• Elizabeth (10/5): - It did the job for one night At 8am house keeping knocked on my door twice and immediately opened the door, I didn’t get a second to yell out or open the door myself. They asked if a certain car was mine and when I said yes they closed the door again and left. It was very unprofessional and I’m glad I wasn’t getting changed. I wouldn’t stay there again because of that reason

• Peta (4/5): Nice location, but for those negative aspects we would not recommend. - Location was very good for us. Only 100 metres from where we were going. Near Ophir Hotel, and in between Maccas and Kentucky. Room was clean, and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Fridge was a good size and had a freezer at the top. It was nice to be able to have biscuits with the tea and coffee. Only 1 unplugged bedside light. I told reception the second bed didn't even have one and we would like one please. He came to the room with another one and he also had to move the large heavy bed to plug them in. I could never had done it. We had expected the information folder provided info about the room but it was after 10pm when we went to use the advertised free wifi and had no information. Apparently it is given on check in, but wasn't. We had to use wifi before the next day but couldn't. The bathroom had been nicely updated but was very small for a larger person.

I liked that room has got microwave, fridge and toaster. we were able to make own breakfast & lunch. car park. we arrived very late night and could not get car park spot in front of our room and ended up parking far from our room. • Anne (8/5): I would certainly stay there again - the owner/managers were wonderful, - I mistakenly left some personal belongings in the room which I didnt discover until my return home. I rang the motel (after hours, hoping to leave a message) but they answered and immediately set about recovering the items. They could not have been more helpful - for this reason alone I would not hesitate to stay there again! The facilities are getting a bit of age about them but the bathrooms appeared to be refurbished, and everything was very clean.
