Jayden (10/5): Was great but WiFi wasn’t the best if you - I love that the beds had electric blankets to keep warm, I love the check in process it was fast and quick I was in and of office within 2mins so I could get into my room quicker I was traveling away for work I couldnt FaceTime my Wife, WiFi even though it was starlink it kept cutting in and out…With my background in network comms I could access the network and see how many devices were connected there’s a bottleneck with the networking equipment it just couldn’t handle having everyone connected on it I was only just lucky to get 5mbps download and not even 1 up which was Poor because I couldn’t even FaceTime my wife properly. Shower pressure wasn’t that great they need to replace the shower heads and please provide more towels in the room

Tara (6/5): - Room was comfortable enough for the night for the money that was paid. It was clean and had reasonable facilities in the room. There was a microwave in the room but it didn’t work. The chair in the room was coming apart. The bed was comfortable but realised it only had a fitted sheet and doona, no top sheet. The heater is old and even though it worked, there was no directions on dial on what the gauge was on so no idea where the heating or temperature was at.

Shaun (9/5): Cosy, good value for money, quiet location. - I stayed in a single room, which to some people may seem a bit small, but they are perfect for the single traveler. Other rooms are probably different. It's a very cosy place to stay, quiet and good value. The bathroom was good, microwave in the rooms, table, TV, fridge. Everything you need. Park right outside the door. Nothing really. It is a fair distance from the town, about 3km, but that's possibly a good point.

Bob (2/5): I was very disappointed with this accommodation. - The room was clean. The area is very quiet. If I had a comfortable bed I wold have had a very pleasant sleep. The room is very small. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small. It was renovated in the recent past & was clean enough. I paid $294 for 2 nights. I believe the right price per night is more like $85. The Motel was a distance from the Town Centre. I had a vehicle so that wasn't a major problem.

Natalia (10/5): It’s a lovely small motel, and has everything for a short stay. - It’s a lovely small motel in a quiet area of Lithgow with a nice view of the mountains. It’s exceptionally clean, and has everything for a short stay. We ordered breakfast via motel’s website - it was easy to do, and the food was excellent with great variety. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. I also would advise to pay attention to watercolour pictures and postcards on the reception - they are amazing! It can be a good add on to your holiday memories. None.

Michael (4/5): Avoid - Very little. Showers were good. Worst motel we’ve stayed in during a months tour. Couldn’t drink the tap water. Room was very cramped. The beds took up all the space. Single bed angled down on one side. Walls are paper thin you could hear everything from both sides. No shops or bars for some distance. Really needs refurbishing.

Raymond (8/5): For the 5 hours I stayed you couldn’t have asked for a better place to be - That I booked my hotel with management knowing and they booked a second room. They were more than happy to fix the issue. I didn’t know where to leave key at 1:30am in the morning as I was on my way to Tamworth and they rang me with no hassle to see where I left it. Lovely management. Pillow had marks on it.

Daryll (2/5): Not worth the price! Uncomfortable!! - Good shower. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, pillows wafer thin. Feet hung over end of bed. Carpet was tacky and very dirty. People smoking outside rooms early in morning and talking loudly at 6am. Staff continued to knock on door daily after I said I don't need anything first day. Do not disturb sign hidden behind curtain next to front door. Overall, very poor stay, no sleep for duration of stay.

No air conditioning (fan supplied but it had not been dusted or cleaned in a long time), bathroom extremely small and badly renovated, room is very dated and in urgent need of renovation, room is extremely small, pillows were 'woeful', cleanliness was questionable (under bed looked like it had not been vacuumed in a long time, ledge above curtains was filthy), external areas outside room in need of cleaning and maintenance, was very expensive for what you got . . .

Deeone (1/5): Extremely disappointed in my stay at this motel. Only worth 1/2 a star if that. - Did not like anything about this property. Staff were rude. Told visitors to go to bed at 9 pm. Room was old with no air conditioning and no fire alarms or extinguishers. Restaurant was not operational and hadn’t been for sometime despite advertising to say it was. Shower recess dirty with broken tiles so wasn’t game to shower in it. Dirty sheets with blood on them on the bed and pillow cases were torn and frayed on the edges. Will be contacting someone regarding the standards and safety here.

Made to feel that I was the cause of any inconvenience to resolve payment. Was also expected to pay an extra $1 for another 250mL milk container- which was over-the-top for the overnight price which we felt was excessive. Lack of air conditioning did not impress us for the price.

Lisa (7/5): A reasonably priced, refreshed older style motel. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Useful amenities. - The room was clean and tidy. Came with fridge, microwave, own bathroom and suitable amenities. While it is an old hotel, it has been refreshed and is a perfectly reasonable (and well-priced) motel. It is on the outskirts of town and is quiet, which was lovely. Lithgow doesn't usually swelter with extreme temperatures - but if you need air conditioning, this motel is not for you. It has a box fan in the room, and the lower overnight temperatures quickly cool the room down. It is a brick motel so doesn't get overly hot. We didn't find it a problem even though we stayed on a day that hit 37 degrees.

Sandra (7/5): Budget accommodation - The room and bathroom were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel is a short drive to the CBD. Each room has cutlery, plates, toaster, microwave, fridge, and kettle. There is plenty of hot water. The decor of the rooms is clean but outdated. The towels and bath mats are clean but quite worn. The pillows are incredibly flat.

Shaun (10/5): Spent Tuesday till the following Monday in town for work. Room was comfortable, clean and affordable. All the basics for - You aren’t booking this place thinking it’s 5 stars. I was spending a week here because I had work in the area for the week. Had everything I needed, was clean and comfortable. Price was also extremely fair. Car park could do with some lines. No one seemed to know how to park. Probably says more about the people on our roads than the property.
