CAmilo Bustamante (7/5): Un espacio funcional y con lo básico que se requiere (salvo WiFi) - Es una muy buena ubicación, a media cuadra de la Séptima, pero totalmente tranquilo y silencioso. Ideal para quienes requieran estar cerca de la Universidad Javeriana o sus alrdededores. El desayuno es básico pero rico. La capacidad de atender los requerimientos es reducida debido a que la recepcionista asume muchas otras labores, entre ellas cocinar. Aún así presta un gran servicio y es muy amable. El WiFi no es confiable. Tiene muchas intermitencias y baja navegabilidad. Las habitaciones se asignan a disponibilidad, no según la elección dentro de la App.

El servicio de recepción solo fue amable con una persona, el resto siempre tienen mala actitud especialmente el administrador, es grosero. Todo, desde el servicio y la atención pudo ser mejor, rescató que hubo una persona que fue muy amable en la recepción, pero en los cambios de turno fue algo terrible, las toallas estaban rotas todas, además de que se pidió servicio al cuarto y jamás lo hicieron, el administrador de hotel es bastante mal educado.

Lastimosamente de los 7 días que me quedé en el hotel dos veces olvidaron realizar el aseo y lo prolongaban hasta muy tarde del día siguiente. Además había ciertas cosas que le faltaban a la habitación como armadores para colgar la ropa, cambio de toallas y papel higiénico, por lo que tuve que bajar a recepción varias veces a solicitarlos.
ricardo (6/5): REGULAR ATENCION - Entregamos las llaves a las 10:00 de la mañana y cuando refresa.oa a las 4:00pm no la habian arreglado nos toco esperar a que hicieran el.aseo no nos habian dejado toalllas y toco ir hasta recepcion por ellas porque el citofono no funcionaba, la puerta del baño no le servia el seguro, habia jabon en la ducha pero no en el lavamanos tocaba entrar a la ducha para coger el jabon, el desayuno muy regular yo creo que se podria mejorar un poco sin afectar los costos, muy bien ubicado cerca a trasmilenio, zona tranquila, lo habiamos apartado por la pagina y decia que el costo era de $400.000 impuestos incluidos y la sorpresa fue que nos cobraron el 19% del iva toco pagar $476.000 imaginen donde no llevaramos mas dinero. Creemos que habia acaros porque nos empezo a picar todo el cuerpo al acostarnos

Luana Cláudia (8/5): Ótimo custo-benefício, voltaria tranquilamente. - Os atendentes do hotel são muito receptivos e atenciosos, educados e prestativos. O quarto é muito limpo, é servido um bom café da manhã. Achei baixa a iluminação do quarto, e como a janela estava voltada para os outros quartos tive que manter fechada.Não tinha ar condicionado ou ventilador, mas com o clima de Bogotá não precisou. O chuveiro era ótimo e o banheiro bem limpo. Um ponto bastante negativo é que não havia nenhum secador de cabelo no hotel, tive que lavar o cabelo em um salão das redondezas. A localização do hotel é ótima para quem terá atividades na Universidade Javeriana (3 min a pé). O local também é seguro. A internet pega bem em todas as partes do hotel. Ótimo custo-benefício, voltaria tranquilamente.

PeruTravelFamily (10/5): Great Option for Visiting Bogota - I had the privilege of staying at the Hotel Bogota Astral recently on a trip to Bogota. We were in the city for a week and spent almost all of our time in the hotel. We had come for a conference that was held at this location. I was very pleased with the location. Of course this is not a 5 star, luxury hotel. However, we were treated with 5 star service. I was very impressed with every employee from the moment we arrived. Literally everyone, from the maintenance man, the cleaners, the wait staff and the reception desk, everyone, was professional, kind and efficient. It was a fairly large property and there was much work to be done. They completed things very well. The rooms are simple, fairly small, but clean, modern and comfortable for this price range. For a large city hotel it was fairly quiet. There was plenty of hot water, it was actually almost too hot! The linens were of acceptable quality and were very clean. There was WIFI over the entire property and it worked well with only a few issues with it being slow. The on-location restaurant was excellent. We ate literally every meal at this restaurant and it was all tasty, well-prepared and hot. We had no "travelers stomach issues" which speaks highly of the food quality and cleanliness. Once again, the wait staff was outstanding. The location is convenient as it is just steps from major bus-lines and main streets. We easily walked to several nearby attractions such as the national museum. I would recommend this location, without hesitations, to anyone that is looking for a good economy, basic hotel. There is certainly nothing basic about their excellent service!
mrcass (10/5): Great location very safe - Had a month in Bogota and I stayed here for most of it. Perfect location for anyone looking to explore the city. A few minutes away is the national park. The area has everything one needs to survive. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a great price for the location.
