I was a bit nervous about their stay in Marrakech but my contact at the Riad was excellent and made me feel at ease. The girls organised their activities through the hotel and the experiences they had were unforgettable. The hotel's airport transfer to and from the hotel were great too. And they told me that the manager of the hotel sat them down when they arrived and showed them a map to help them navigate the area etc.

We have quadruple room with private bathroom for 3 nights. My boys (14, 11) shared a double bed on mezzanine. Really helpful staff. Very clean, and our room was cleaned each day. Lovely mint tea. Tasty breakfast served each morning in the centre of the riad. We didn’t really use the rooftop, as we were out in the day. Finding the place was tricky as arrived late at night. Taxi can’t drop you at the door, as alleyways are too narrow, and it can feel a little intimidating on arrival trying to navigate the dark passageways. Perhaps call ahead to get them to meet you by taxi drop off (Place Douar Graoua)

Un auténtico Riad! El personal siempre muy atento, simpático y te dan buenas recomendaciones donde ir y moverte por Marrakech. Los desayunos eran muy variados y las mesas siempre bien decoradas. Uma experiencia única! Nada! Mismo la localización que otros viajeros comentaban como complicada después de la primera vez nos ha resultado muy fácil llegar al alojamiento.

Está muy bien situado Las habitaciones y el cuarto de baño de la nuestra (habitación de dos camas) eran bastante pequeños, hasta el punto de estar incómodos y no podernos mover apenas. Poco sitio para dejar las cosas y la ropa. Las maletas abiertas casi no cabían. El cuarto de baño de la habitación con cama doble, en cambio, era bastante más grande. En la ducha, el agua caliente tenía algunas dificultades.

• Konstadelou (10/5): A wonderful and relaxing stay in a beautiful riad with excellent hospitality, delicious breakfast, and a perfect central - We had a wonderful stay at this riad. The place is absolutely beautiful, very relaxing, and it smells amazing both in the common areas and in the rooms. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They welcomed us warmly, offered us tea and sweets, and helped us plan our visits so we could see the most important sights of the city. The breakfast was excellent — different every day, always warm, fresh, and made with great products. It is the perfect quiet riad to relax in the inner courtyard after walking through the busy souks (trust me, you will need it!). The location is fantastic, very central and close to Jemaa el-Fna as well as many other main attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

• Emma (9/5): A great option in Marrakech - This is a great option for Marrakech. It was a 5 minute walk to Place Jemaa el Fna, but very quiet. There are a few little shops for water and snacks on the way down to the riad. We took the offer of a transfer from the airport, which was €20 for the driver and €5 for a man to bring the bags in a cart from the drop off point to the riad. The back streets seemed very quiet and a bit dark at night, but we felt very safe walking to and from the riad. We were given some mint tea on arrival and Khalil gave us a map and talked through locations and things to see and places to eat. Imran was also very helpful. Our room was a twin bed with a couch and ensuite wardrobe area and bathroom. Both the room and bathroom were nicely decorated. There was a air-conditioning unit which gave gentle warmth and a hairdryer in the bathroom. There was soap for hand washing and body wash and shampoo in the shower. Breakfast was enjoyable with lovely fresh orange juice, coffee, boiled egg and some breads/pancakes with jams, amlou and spreading cheese . We were leaving early to join a tour one morning and they prepared a little take away pack for us!! There is a terrace area with seating (no views, but very peaceful and some good shaded areas). The main area of the riad is beautiful and a restful place to sit. Simba the cat potters around but likes his own space. They were always very quick to answer any question I sent before our arrival. .

• nazely (10/5): Charming and friendly riad in the heart of Marrakech - This place was wonderful! Khalil and the rest of the staff were so kind and accommodating — they truly made us feel at home. The morning breakfast was always a lovely treat, and the beautiful décor added so much to the charm. The location is perfect — just steps away from all the activity in the Medina, yet tucked away in a quiet alley that offers much-needed peace and tranquility. The only minor issue was that our shower drain wasn’t draining very well, but I’m sure it’s an easy fix :)

• Gaia (10/5): Exceptional - Riad Boussa is the most amazing Riad you could visit. The people that work there are the kindest, most thoughtful people. We felt so taken care of and so at home. They go above and beyond for their guests. From now on I will only recommend this place. Most Riad have a very creepy alleyway but the one to Riad Boussa felt very safe (as two women) and at night it was perfectly lit. There was a lot of noise from the neighbours at night sometimes

• Karyn (8/5): Cozy and lovely - Riad Boussa is beautiful and the courtyard is covered which was absolutely critical on our rainy December visit. The room we had is compact, as is the bathroom, but extremely functional. Fed up with the rainy weather we spent a whole day hanging out at the riad and both our room and the shared spaces were cozy and lovely. The people running it are kind and flexible to accommodate our requests. We really appreciated them The location is a challenge. On the one hand you are in the middle of the old Medina, so the square and many sites are fairly close via the crazy maze of the Medina. On the other hand there was no quick outlet to a place we could grab a taxi or escape the maze if we wanted to. And in the cold rain, the dripping tarps, crazy motorbikes and crowds are all the more challenging. None of this is a problem with the riad!!

Teníamos problemas con la ducha pero nos lo arreglaron enseguida. Todo muy limpio y bonito. La terraza para el desayuno es muy agradable. El sitio es muy tranquilo para estar en medio de la medina. Nada. Lo único para mejorar seria diversificar el desayuno. Desayunamos los 3 días lo mismo (aunque era muy bueno).

Ahmed and the staff were absolutely amazing, from giving us so much helping information and constantly checking in on us with during our stay. The room was perfect and the location is amazing if you want to be close to the souks. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever to visit and would recommend to all our friends.

• Graham (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay - would definitely stay again. - Friendly, welcoming, comfortable, great location. Great cat (Simba) if you don't like cats don't worry he is magnificently aloof and will leave you alone. Near the noisy and frenetic main square and the souks but quiet and calm, a great contrast and place to relax after a day in the busy Medina. Close to most of the Museums and Palaces and lots of restaurants. Ahmed and his staff were very friendly and helpful, great breakfasts and a lovely shaded roof terrace for breakfast and to relax on in the evenings. Nothing!

Pedimos el favor de desayunar temprano (06:30) por que a las 07:00 de la mañana nos teniamos que ir nos dijeron que si que ningun problema y no se presento nadie en el comedor. Nos tuvimos que ir sin desayunar. Estabamos solos en el riad.

• Yasmin (10/5): Exceptionally clean and the best breakfast - The rooms are exceptionally clean, and I am very picky with cleanliness. Breakfast is amazing, best breakfast we had our whole trip around Morocco. Excellent staff. Very good location, right in the heart of the Medina. Much more quiet than we expected. Hair conditioner would be appreciated! The transfer from the train station to the Riad is very expensive but there convenience is worth it.
• Jean (10/5): My stay was supported by kindness and excellent communication. I drank my weight in water, I'm sure! - Ahmed, our host, was very understanding about 'jet lag.' I loved the breakfast terrace and the offerings were similar but varied each day. Fruit, yogurt, preserves, two types of baked breads and as much coffee as needed to break the grip of jet lag! Some co-habitants were not comfortable with the quiet back alley location. At night the alley lights were sometimes out and I needed my cellphone to guide my way. That said, I loved how we were in the middle of everything but very quiet once inside the riad.
• Jasmine (10/5): Perfect warm, friendly riad in the heart of Marrakech - - excellent location, once you know the way it’s perfect for getting into the main attractions. Tucked away so very quiet at night - beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean -as a solo traveller I didn’t venture out after dark and it was a perfectly homely place to come back to to chill -lovely breakfast on the beautiful roof terrace -Simba, the cat!!! -Ahmed and the staff went above and beyond to make my time enjoyable from sitting down with me and working out routes on a map and booking taxis -I felt very safe and well looked after I can’t think of a single thing
• Shikha (10/5): Comfortable rooms, cute riad, amazing staff - Cute Riad, kept clean. Rooms were comfortable and staff were amazing and helpful. I would absolutely stay there again. I even had a 5am pickup for an excursion from the square and Ahmed walked with me as a single female traveler to ensure I was comfortable and safe. Great stay. It’s tucked away a little but it really wasn’t an issue once you knew where you were going.
• Riley (10/5): - The staff at Riad Boussa are a delight. They treat you with so much care and hospitality. The Riad is also located in a great location close to the action of Jemaa el-Fnaa. Also quite close to Madrasa Ben Youssef and Le Jardin Secret.
• C (9/5): Superb - The breakfasts were excellent and served on the lovely roof terrace. They were vegetarian and catered for a gluten free diet. The location was central yet very peaceful. We got e taxi from the airport, they were able to drop us about 5 minutes walk from the riad but it was easy to find with Google maps. Ahmed and the team were so helpful and friendly and all their recommendations were great, including the Isis Hammam. Really very little, but as others have said the shower could be a little unpredictable
