• Mayo (9/5): 安心して過ごせるマイホームのような場所 - 朝食は多彩な料理があり、すべて美味しかったし、フレッシュなものばかり。朝食会場は小さいが、待つこともなく入れた。(少し高い気もする) 立地は観光地や中心部からは少し離れるが、無料シャトルバスが週末には用意されていたり、車でも10分ほどで行けるので、騒がしさもなく過ごしやすい立地だった。 プールもジムも使えて、施設内は清潔。目の前にコンビニもある。 部屋の匂いがあまり良くなかった。水回りは特に少し生臭さがある。全体的に我慢できる範囲ではあるが、改善できるならして欲しい点。 コンディショナーインシャンプーであまり質は良くないので、泊まる人は自分でシャンプーコンディショナーを持っていくことを薦める。

Breakfast was excellent (probably the best we had on our 16 day vacation) , in Tay Ho so out of the hustle but close enough by grab to get down to the Old Quarter
• Nico (9/5): Return to Sherwood - Our second year returning to Sherwood as we find it is such a great base for exploring. The pool is always a highlight with the kids and the spacious apartment and delicious breakfast , the apartments are not super modern but have everything you could need and the staff are very accommodating.

The pool was big and clean, and the fitness facilities and golf simulator were fun during the midday heat. The location is great-- so many wonderful restaurant and shops to explore nearby.

You could see it, but wasn't a great view. Higher floors would be better for view. We were on the 8th facing lake and overlooking beautiful pool.

• Ignacio (9/5): - The room layout is spacious and functional with a simple, modern decoration. The staff is very helpful and tries to accommodate your needs. I asked for an air purifier, they provided a dehumidifier with a purifier mode which was not ideal, but helped. Breakfast is good, though there is not much variety. The location is about 15 minutes from the center by taxi. There are a few supermarkets nearby, but very few local food options.

• Rishi (10/5): Beautiful, well maintained, modern, and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. - The property is situated in a very nice area that has lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The property is very nice and well maintained. The room we were given was also very spacious, clean, modern, and overall a great place to stay. The staff were all very friendly, incredibly efficient, responsive to messages, and super helpful. I will recommend this location to anyone visiting Hanoi. One of the reasons we booked here was the use of the in room washer/dryer. If I could suggest any improvements I'd add an instructions sheet on how to properly use the machine, and tips on its effective use. While it worked great at washing, the drying was not good at all, and we had to pack still wet clothes into our bags.

• Lindsay (10/5): - The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online and on the phone trying to get in touch with Grab. He wasn't able to because their help center is only open during the day and it was after hours, but he did everything he could. Thankfully, the driver returned to the Somerset with my phone.
