- Colin (10/5): Very comfortable and quiet stay :) - Very central to everything in Martinsville ! Thank you for the amazing stay ! Need to change the scent in the rooms , a little too powerful and needs to be more natural!

- Kelvin (7/5): Definitely would stay again if passing through. - Room was very spacious and clean, good bed - slept well. Was up at 5:30 am and could not get hot water for 10 minutes for the shower.
Noise from room above was very loud, heavy stomping and dropping stuff on floor; however, quit at 10ish and was able to get a good sleep.
- Courtney (6/5): Convenient - Convenience and price
- Menzies (8/5): Clean and comfortable. - Location was great.
- Robert (10/5): Excellent - Rooms were clean and comfortable staff is very friendly and helpfull Nothing

- Arlie (6/5): Adequate. Plumbing didn’t work well - Didn’t have breakfast available We could hear adjacent room quite a bit
- Steve (7/5): It was a good place for a one night stay . Price def related to property - Good price point and ok place $200 deposit, door was hard to lock, Not super clean
- Marcel (10/5): - Clean room, liquor store bar & restaurant
Great stay ! Happy with the room
- lyle (10/5): - Good
- Kevin (6/5): - Clean room could not get hot water in shower
- Krystle (2/5): - Horrible place
- Catherine (6/5): - Good price but room very loud. Could hear everything the upstairs room said. No sound insulation on ceiling or door. Not sure why they would renovate and not sound proof. That and cleanliness is the most importance part of a hotel room. Cheap furniture and curtains but for the price I guess it’s to be expected. Would not stay again because of the sound proofing issue.
- Shaun (7/5): Clean, good location, had air conditioning. No frills. - Location met my needs. It was within walking distance of restaurants. A lady in the bar managed to sort out my check-in. I was glad it had air conditioning as it was hot during my stay. Door to the office was locked when I arrived, even though I had entered in that I would be arriving late. They had marked me as a "no-show". Maybe the website did not communicate with the staff? Also, check-out was listed at 11am, but the office was not open until 12pm. That made it a bit confusing as to what to do with the keys as there was no key drop outside the office.
- Siena (8/5): - Clean room
- chaluck (6/5): -
- Chelsie (10/5): - Great spot, clean, renovated rooms, will continue to stay here!
- Tanya (10/5): - After reading some of the reviews we were a little concerned about things but decided to give it a try since all other options would have cost us substantially more. We found no issues whatsoever. You do have to go to the Offsale to check in (which the door is clearly marked as the Hotel Lobby) but not sure why others had an issue with that. The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and it was quick and easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bar was no issue as we didn’t hear a thing and it was Saturday night. If you want new and fancy, feel free to spend the extra $50/night to stay in a chain hotel. If you want clean, comfortable and affordable this is a very good option.
- Brian and Carol (7/5): -
- Judy (10/5): - Great accomodation for short stay
- Jose Carlos (10/5): - Food at the owned adjacent restaurant, was excellent at a very reasonable price.
Large room with large Tv and large fridge.
Renovated bathroom.
Large clean bed and very friendly staff and Manager.
Thank you Renee and Morgan for all your professionalism.
This property does not have a dedicated lobby and is only opened between 10 Am and 10 Pm.
Excellent value for what it offers!
- Edward (7/5): -
- Donald (10/5): - clean rooms , and quiet .
- Diana (8/5): - It's clean. The ptice is reasonable.
- joyce (10/5): Great nights stay! - Great Inn. Very comfortable room. Excellent beds. Good dinning choices in the area. Would definitely stay here again.
- Leanne (9/5): -
- Heather (4/5): Won’t stay again - Location There were bugs, shower had a yellow substance on the wall, a/c was dusty
- Jerod (8/5): Very good - Fresh room with windows that open to let in fresh air.
Recently remodeled and the bed is comfy
- Daine (10/5): - I have to say I was underwhelmed by the outside. Ur as soon as I walked into my room it was instant comfort.
Hands down the best bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel.
Must try. Great rates too
- Pat (8/5): - Nice room for the price. Very friendly staff
- Dolores (8/5): - Great bed, clean smell, quiet, appreciated I could park my vehicle outside room, and economical if you just want a good sleep and a shower.
- Diane (4/5): - The hotel pictures on the site are not accurate. They are the reason I felt this was an ok place to stay.
Lobby door was hard to find and once inside I was standing in a dark, dirty liquor mart. That’s where check in was.
The room appeared ok, but nothing great. The bed looked clean but appeared to have been made by a child. Floors were laminate, so at least I didn’t have to wonder what might be in the carpets. Furniture was badly beaten up. Looked like it was a party or hangover hotel. No one available at checkout or for questions. Lobby/liquor mart doors were locked.
A/C didn’t work properly and noisy outside because I was in a back alley. Didn’t feel safe to open the window.
Under and behind the bed hadn’t been cleaned in months. Filthy place that I will avoid.
- B4795LEdianeb (2/5): Would not recommend. Quite a dive. - I knew as soon as I saw the outside that I would regret the decision to prebook this hotel. Dark and dingy when you finally find the right door to enter. All the other entrances were locked and the main lobby entrance was actually a liquor store entrance. Felt creepy and disgusting as soon as I came in.
Check in was ok. Room was surprising. Better than expected from what I had seen so far.
Floors were laminate so at least it felt cleaner than if it had been carpet.
Bed seemed clean but looked like a kid made it. Just kind of thrown together.
Bathroom had Lino on the floor and was old but clean.
A/C didn’t work and I was facing a back alley, so opening the window didn’t feel safe.
Definitely would not recommend this place. The only reason I took it was because the price was more reasonable than other hotels in the area. Most were around $200 per night. That is outrageous and totally unacceptable.
- Neal (10/5): Good price, very clean and very nice people! - For the price it was great.
- Makiko (8/5): Quiet and bed was comfortable! - Close to Saskatoon The bathroom latch was missing.
- John (6/5): - Okay
- Melanie (8/5): - Was a good place to stay for two nights. Rate is good. Saskatoon is only 10-15 minutes away. Quiet with comfortable beds.
- Darlene (6/5): - My first room was quite dirty, crumbs on bed, dirty washcloths in shower, dirty floor. The lady at the front desk was wonderful she gave me a different room. However after getting into the shower I noticed an opened used bar of soap and the tub was quite dirty. Cleaning staff should be improved. Otherwise no complaints.
- Diane (10/5): - The rooms were very big, for a Friday night is was quiet.
- Brad (7/5): Good -
- Jennifer (8/5): Happy to have a nice visit with family and a laid back vibe - Cherish was great :) she was very helpful !
Bar staff on first night a bit crusty but warmed up for sure...breakfast affordable and good value :) id stay here again ! Beds comfy tv was smart so I just popped on my Netflix ...idk it's not posh it's regular people hotel...the cab company wasn't as advertised for sure so investigate that if u need transport
However I'd rate this a 4 out of 5 :)
- Akura (10/5): - Love that the room smelt *CLEAN* & not just smelling of aresols. beds were comfy, pillows comfy, i had some issues with the AC, but it wasnt a make it or break it deal. other then the parking lot needing some love. it was a wonderful stay!
- Judy (8/5): Very good - Very clean and a super comfy bed
- Amy (1/5): Disgusting and loud - The lobby is a liquor store and the staff were very unfriendly. The room was spacious but so dirty. It didn’t look like the floors were done and everything looked dirty. The hotel is right beside a bar and there was loud drunk people all hours of the night. Other guest were screaming all night and woke up to RCMP banging on the doors early in the morning. Spend a little more and get something clean
- Toni (6/5): - Property needs a face lift. Sink was blocked in our room. Staff were not concerned enough to fix it
- Alondra (9/5): Adobe Inn is clean and comfortable. - The room was clean and spacious. The woman at the check in was really nice.
- Amanda (8/5): - The room we stay in was clean, would stay again. Affordable price
- Hilary (10/5): - I always stay here when I visit my kids in martinsville. It’s always very clean and quiet. The people running it are excellent. Thank you!
- Bill (10/5): - The axcces to the room was very private , very nice thanks for the stay
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yvonne (9/5): It was cozy, clean and the right price - It was all good Need more pillows on the beds
- Danielle (10/5): Good place - Check in is a little different, as the hotel lobby is the liquor store but other than that this is the perfect stop. The bar was bumping Saturday night and the noise does not travel to the rooms. Clean, quiet and thanks to Darrin who left his Netflix logged in we were very entertained.
- Teagan (8/5): Very good -
- Tracey (7/5): Rooms were clean and comfortable; not fancy but good value. - The beds, rooms, and bathroom were a very nice size and very comfortable. The shower curtain rod was rusty.
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeremy (10/5): - Clean and nice staff!
- Wes (10/5): Excellent hotel - Large room and didn't rush us out at 11 am No complaints
- Julie (8/5): - It was perfect for what I was needing for the weekend
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good - Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Not outdated but some of the renovations seemed like they could have been done better. That said for the price it was very good Beds could use more pillows. The pillows are very fluffy and offer no neck support. I had issues with a sore neck due to this but this is more of a personal issue than anything else.
- Brent (6/5): - We arrived late as our flight got in late. I was quite shocked that the first impression of the place was not nearly as tidy as the photo portrayed. The hotel is connected to a pub that was winding down because of the time but the front office to the hotel was, I guess, the liquor store and it was closed. The only way I could get in was through the back door of the pub and the staff there couldn’t figure out at first what to do with us. Shortly after though I was asked if I had booked with Expedia on line and that brought out a lady who seemed like the head bar lady and she did a wonderful job of getting us checked in. The room was ok at best, clean and tidy but the only picture was a sign on the wall by the mirror warning of a $200.00 fine for smoking. The beds were very comfortable and nice and we slept very well. It was quite quiet actually for the area by the highway that it was located. Thank goodness small town Saskatchewan has wonderful people because I would have to say that almost anywhere else we would have felt like we were in a very stabby neighborhood. Kudos to the nice lady at the pub for checking us in and the comfortable bed and bedding. The room in the picture portrays better than the actual. Probably wouldn’t return or recommend.
- Anita (10/5): - Renovated older hotel. Wondered what we were getting into when we had to register in the attached liquor store, but the rooms were great. Everything you might need.
- Alicia (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (6/5): - I thought the room was nice. The lack of a proper lobby was slightly inconvenient.
- Alex (7/5): Good -
- Michael (10/5): - Great customer service. The front desk officer was very polite and friendly.
- Chelsie (10/5): - Great place to stay when in town for a ball tournament.
- Sharyl (7/5): Great stay for when travelling with ball teams. - It is in a great location when travelling with my ball team. Close to the diamonds and I enjoy having the restaurant right there. I do wish there was a breakfast included or a discounted menu for people that stay at the Inn.
- Rita (9/5): Great staff and room was good, clean and new - We never had breakfast.Location was good for us to get to and from the ball diamonds Nothing
- Adam (7/5): Good -
- Joh (8/5): Clean and cofortable - Very clean, quiet and comfortable! Perhaps a little over priced based on value from city options
- Lianne (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and beautiful room.
- Alicia (9/5): Superb -
- Sharyl (8/5): Very good -
- Scott (9/5): Superb -
- Kevin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dave (3/5): At $99 we weren't expecting a lot, but the smell of smoke was a major negative. - The room was very clean, and appeared to have been recently renovated, painted and new furniture placed/installed. Presumably, because of the fire a number of months ago, there remains an acrid smell of smoke in the room and in the hallways and stairwell. It was irritating, and impossible to ignore, causing difficulty sleeping. We left as early as possible in the morning.
Also, the Wifi password provided didn't work, but we didn't bother to try to resolve that.
- Wes (10/5): Good hotel with large king room - Was a good location, and the wings in the bar attached were awesome 👌 Had a slight smell in the stairwell, not unpleasant, but a smell.
- Raymonde (6/5): Clean, comfy, friendly and convenient,. - Room was clean and comfortable Room was likely a smoking room in the past and could still smell perfumy air fresheners to cover the smoke smell... not very pleasant.
- Carol (9/5): Family trip - Very clean room, hospitality was great from the staff, quiet room The sheets smelled like they were over-bleached. I am allergic to bleach, so I was unable to sleep with a blanket covering me due to same.
- Neal (10/5): Very good for the price and location. - Great staff. Very clean room. Needs some renovation. Patch walls and some new paint. Other then that for the price great.
- Anita (6/5): - Nice sized room. Beds comfortable.
- Harry (6/5): - You through the Liquor Store to pay for the room, which was OK as I was alone with no children with me. You can enter the back where the rooms are through the back door in the Liquor Store but you can't come out that way. You have to exit through a side door. It was odd. However the price was inexpensive. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I'll stay again but I don't think my wife would care for it.
- Randy (2/5): - When you walk into a beer vendor and that is the front desk of the hotel and then dust everywhere. Broken baseboards rust in the shower. I could go on and on. Brutal
- Don (8/5): - The key’s for the doors no fighting with a worn card the tv wouldn’t work something about cable error
- Verified traveler (6/5): Its fine for a place to sleep but it’s not special - The hotel was fine. There was we only one pillow on the bed which was weird. Under the bed bad not been swept in a while. I didn’t feel safe with the locks on the door. The chain lock was on backwards so if you open the door it would slide open, provided no protection at all. I ended up propping a chair against the door to give myself a little piece of mind even though that wouldn’t stop anyone from coming in.
- Kaytlin (2/5): - Check in was a little confusing as everything is done at the liquor store till. Other than that the staff where very friendly and the room was clean and surprisingly large
- Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty - Pretty sure there’s a cockroach infestation. Seen 2 floating in the toilet and one crawling on the floor. Also a massive spider crawling on the bathroom wall.
- shawn (2/5): - There was an awful stink in the room like stinky runners. Didn’t go away.
- Sharyl (8/5): - Good place for the price
- Earl (10/5): - comfortable place
- aaron (8/5): Well worth the price - Wonderful hotel located in the heart of Regina, surrounded by anything you want and need. 10 minute drive to the airport, a 240 ft. waterslide, 12 person hot tub and shallow kiddy pool to relax and have some fun.
Industry standard white linen, pillows and towels, complimentary face soap bar, body soap bar, shampoo and conditioner. Room also features a large mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and wall mounted tv.
1star removed due to the AC unit not working. When entering the room, it was 23 degrees. I adjusted the thermostat to 17 and after an hour, the temp dropped to 21. Overnight the temp remained at 21 degrees.
.5 star removed due to tile chipping/shedding/wear in the pool area, creating floaties in the water
- Lorraine (8/5): - easy access and parking , restaurant and Bar right there
