• Evelyn (2/5): - Location and that's about it! On check in you have to pay cash! Never stated on the bookings, who carries a few thousand dollars in their pocket!!. We don't like that we also paid a deposit in cash and was given the keys in the lobby by someone who hardly speaks english and how do we know the key even fits when we get to our floor! The whole process was very stressful, we would have cancelled on the spot if we could!! The whole place need maintenance, tiles are falling off, hot water didn't work, remote controls have no Battery life on for the tv and air-conditioning. There is few spoons and a couple of small plates in kitchen . The apartment can sleep 5!
• Jose Emilio (4/5): - I can understand that the apartments are old and the facilities are a bit run-down. But what I don't understand or tolerate is the dirty bedding and towels. I don't know what the owner is used to, but I don't think he'd shower with those towels or rest his head on those pillows. There were four of us, and two towels had holes in them that fit my fist, and the pillows were yellowish. Is it so hard to buy decent towels and bed linens?
• Shalini (1/5): - View was wonderful..really love it. The unit is in very very very bad condition. Bathroom...my goodness ...it really needs full repair..water leaking..bath tub cannot use..shower is useless.. room dusty.. if not for the view..basically this unit is good for nothing🤷
• NIGORA (8/5): - Good location, you don't have to go outside from hotel to buy things whatever you want, for kids, for family very good option. Good staf - very welcome! For cooking have to add things, better use another laundry for betshit and kondisaner cheng or clean
• atikah (2/5): - View sangat cantik. Air bertakung dalam tandas. Sofa yang sudah koyak dan agak buruk tidak seperti di dalam gambar. Susunan katil juga tidak sama seperti di dalam gambar. Tv yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik.
• Fahrul (1/5): Bad - we have paid by online like for requirement, and we have charged for bank account, we paid all follow intruction application booking.com and we got confirmation booking after succesfull paid. so when we arrived in the property we can't check in, the staff said we don't have paid. the staff very arrogant, for the first he not permit me to check in. and after a long wait he give me key. the property can't helfull, the want to collect more money although we have paid by online.

Level of cleanliness is not the standard.. The bedsheet is not clean.. The towel is wet and not even clean it after the housekeeping service..didn’t meet the standard of hospitality
• Siti (5/5): it was value for money to have that space. But still the facilities in the roon should be improved. - location is in the Times Square Mall and allow us to have early check in. The bathroom is without a proper drain system. The floor was flooding, not even wet. Really full with water from the bath tub.

There is ATM here for cash payment and money exchange which is very good
