• Emily (5/5): - It was clean, spacious and in a great location There is construction happening in the building and it is unbearable to be in the apartment while they are working. I tried to notify the property manager but I don’t think there is much they could do. I wouldn’t recommend staying there until construction is complete. It was very stressful.
• Doug (9/5): - Clean, attractive, super location! Good refrigerator freezer and pots and pans. I emailed them about parking and they told me about a parking lot not too far away but it took another couple of emails to find out that they had a parking arrangement with that expensive parking lot to reduce the cost by 6e per day. When you're paying 36 Euros a day any savings helps with parking. I don't know why they didn't tell me from the beginning. The other minor irritant is that for a fairly upscale apartment we found it surprising that for our 3-day stay we had to go buy our own salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee. For just a few dollars they could have provided this and made our life much easier. I'm a believer that to meet customer expectations you can't get it mostly right you have to get it exactly right when it comes to providing Basics. My friend's wife was a little disappointed that they didn't provide conditioner.
• Yvonne (9/5): Central location for shops, restaurants, bars and beach - The location was excellent, inside the apartment was spotless and kitchen well stocked. There was no air conditioning Outside space needs updating Wardrobe in one of the rooms would not open

• Ng (8/5): Comfortable and relaxing stay and we enjoyed the food in San Sebastian - We liked the location, the cleanliness of the apartment and the comfortable beds. It's close to several bakery shops and we particularly liked Ogi Berri bakery and cafe just round the corner for breakfast. We followed the check in instructions and downloaded the app to open the gate and apartment door. It didn't work so we had to call them. They were quick and responsive and we managed to check in. I was rather disappointed that there were no basic amenities like shampoo and body wash in the bathroom when we checked in. I had to specifically request for these to be provided which they did the next day. There was also no coffee or tea provided which I thought was basic service.
