold still and sparkling water was a big help during the heat wave. Remember to pack lightly, as there's no elevator at the hotel. The drain in the shower was a bit clogged, but it was no big deal. We just had to turn the water to minimum.

• David Schultz (9/5): Nice room, clean and quiet. Wonderful location in the center of the city. - No breakfast in the off-season. We were there in January. Great location in the middle of everything. Just a block off the Navone Plaza. Some nice restaurants, bakeries, and bars in the area, some less than 20 yards away. The Welcome to Rome; location, just a block away, is a nice, fun, and informative introduction to the history and sights of Rome. The staff was very friendly. We were in the loft, and the loft portion where the bed was located was only about 5'6" high.
