• Vinson (8/5): Overall, I enjoyed the stay. Hotel was nice and staff was nice. - There was a man selling things early in the morning (around 8 am). He kept yelling the same thing over and over. He set up right in front of the hotel. I did not enjoy hearing him as he was right outside below our room.

• Michael (10/5): - This place was great!! One of the better hotel we had stayed at in Europe. We had a jr suite for 3 people it was a generous size. Location was excellent and it was very clean! Highly recommend. Smaller sized shower.

• Melanie (10/5): Lovely stay in a great location - This property is in a great location, close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. We were here accidentally during a citywide celebration, but everything was great. Porto is a lot of walking, steep climbs, and numerous stairs, so be prepared! We were near the top and walked down to the waterfront easily, but the climb back up is a lot (use Uber if needed). Rooms were comfortable & water was hot. Highly recommend.

• José A.R. (10/5): - Excelente ubicación cerca de la Avenida de los Aliados. Habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Buen desayuno y excelente atención de todo el personal. Acuerdo con un párking muy cercano a 18€/día. El primer día no tenían tarjetas para el párking y me costó 38€ ese día.

El baño, no me parecio nada comodo que no tuviera puerta. La distribucion no esta buena, si esta alguien durmiendo te lavas las manos y la persona escucha todo. No tiene privacidad alguna

А отвратительный номер в котором кровать смотрит в стену без окон а рядом узкий коридор , ведущий к выходу, и на пути к дверям стоит типа окно, но это гигантская дверь в никуда. Во внутренний двор. Которую можно открыть и выпасть. Я в номере с ребенком 6 лет. Пришлось ссорится.

• John (9/5): Everything was a 10 out of 10 except the bathroom design which was a complete fail. - The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room each day. The bathroom was very awkward. There was no privacy getting into the shower. No door for privacy. Getting into the shower without my family seeing me naked was impossible. There needs to be a door to close off the bathroom from the main area. Also, it was extremely difficult to pull out the knob to switch the rain shower to the wand. This was poorly designed. Whoever designed the bathrooms clearly did not know what they were doing. I would have rated this stay a 10 because everything else was perfect. However the bathroom design was a complete fail.

• Ludovica (9/5): Hotel eccellente, consigliatissimo - Camera davvero bellissima, servizio pulizia eccezionale. Struttura a 1 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale, comodissima anche per spostarsi a piedi senza mezzi. Staff gentile colazione internazionale. Abbiamo chiesto un taxi per andare via alle 4.30 del mattino perché avevamo il volo di rientro la mattina prestissimo e ce lo hanno fatto trovare senza difficoltà.
