- NIkodem (8/5): - Lokalizacja przy samym stoku , można zjechac na nartach do drogi przy której jest hotel. Śniadania są ok , duży wybór słodkości. Dostaliśmy pokój przed remontem, drzwi się nie chciały zatrzaskiwać , trzeba było zamykać na zamek. W pokoju nie ma żadnej szklanki ani małej buteleczki wody.

- Pamela (7/5): Ottima posizione, camera e letto comodi e puliti, hotel molto grosso dovevamo fare la colazione in un tavolo lontanissim - Camera superior comoda e spaziosa Posteggio a pagamento, gli altri hotel lo hanno compreso, il non avere la possibilità di cenare prendendo un piatto solo ma essere obbligati a prendere il menù completo.

Bagno della stanza molto brutto, poco funzionale e non finestrato. Inoltre l’acqua calda della doccia funzionava davvero malissimo (spesso non raggiungeva un calore idoneo ma alternava tra tiepida/fredda). In questo caso è intervenuto lo staff. Inoltre una sera siamo tornati e ci siamo accorti che c’era la finestra della camera aperta, evidentemente si sono scordati di chiuderla in fase di pulizie. Anche il numero delle spine un po’ scarsa (solo una accanto al letto matrimoniale e altre sparse per la camera).
- Krzysztof (8/5): Easy and convenient option for a skiing holidays. - The hotel is very conveniently located close to a gondole to get to the ski slopes. It is clearly well organised for skiing/snowboarding. There are facilities to store the equipment and easy access. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was plentiful, good quality and providing a lot of choices. The hotel is quite old, and although renovated, it has some issues. Traveling with a disabled person proved to be a bit of a challenge due to multiple levels and a lot of smaller and bigger stairs (although manageable, and the staff really helped). The sound insulation in the rooms left a bit to be desired. Also the internet access was pretty bad.

- Aleksander (9/5): - Hotel je blizu smučišča, do gondole je 50 m. Hrana za zajtrk in večerjo je raznolika, sveža in okusna. V kleti imajo garažo za parkiranje avta za 12€/dan kar je ugodno v primeru snežnih padavin. Bival sva v obnovljeni sobi. Pozen začetek večerje ob 19:30 uri.

- Francesco (7/5): - Colazione ottima!!!! La camera: diciamo che è l'unico aspetto migliorabile del soggiorno. Esteticamente non è il massimo, con un arredamento un po' datato e spartano. Per un weekend tra amici, dove tanto passi in stanza solo per dormire, va benissimo e non ci fai nemmeno troppo caso. Se fossi stato con la compagna, forse avrei preferito qualcosa di più curato e accogliente, ma niente di grave: è pulita e funzionale, semplicemente manca quel tocco in più per renderla davvero gradevole. Con qualche piccolo intervento estetico potrebbe fare un salto di qualità, visto che il resto dell'esperienza è stato positivo.
- dal canto (8/5): Nel complesso ottimo ma migliorabile - in primis il personale , attenti , cordiali sempre disponibili , ottima la posizione della struttura adiacente agli impianti di risalita , e non da poco la possibilità del posto auto al coperto impagabile , un a nota la devo spendere per la bontà del cibo offerto molto curato e buono , ottimo il buffet vario e ben presentato , la cena con proposte multiple e sempre stata ottima ricercata ben presentata i vari sapor ben distinti ed elaborati dallo staff della cucina Considerato il cambio della gestione alla fine della stagione scorsa , un riconoscimento bisogna attribuirlo alla nuova propietà , la struttura necessita di interventi sostanziali , ma gia in corso ,e lo si può vedere subito , esternamente ottima struttura , un piano e stato rifatto completamente , i restanti piani come da progetto saranno completati prima della prossima stagione invernale un grande sforzo che secondo il mio modesto parere arricchirà tutta la struttura , rimango in attesa delle nuove camere , visto che ho alloggiato in quelle vecchie non perfette e di vecchia fattura , una piccola nota negativa riguarda la temperatura della piscina un po bassa bisognerebbe alzarla di qualche grado , da rivedere la funzionaltà degli ascensori di vecchia concezzione .

- Tiziana (5/5): Recensione - La posizione della struttura è perfetta per chi vuole sciare in quanto è a pochi metri dagli impianti di risalita ed ha il deposito sci. Personale cortese ma a tratti poco organizzato. Piscina pulita con acqua non troppo calda. La doccia con acqua tiepida e mai calda e con lo scarico mal funzionante per cui si formava una piscina pochi minuti dopo aver aperto l'acqua. Io termosifone in bagno non funzionante. Le temperature notturne delle camere troppo alte e senza possibilità di regolarle. Per due sere ci sono stati problemi con la comanda del nostro tavolo.

- Jonny (8/5): - Prima di tutto metto lo staff perché é ciò che rende il soggiorno piacevole quando ci sono persone professionali, pazienti, cordiali e disponibili. La Posizione é perfetta, metti gli scarponi in hotel nella sala dedicata e sali negli impianti. Ottima la colazione, disponibile garage per l’auto e molto bene la pulizia delle stanze.
