- Véronique (8/5): - L’emplacement est idéal, près de la plage et du centre de Nha Trang. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et boutiques aux alentours. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Par contre, j'ai trouvé dommage que les réceptionnistes de l’hôtel ne parlent pas du tout l’anglais, ce qui rendait difficile la communication. Aussi, l’hôtel affiche qu'il est accessible à la plage, mais il n'y a que 10 chaises de plage pour tout l’hôtel et il y a des plages horaires de 3h seulement. Si vous souhaitez réserver une chaise, vous devez vous y prendre à 6h30 le matin même. Il y a beaucoup de variétés au buffet déjeuner, je conseille. Dans l’ensemble, l'hôtel est très bien et j'ai apprécié mon séjour.

- Leeferry (6/5): where's the view - We booked a two bedroom apartment with “ Panoramic Ocean Views” in October with the Maple apartments AIRBNB group to assure that we got the apartment we wanted and which we have stayed in three times in the past years.We arrived late evening after delayed flight and given our apartment assignment. Our apartment turned out to be a three bedroom with “limited obstructed Views” We called the Agents hotline and asked why we were not informed of the changed before arrival. No answer, but told the original apartment we booked has a” broken door” so not available. We were informed to contact the day agent in the morning. Inspection of the apartment revealed significant issues: the air conditioner remote was inoperative, the on button of the unit worked but only at the coldest and highest fan settings. We controlled the cold by opening a patio door to let in the heat.The couch was unusable being that the back did not lock in the upright position, The shower area had a great deal of floor mold , more then regular cleaning would show, the walls in the toilet area were smeared with white plaster paste over the black walls in childish manner. The master bedroom’s mattress, upon inspection ( always done to avoid nasty surprises) revealed the side of the mattress torn open due to wear and exposing many of the mattress coils and significant dust and dirt. Contacted the Agent the next day we were never told why we were not contacted about the change but told that the original booked apartment’s owner “ took back the contract “ and all others were full except for the one were were in. With a little encouragement, they “found” a second three bedroom unit with a “partial view “ of the ocean but not the “panoramic “ as we booked. Inspection revealed : the beds were 4 inch rubber mattress toppers over wood slats, very hard, they had a spare mattress which was 12 inches too small width wide but fit the bed. the couch had multiple fluid stains on the cushions which indicated lack of cleaning..they claimed ,cannot be cleaned even though it is a zippered fabric covering that can be removed for cleaning .They offered a sheet to cover the stains. a safety issue was that the water boiler is in the ceiling and not accessible to control easily , so unknown to us, it was turned on to the highest level, our 14 yo burnt her hand due to the water being just below boiling and caused minor blistering( fortunately, she was not taking a shower!)..when the agent was asked about this told that the water heater could not be turned down and unwilling to post a safety warning sign When we inquired about an apartment change ,the agent again reported no other units available due to “ overbooking” this time. We stayed because I was recovering from a bad bout of norovirus and did not have the energy to move . Sadly, the Maple had been a nice beachfront accommodation but gets a hard pass and not recommended by us due to the communication issues, cleanliness and health and safety concerns.

- Gabriele (8/5): - Das Studio Meerblick hat wirklich einen tollen Meerblick vom großen Balkon, von dem aus wir auch das wunderschöne Feuerwerk zum Neujahrsfest sehen konnten Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, verfügt u.a. über eine Küchenzeile mit Ceranfeld, großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach (sogar eine Waschmaschine steht auf dem Balkon bereit und funktioniert) Die Betten sind bequem. Das Bad ist klein, verfügt aber über eine große Duschkabine. Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, vom Croissant über Wurstaufschnitt, Eierspeisen, Fleischgerichte, Suppen, vietnamesische Speisen bis zu Pizza, Spaghetti, Salate....gibt es für jeden etwas. Der Pool ist sehr klein, es gibt nur wenige Liegen, aber man kann am Strand 3 Stunden pro Tag Liegen kostenlos benutzen (Badetücher gibt's an der Rezeption) Nun zum wenigen nicht so posiven: Im Fitnessraum funktionierte keines der Ausdauergeräte. Der X-Trainer ist wohl schon längere Zeit defekt ("schlägt durch"), das Laufband hat zwischendurch immer wieder Aussetzer.... Leider erfolgten in der den 2 Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes keine Reparaturen, obwohl die Mängel der Rezeption gemeldet wurden. Eine der Rezeptionistinnen hinterließ allerdings auch häufig den Eindruck, sie verstehe gar nicht, was wir wollen (und das lag nicht an sprachlichen Verständigungsproblemen)

- miseon (8/5): - 위치가 골목에 있어서 그랩을 이용하거나 골프를 치려고 하는 분들은 골목 밖 큰길로 나와서 그랩타야 하는 불편함이 있어요. 룸 컨디션은 굉장히 만족스러우나 아파트에 사는 주민&관광객이 섞여있어 엘리베이터 기다리는 시간이 꽤 걸립니다. 주방과세탁기가 있어서 골프치고 친구들이랑 룸 안에서는 편안히 넓게 잘 지냈으나 조식도 아주 간단했고, 엘리베이터가 조금 기다려야 하며짐이 많으을시 골목길 밖 도로가 150m 가량은 걸어나가야 하는 단점은 있습니다.
- Johnny Van (6/5): Bad swimming pool and gym. No view. - The room had no view. The hotel is located in a small alley and very difficult to drive in with mid-size car (7-seats). The location is though very central and just a short walk to the beach area and restaurants nearby. One thing is problematic is that this hotel also accommodate apartment owner and they use the same elevators (3x of them) and it is always crowded and slow. Swimming pool was the worst we have seen for a 4-star hotel. It was dirty and very very small. Maybe 4-5 kids inside and you feel already crowded. The gym is also poor. Dirty and no aircondition. Probably the worst I have seen.

J ai payé un supplément pour avoir un balcon : il était à 2 mètres de l'immeuble d'en face, donc vue sur un mur, on ne voit ni le ciel ni même le soleil. A ce stade on qualifierait plutôt ceci d'une chambre sans fenêtre. Très oppressant. La piscine est sale (eau trouble) pas de serviette fournie. Difficile de qualifier cet établissement d'hôtel 4 étoiles !

All staff were friendly and polite. Especially, Ms. Ha and her staff_Ms.Thao at receptions were very helpful when recommend some good eateries and coffee shops for us.
- Le (10/5): - We had a great stay! It’s a close enough walk to the main beach and the hotel also has their own umbrellas, sun lounges and towels which is a plus :) The room was clean, pool was wonderful (great view too) and breakfast had plenty of options. We’ll definitely return!!

- In Hwa (10/5): good staffs - The location of the hotel is so good that it's good to go to the conveniences or the beach, there are many restaurants around, and there is a big shopping mall within 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The breakfast was so good, lastly, the staffs in the hotel are humble and kind. in addition, as times go, so does the hotel.

- Irena (6/5): - Wir haben die Premium Suite gebucht, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Diese war auch hervorragend. Das Zimmer ist leider sonst etwas veraltet und die Klimaanlage sehr laut. Fenster und Balkon lassen sich nicht problemlos schließen. Der Service war leider enttäuschend. Wir haben von einem hotel Hotel dieser Kategorie viel mehr erwartet. Jegliche Informationen haben wir nur auf wiederholtes Nachfragen erhalten. Z.B., dass Poolbar und Restaurant geschlossen sind und Wäscheservice eigenständiges Nutzen der Waschmaschine bedeutet. Die Lage war gut, haben allerdings auch keine großen Ausflüge unternommen. Aufgrund eines frühen Fluges, haben wir ein "Lunchpaket" bekommen: 2 trockene Toast, ein Klecks Konfitüre und 5 Mini-Bananen, enttäuschend.

We stayed in the apartment and the room was enormous with a great view, with a kitchen and a washing machine for a very affordable price. Located both near the beach and also near the city centre so you can get a bit of everything. Breakfast was very good as well.
- Frank (6/5): - Das Hotel ist ein Hochhaus. Die Hotelzimmer liegen im 3 .bis 6. Stock. Das nächste Haus ist 5m entfernt. Man schaut vom Balkon auf eine dreckige Wand und kann in die gegenüberliegenden Wohnungen schauen. Die Ventilatoren für die Klimaanlage sind an der Außenwand der Zimmer montiert und brummen sehr laut. Das Frühstück ist eher mittelmäßig. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso viele Restaurants, Kaffees und Bars. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gerade noch akzeptabel. Die Rezeption war am späten Abend nicht besetzt. Auch telefonisch ist niemand zu erreichen. Ein Problem, wenn man den Nachtzug nehmen will. Ich würde mich nicht noch ein Mal für das Hotel entscheiden.

- Awesome2099 (10/5): Stay here on the mainland, not an island! - Nha Trang is a lovely beach town a short plane trip from Ho Chi Minh City. If you are in Vietnam, you should take the opportunity to visit. There are a series of islands off the coast that are normally quite easy to visit via a very clever cable car system that connect everything. BUT - the cable system is NOT CURRENTLY OPERATING. So staying on one of the islands is not as attractive. Stay on the mainland! We enjoyed our stay at this location, for its easy access to everything on the mainland. The front desk team was professional. Young lady Thao and the location was ideal, right in the middle of the city on the main road along the beach. Very easy to get around. The pool has a nice view for catching the sunset or sunrise. Wish I could go back!!!

- newynat (8/5): Relaxing Stay - Second stay at Maple. Not as good as the first time which was pre covid . We loved the amazing view from our room. Rooftop bar was closed which was highly disappointing, but the pool was operational . Breakfast was limited but they really treated us like royalty making us traditional Vietnamese food and trying their best to accommodate us Aussies . I’m sure in time this hotel will be back to standard we enjoyed before covid .

If the restaurant, rooftop pool, and rooftop bar are closed for the entire month I am booking the hotel, I would like to know that so I have the option to book elsewhere if those are things that I want (and I did want them).

- rubenvietnam (2/5): Prostitute Hotel - In spite of being located in an excellent location and being a pretty new construction, Maple Hotel doesn't even deserve a single star. My wife and I booked 3 nights at Maple Hotel as a treat to ourselves after a tough year hoping for a great long weekend by the sea. We even upgraded from "Deluxe King Room" to a full apartment in the top floor (after finding out "City View Deluxe King Room with balcony" means a window with a dusty narrow balcony facing a cement wall 1 meter away). We explored the city during the day and when we came back to Maple, the downwards spiral of shame started. The only person in reception received us asking for my wife's ID and how many hours she was going to stay, insinuating she was a prostitute. After the initial shock and obviously feeling offended, we showed him our booking to which he never even apologized. The morning after we explained the situation to the daytime receptionist and she apologized, so we left again to enjoy the city during the entire day. We came back at night as we did the day before only to get greeted the same way AGAIN! Hotel guy asking for my wife's ID and when would she leave that night. Naturally we got pissed off and offended once again but had to held our frustration for the morning after. The morning after we checked out and requested to talk to the General Manager only to get smiled at and told there was no General Manager (or anyone with a brain) on location. Nobody took any responsibility and nobody apologized this time. Maple Hotel is run by a bunch of incompetent individuals who are also clearly, fully supportive of prostitution on their premises. This was our first and definitely last time we will step in that hotel.

Top floors are not open, resturants and bars are closed. Airconditions in public spaces and gym is turned off to save cost. Reception tell you take any questions up with managment/owner who you can not reach.

- annacruel (10/5): Very nice - Everything was nice in this hotel. We enjoyed breakfast (fo, eggs, sausages, vegetables and fruits, cakes, waffles, toasts, juice and several Asian starters). The room is huge and nice, the pool on top has a great view, and a bar. We liked the beach, just don't forget the voucher for free sun beds. There is a jacuzzi and sauna near the pool, not expensive and good to relax.

- vol960 (8/5): Not a 5 star experience. - We book the hotel through Traveloka for our holiday in May 2020. It was Covid-19 period, so we had a very reasonable price for an apartment room with sea view in 23th floor. The room a super spacious, modern and the view was magnificent. We love it very much! However, there was no ancillary service at all . I tried to call the hotel prior our arrival for early check-in but no one pick up the phone, so we decided take a tour first and arrived the hotel on time. Although the hotel location is very central but it's not really accessible. The alley is quite busy, and hotel signage is super hard to realize. There is no F&B service at all. The reason might come from the pandemic but the 5 star service need more than just a room. The last moment for our staying, I decided the visit the only facility available - The pool. That was very impressive. water is clean and the pool view was amazing. For those who are looking for a nice hotel room, It would be a fantastic choice. In other hand, for luxury guests, I would recommend you to take a high credit alternatives, plenty of these are operating in Nha Trang.
- Jonas (6/5): Skenet bedrar - Första intrycket av hotellet var bra, läget är toppen. Men hotellet visar sig snabbt slitet, smutsigt och där är definitivt problem med avloppen. Vattnet rinner varken ner i duschbrunn eller vask. Luktar avlopp lite här och var på hela hotellet. Air condition droppar på golven i hela hotellet, filterna har dem aldrig bytt. Nästan som att be om att bli sjuk. Fräschar hotellet upp och slutar lappa med halvlösningar kommer det nog bli jättebra.

- JO (8/5): 가성비 높으니 불편함 따름 - 가족들과 3박을 하며 위치가 시내 복판에있어 편리하며 가성비 좋은 호텔이었지만 방이 좁은편이고 입구가 복잡하여 택시가 대로에 던져줍니다. 족히 40미터정도는 걸어 들어가야하는 불편함이 따릅니다. * 또한 한국인이 많이 묵는호텔인것 같아 정보를 드리면 골목 나가 대로에있는 과일가게는 관광객에 대한 바가지가 심합니다. 절대 주의 요합니다.
- Vincenzo Lorenzo (6/5): something is missing!!!! - Average, however the staff working ar the reception should be more fluent in english in order to provide a better and quick service. Check in/out routines ti be revised. A lot of miscommunication even between the staff. We were asked to pay for some snacks which did not consume. The receptionist had to call 2 times his colleagues to understand that was a mistake. Booking a transfer to the airport resulted in a mission impossible, very disappointing. Breakfast buffet not so rich in fruit variety and very slow to be filled up. Did not feel or enjoyed those 4 stars.

- StafW3 (2/5): Not customer friendly. - I can not judge this hotel by its accommodation because I never stayed there. I made a booking for 6 nights. I already was in Vietnam when the bad news about the corona virus started. Nah Trang was just the start of my tour. After This hotel I was going to China and Cambodia. I got scared for the virus and decided to cancel the whole trip. Every hotel I booked agreed with cancellation. Except this hotel. They charged all 6 night. I have no reason to complain because it is like that in there cancellation pollicy. The reason about the virus was no good excuse. Their explanation : we can not cancel because of the high season. Where is their reason. Because of that high season they will book my room very shortly to someone else. My room will not be left empty. For them a good win win. That is why i give this score. Pitty it is not possible to give 0. If they agreed for a fine like 1 or 2 nights it would be already ok for me. The only thing they offered was a change of date in the following 3 months. I am not going back to Vietnam in that time. And if I ever go back to Nhatrang : this hotel will not even be considered to book.

- celinekolbli (4/5): Our stay - It was our first stay at Maple Hotel, the pictures on the Internet looked really great so we were looking forward to stay at this hotel. At our arrival we got a friendly welcome from the reception. The check in was fast. We know that on the internet you only see the best picture of the hotel/the best looking rooms... but there was no picture or any text describing our room. The room was ok, all was clean and modern but the view... only thing you see was a wall directly in front of the window. Cause we did not appreciate that we ask at the reception if they got better rooms with other view like the pictures we were told that we payed for that and can’t get another room. We were really disappointed about that, maybe proposing another room for a higher price would be a good option next time. But no option was proposed from the front desk team, the staff did not care if we were satisfied with the room or not. We see on the internet that they had other rooms for this period, finding an alternative (even if we have to pay more!) would have been appropriate. The pool was very nice, you got a stunning view from the pool/bar. Too bad that the bar is closing at 22pm it would be a really nice place to drink some cocktail. Breakfast buffet was ok. Also the location from the hotel wich is like 2 min from the beach. For us it was the last time at this hotel. Last but not least the belt boy was really nice to us and helped us carrying our luggage. We hope that our “critics points” would be take for advice to make the stay of your next guest better than ours.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - I was initially surprised after arriving that no airport car could drive directly to the door of the hotel, its down a very narrow lane as I have limited walking ability with suit cases this was a bit of a challenge, I have previously written about my poor checkin experience this just continued to deteriorate the staff on many occasions tried to make up for this properties short falls but it was not enough. at the end of my trip, a trip I cut short my 2 days as my patience had completely run out. The entire hotel felt old and the rules were very old fashioned, I don't know what clientele the hotel is familiar with but checking out 2 days early, there was no discussion about a possible refund of the missing nights, I was then forced to wait stood at reception as somebody 'checked my room' my word like in every other hotel I have stayed in as part of this three week asia trip was not good enough. Then I was asked to talk the hotel representative through the room, were the hotels toiletries had been moved to to make room for my own and through the overall room. I was really disappointed with my stay, in my initial review I raised concerns and it was clear the hotel management tried to address these concerns but in doing so didn't make anything better, our treatment changed moments after posting the first review. I really do feel for the staff at this hotel they tried there best but the property was just not unto the standard I was expecting.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel is in the centre of town with lots of options for food and shopping. The beach is just a 5 minutes walk. The view from our Ocean Apartment is amazing, and from the pool on the 25 floor, the view is stunning of 180 degree ocean and mountains!!

- David (2/5): - This place was absolutely terrible. I have never written a poor review in my life, but Maple has inspired me to do so. I am a remote worker and rely on a strong internet connection. This hotel's internet dropped me from every digital meeting I attended the first evening I was here. I had the apartment for two more nights, but I had to go elsewhere so I could effectively work. I was not upset with Maple yet, as the had not intentionally wronged me. However, I was not disappointed to be needing to make the switch. My apartment felt cheap, had long echoes in the hallway that were very loud, and the plumbing smelled of... Plumbing. Further, the hotel is 25 or so floors and they have just 2 elevators. I got tired of that wait after my first day. I told the hotel staff of my situation. I offered to pay for the current day, but politely requested a refund for my the day after next. They told me they would grant this request as long as I contacted Expedia to have them call the hotel. What happened next? Maple hotel staff dodged Expedia calls for hours and did not reply CV to emails. The front staff were clueless and unhelpful. After about 2 hours and 3 phone calls to Expedia I finally got word that I would have to pay full price for my room and not get any ability to cancel 1 day from my reservation. Good riddance Maple. I hope that one day you seek inspiration from one of the many fantastic hotels and apartment buildings that surround you.

Everything was excellent, especially customer service and breakfast_staff here always ready to help you with any problem you've got.. The atmosphere in Quebec sky bar is very romantic...enjoying beer with a dish of fried beef is a good idea for dinner, i really enjoyable...There are a lot of foreigner especially Korean and Western people. In addition, the weather is cold enough to hang out, it is not so hot here as i worried before. Every morning, my family went to the beach to swim and had sun bath_2 hours every morning is enough. Perfect ! i love my trip here, highly recommend Maple for your vacation.

- Broyou (10/5): Exceptional - The Maple was one of the best hotel we stayed in while visiting Vietnam.Great staff especially Thao who made sure every thing ran smoothly at all times. Breakfast was excellent and extensive,location was great away from main roads.Great family run eating house 5 mins from hotels entrance and beach across main rd.
- Lennart (6/5): sviken - Mycket små rum trots att vi blev uppgraderade, från att ha bokat delux dubbelrum med balkong med utsikt över staden, fick vi en svit med balkong med utsökt rakt in i en vägg, rummen mycket små med minimal toalett, frukosten får fem stjärnor, i övrigt får hotellet max tre stjärnor trots en mycket fin lobby.

- 한우 (10/5): 가족여행을 위한 최적의 호텔 - 많은 여행 기간중 숙소 리뷰를 남기기는 처음이내요. 일행중 한명이 두통과 복통과 구토증세로 급하게 응급실을 방문하게 되었을때, 호텔 직원중 한명인 Helen이 동행해 주었습니다. 접수부터 진료, 검사, 처방까지 모든 과정을 저희와 의논하고 의사에게 전달하였습니다. 마지막에는 보험 관련 사항까지 알아서 정리해 주더군요. 그녀의 친절과 성실함을 잊을 수가 없내요. 23층에 투숙을 했고 세탁기, 인덕션, 전자레인지 모든게 갖추어져 있어서 아이와 부모님과 하는 여행에는 최적화 되어 있는 것 같내요. 옥상의 작은 수영장은 오후에 그늘이 지면서 편하게 놀기에 좋았고 그 위의 루프탑바는 비치와 시내의 전망이 훌륭했습니다. 주변에 비치, 맛집, 카페 걸어서 10분 이내에 다 있습니다. 재방문 의사 200% Thank you very much, Helen!!!
- Mathias (10/5): Super godt hotel og venligt personale - Vi havde booket 4 overnatninger på dette hotel og alt var super godt under vores ophold. Personalet var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme med vores spørgsmål ift. byen, stranden, dykkerture mm. Værelset var stort, flot og blev gjort rent hver morgen. Derudover havde hotellet en god morgenmadsbuffet, rooftop pool og fitnesscenter. Hotellet havde også liggestole på stranden, som vi kunne benytte frit i 3 timer, hvilket fungerede godt. Beliggenheden er også meget central i Nha Trang. Vi kan klart anbefale hotellet til andre!
