The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, metro, buses and easy to access taxis. Walkable to the Gran via. I was glad to be able to check in early which made our day even better. Thank you so much!!! I wasn't able to use washing machine, the instructions are not in English. Nor the oven. ..I reported the bathroom sink , never got a response. And the room upstairs had personal belongings under the bed of some one who was previously there, with alot of dust. Other than that I still enjoyed my stay.

• Paul (9/5): Comforable. spacious apartment that is a great base for exploring Madrid - Detailed, clear checkin instructions provided, with photos. Apartment (superier apartment) was on the 3rd floor - there is a lift in the building, but you will still need to take a few steps. The apartment itself had a good size, comfortable living space. The main bedroom is huge, with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Whilst on the smaller side, the second bedoom was still ok for 2 adults and has wardrobe space. There is a second bathroom just off the living space. The location of the apartment couldnt be better - its located in a quiet side street, but close to the key areas. A lot of the main areas and sites can be walked to from the apartment, and if you do want to go further afield or use the metro, there is a metro station about 1 min walk away. We were left a welcome basket in the apartment, with a few drinks in the fridge and some coffee pods and sachets. Would stay here again if visiting Madrid in the future. The air con unit in the living space and the 2nd bedroom made a loud noise from time to time - it was fairly infrequent, but for those particularly noise sensitive, it might disrupt
• Joyce (7/5): Fijne plek op een top locatie! - De locatie was top! De locatie zit in een vriendelijke buurt met leuke locale winkeltjes en horecazaken. Dicht bij de grote winkelstraat en het bruisende leven van Madrid. Alles was goed te lopen. De bedden waren erg goed en er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het appartement heeft dikke muren. Het contact met de host was erg goed. Raquel reageerde eigenlijk altijd direct en heeft ons goede en duidelijke instructies gegeven. Helaas geen buitenruimte. De badkamers waren iets aan de krappe kant. Een gedeelte van het appartement liep schuin af waardoor er minder bewegingsruimte was voor ons. Er miste een kapstok om wat jassen op te hangen en er was geen theedoek of keukenhanddoek.

In a very active area but the apartment was located on a very quiet side street. So the luxury of close to action but option for a quiet respite when needed. The air conditioner was problematic but our host immediately assisted and then had maintenance come and investigate. Problem was solved within 24 hours and AC functioned properly the remainder of our stay with no further issues.

Yes, the bathrooms are tiny, but they do the job and the showers work great. Nothing; it's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. However, please note that you're better off using the radiators than the dryer to dry clothes.
• Elena (4/5): Decepcionante. - La localización El apartamento es muy incómodo con los techos abuhardillados, somos todos muy altos y no hemos parado de darnos golpes en la cabeza. No es nada cómodo, angustioso sin ventanas al exterior, y con los baños tan pequeños y el agua que se sale de la ducha. No puedes usar las dos duchas a la vez porque la presión del agua caliente no llega. Algunas toallas estaban rotas. Falta de papel higiénico. Falta de un espejo grande, de cuerpo entero. Nos hemos quedado muchas veces en estos apartamentos pero en plantas inferiores, y nunca hemos tenido problema, pero con el apartamento de arriba, superior y mucho más caro, no nos ha gustado nada a ninguno de los cuatro. No volveremos ahí.

Des commerces au pied de l’immeuble dans la rue du bas : boucherie, petits fourres , cafés, fleuriste , papeterie etc… À 2 mins à pieds du métro plaza d’Espagne et d un autre métro Noviciado. Il y a un ascenseur avec quelques marches au début mais ça n’est pas dérangeant. L appartement est très agréable avec une bonne loterie très confortable dans les deux chambres avec deux salles de bain indépendantes pour chaque chambre. Nous avons pu profiter de tout très facilement . Je reviendrai sans doute dans cet appartement Tant ilOffre de facilités

• Carmel (9/5): Fabulous flat in great location - Great location, near lots of eateries, metro, shopping and walkable to sites. Lots of metro stations nearby also. The flat itself was secure, extremely comfy beds, great showers and living space. It was on average 33 degrees C during our 5 day stay so the air con throughout the property was great and lots of water for showers. Wifi great also. Nice touch to have some bottled water and a few beers in the fridge on arrival. Communication with vendor was excellent also. Muchas gracias Highly recommend this apartment. The only issue, and it wasn’t a big one for us, was that the TV wasn’t working.
• SARA (8/5): Bien, pero con matices. - El alojamiento muy bien, piso muy bonito, limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario. Un plus el que la calefacción fuera por radiadores y un gran detalle las bebidas de bienvenida (así cómo el que hubiera cápsulas para hacerte algún café y unos botecitos pequeños con aceite y vinagre). Añadir que las personas que se encargan de gestionar la limpieza fueron muy amables y se dieron prisa en la misma para que pudiéramos entrar cuanto antes ya que íbamos con una bebé. Por un lado, no muy cómodo el edificio, ya que había escaleras para llegar al ascensor y luego para subir al piso, pues no te dejaba en la misma planta (nosotros íbamos con carro y se hacía complicado). Por otro lado, pedimos cuna para nuestra bebé y la que te dan es bastante vieja y el colchón esta fatal… lo pongo por aquí ya que creo que no les costaría nada renovarla (siendo todo lo que se paga por el apartamento…).

• Harja (10/5): Location and comfort! - Casa Malasaña was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect - tucked away on a quiet street yet very close to many attractions and multiple metro stations. It is furnished nicely with plenty of space for our group of 4 and has very comfortable beds. It was perfectly clean and the access into the building was very easy. The thoughtful welcome gifts were also very much appreciated! We all enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommend it to others.

• Mary Ellen (9/5): Elegant, luxury stay in exceptional part of Madrid. - Luxury apartment in fantastic neighborhood…we could walk to almost all the major attractions. Extremely comfortable beds (king bed!) with luxury linens and duvets. The two bathrooms were great — showers were hot w great water pressure. The only thing a bit challenging was figuring out how to use the washer/dryer. Not a big deal.
• Karin (8/5): - Die Lage. Das Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten ist extrem klein. Die Fenster schließen sehr schlecht und somit ist für die Person, die auf der Fensterseite schläft, das Schlafen wirklich kalt!

• Pascal (9/5): Excellent séjour, calme et confort de l’appartement - Le confort, la literie, la facilité d’accès (boite à clés), proximité métro et localisation. Juste s’il pouvait y avoir un peu plus de vaisselles et couverts. Nous n’avons pas trouvé la notice du four/microonde, mais c’est un détail.
• Vadim (10/5): Прекрасная квартира в прекрасном городе . - Все было очень удобно и комфортно начиная с бронирования и до самого отъезда . Четкие и понятные инструкции по заселению , моментальная реакция на все вопросы. Сама квартира находится в прекрасном месте - рядом метро, супермаркеты и рестораны. До всех знаковых мест города дорога займет менее получаса. В квартире все удобства для комфортного размещения на несколько дней. Мы провели в Мадриде 5 незабываемых дней полных впечатлений , и всегда было приятно начинать и заканчивать день в Casa Malasaña . Есть небольшие детали , о которых я думаю знают владельцы. Но которые абсолютно не помешали нам наслаждаться нашим пребыванием в Мадриде

• Sagi (8/5): Cute apartment in awesome location - Location is great, right in the center of Madrid. It was comfortable and quiet and served us well. Some food and drinks were included which was a nice touch. Communication and access to the apartment was smooth (via whatsapp, which suits me best) The wifi was quite bad (very slow). This is increasingly important and is easy to fix. would be a 9 if the wifi situation was addressed... It is a roof-level apartment and he ceiling was low so the living room was not really usable. Still, it was a good option and served us well
