• Jessica (9/5): Great location & stay for the money! - Great location and a nice B&B! Breakfast was great and the staff were all very nice. There is a lift, which is key with luggage. Rooms were nice as well. Some bathrooms are a little small, but that’s to be expected with older buildings. Pillows could’ve been a little better, but everything else was great!

A little too noisy if you opened the windows because it was on a main street with tourists on their way to Ponte Vecchio. A limited breakfast offering.

• Charles (10/5): Our stay was wonderful given a great staff, clean/comfortable accomodations and great location. - The property, located on the 3rd floor was small in room number, but our room was very comfortable and met our needs well. A small elevator exists to take people and bags up/down, but capacity was limited making multiple trips to get our family group of 5 with bags to the 3rd floor. We were greeted upon arrival and check in was swift and we appreciated a great restaurant that was recommended to us. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and we very much appreciated their efforts to make our stay so wonderful. Breakfast each day was nicely provided with coffee and eggs made to order along with buffet style breakfast offerings. My wife appreciated that the shower had a hand held feature. The location was a reasonable walk from the train station and on a piazza/plaza that was very busy and noisy. However, the windows were exceptionally good to block street noises to where that wasn't noticed. All in all, we loved our stay at the RFC Repubblica and should we return to Florence again, would gladly stay there again. Our unit was true to what you often see in Europe where the bathtub/showers have a small half tub glass door, making it easier to splash water outside the tub given a hand held shower. It's just something we need to get used to!
• Angela (9/5): Great location. Clean. - Amazing location! It be aware that it isn’t a hotel. They have access to quick help via WhatsApp, but nobody is on the property to help. Also - the old part of Florence can produce wafts of sewage odors from time to time. My advice is to keep the toilet seat down and close the bathroom door!

Το προσωπικό μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν απαντούσε η κοπέλα αμέσως στο WhatsApp μας βοήθησε να κλείσουμε και παρκινγκ για το αμάξι μας επίσης η κυρία που μας έφτιαχνε πρωινά είναι ένα γλυκύτατος και καλοσυνάτος άνθρωπος που ήθελε να μας ευχαριστήσει με τις φανταστικές της ομελέτες 🥰θα ξανά επιστρέψουμε στη Φλωρεντια και σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο ❤️

• Patryk (9/5): Dobry hotel w świetnym miejscu. - Ladny , klasycznie urządzony pokój , lokalizacja w samym centrum - zwiedzanie na pieszo bez marnowania czasu na dojazdy . Jest to Hotel więc wyższy standard i większa odpowiedzialność od kwater prywatnych. Do śniadania mogła by grać w tle spokojna muzyka, inaczej na bardzo małej sali z dobrze wyciszonymi oknami w budynku, słychać wręcz jak oddychają ludzie przy stoliku obok.

The staff showed an amazing eye to detail which made us feel cared for and that our comfort and enjoyment were important to them. The breakfast sets you up for the day of exploring Florence. I would give five stars for this alone. However what makes this a great place to base yourself in Florence is the location. Right in the heart of the old town with everything within walking distance. Great people, great room, great views, great location.

Sa situation géographique est idéale : nous avons pu visiter toute la ville à pied, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres, décorées avec soin et vraiment confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et délicieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Un détail qui fait la différence : l’odeur agréable que l’on retrouve dans tout le couloir et dans les chambres, qui rend l’ambiance encore plus accueillante. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

They set up parking for us, met us to help transport our luggage and gave us a brief explanation of the amenities once we were shown to our rooms. The lady that prepared breakfast was very kind and made everything to order and it was delicious! And the location could not be better for us. Very nice furnishings and immaculately clean. We would definitely stay here again! Even the parking garage attendant rode a bicycle for us to follow to get us out of the ZTL area, which was unexpected but much appreciated. I would find it very hard for someone to be disappointed after staying here.

Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome. One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

• David (8/5): Great hotel in the center of Florence - Great location in the center of Florence. Hotel was nice and the staff was very pleasant. We had early morning excursions so we were unable to enjoy the breakfast that was paid for before heading out for the day. On our third day, the woman serving breakfast brought coffee, croissants, and an assortment of meats to our room before we left. The location in the Center of town was a bit noisy. The traffic, crowd noise and music from the plaza could be heard until 2 a.m., and a fight broke out on the street below one night that woke us and several other people in the neighboring properties.

Staff very friendly, very happy to assist in any of our requirements. The position of the B&B was excellent, so easy to walk everywhere & sightsee. We had a hiccup initially in trying to find the right place. Martine had apparently sent a photo via WhatsApp & some information but we were travelling & didn’t get these messages, so perhaps if we had received them a day earlier we wouldn’t have had such difficulties. However, Martine helped us in every way.

It was wonderful, very centric in the middle of all the boutiques, close to everything, it was extremely clean, breakfast was delicious and the rooms beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very nice and attentive. We plan to stay there again in our next time in Florence.
• alexander (10/5): - The check in process was a bit confusing, took few minutes to figure out where to go with a help of the building employee. This is a multiple B&B building with different owners. Partly was my fault did not read the check in instruction directions completely missed to go up to third floor. After I arrived in the third floor everything went very smooth. Rooms a bit small but beautifully decorated very clean, great view from our bedroom window. The B$B floor and rooms are very modern, service was great from the reception to house keeping. The staff was very accommodating from arrival time till we departed. Morning breakfast was good you can ask for made to order breakfast also. The check in person booked our taxi the day before our departure and communicated with me till I was safe in the taxi and on my way. Amazing service. Great location also. Would definitely stay here again.
