• Jennifer (10/5): I'd gladly stay again. - I appreciate the proximity to Heathrow terminals as well as disability accessibility. Mostly pleased by the personal care received upon arrival. This stay was pleasurable, clean, secure, and comfortable. Private bathroom with a shower. The shared kitchen has a microwave. There is a convenience shop just a few doors down. The shared kitchen had a microwave but no cold storage.
• Madhu (8/5): Pleasant and Clean. Great Guest - First of all We really liked our Guest. He was so accommodative that even after turning up at 2AM in the midnight for check in, we've got a warm welcome. Rooms are good and clean. Bit small corridors and stairways but you cant expect more than that in a Heathrow B&B. Clean rooms and bathroom. Comfort stay. Very accommodative Guest. Location is superb. Heathrow airport buses are in every 10 mins and bus stop is very close to this property. Terminal 5 is 10 min and Terminal 2 is only 20 mins bus ride. Taxi to Terminal 2 is only 10-15 mins. There are some good restaurants nearby if you have time to explore. Parking is available. Everything is Excellent with this property. And it is very close to Holiday Inn express. Actually I feel really bad for booking at that holiday in express on a hefty price, last time I visited Heathrow.

• Shey (8/5): It’s a very good, clean, comfortable and value for money. - It’s quite convenient to the airport. Shops and food places are near. The host is very accommodating, welcoming and friendly. There was a street party of some sort, loud music and because the weather is quite warm I have left the window open. I didn’t sleep until the music died down, it was late.

• Harriet (8/5): A brief stay - Sasha Dhaliwal is very kind and accommodating. I was there because my flight to Heathrow was delayed and I missed my connecting flight. I had to get up early to make it back to the airport. Mr. Dhaliwal called a taxi for me and sat chatting while I waited. Even though the guest house is only 3 km from Heathrow, the taxi fares were very high.

• Lyle (4/5): - We booked there because the rate was reasonable anr the Expedia rating was 8.2. We were duped. There is NO WAY the hotel deserves an 8.2. It was noisy from airplane traffic and and busy roadway traffic. No elevator, very narrow stairway and no air conditioning. We will NEVER stay there again an it is NOT recommended.

Very handy for the airport with regular buses. Very good price for the area. Could do with getting the decorators in, also the windows were single glazed so the aircraft noise was a big problem.

• Alicia (1/5): Bad - Location was very good. Easy to find from the airport using the bus service. It was easy to book and Mr Sasha was very attentive. I was bitten by bed bugs which was terrible. Wrote to the facility a message and they didn't assume responsibility. Our bedroom was located at the back close to the trash cans. We only had to stay for the night due to a long layover in London but I wish we didn't as 4 days have passed and I am still itching. My husband was also affected with the bed bugs bites. When contacted the facility they suggested we had the bedbug bites from another hotel, this is the only hotel we stayed as we were traveling from one of our homes to another and never had this problem before. Very poor and disappointing answer.

Price was £63 for me and my son to stay in a rain room....that's good value just outside Central London. Nothing I didn't like to be honest...it does what it says on the tin at a value for money price point.

Good location with access to a grocery store and a diner. Clean. Value for money. You need to bring your own toiletries. Room is not soundproof so, can get disturbed by the people walking about upstairs.
