• challita (8/5): Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would still recommend it for the location and comfort. - What I liked most was the location and the spacious room. The area was great and convenient, and the room itself felt comfortable and roomy. One small downside was the stairs to access the first floor only. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but guests with heavy luggage, older travelers, or anyone with mobility issues might find them a bit difficult to manage.

La stanza è un po' abbandonata, poco curata, si percepisce incuranza. La doccia funziona male, l'acqua esce solo dal phone in piccole quantità. L'illuminazione è molto scarsa.

• Anastasia (2/5): Déplorable - Son emplacement L’eau de la douche était froide malgré nos réclamations et il n’y avait aucune pression ce qui ne nous permettait pas de nous doucher convenablement. C’est d’autant plus déplorable que nous étions avec deux enfants de 8 ans. Devoir les laver à l’eau froide ce n’est pas normal vu le prix de la chambre. De plus, le ménage n’a jamais été fait pendant notre séjour ni même nos lits. Seules les poubelles étaient vidées. En 4 nuits, aucune ménage de fait ce n’est pas acceptable pour une hôtel. Enfin, nous avions demandé une chambre au calme et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec la chambre collée à la réception, résultats : nous entendions tous les va et vient des gens, le téléphone de la réception, quand la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel, s’ouvrait ça faisait un courant d’air qui claquait la porte de notre chambre et nous entendions tous les pas et les discussions de la chambre du dessus. Encore une fois ce n’est pas du tout convenable pour un séjour avec enfants.

Ducha fría y sin presión - La ubicación es muy buena y es un hotel bastante modernizado No puede ser que el agua de la ducha salga sin presión y fría. Llame para que me lo solucionaran y me mandaron a otra habitación a ducharme (tampoco tenía agua caliente). Al día siguiente si había, pero sin apenas presión…muy bien ubicado y muy bonito, pero no merece la pena.

Al viajar con una bebe, para nosotros es imprescindible tener espacio suficiente en la habitación. Tambien la cafetera y el calentador de agua. Y un montón de toallas. El acceso a la habitación con un carro de niño. No hay ascensor desde la planta 0, empieza desde la 1. Y para subir el carrito hay unas escaleras empinadas.

W bardzo dobrym położeniu wszędzie blisko pod pokojem wiele restauracji i sklepów. Lokalizacja spokojna i bezpieczna. Na pewno jak będziemy 2 raz w Rzymie zastanowimy się nad ponownym pobytem w BDB Rooms

Insonorizzazione interna assente. Praticamente quelli al piano di sopra erano in camera con noi. Acqua fredda in doccia ma e’ bastato un messaggio all host e hanno risolto. Peccato per la signora in reception la mattina. Poco empatica.

• Jeongmi (9/5): - 일단 위치가 너무 좋아요. 나보나광장, 판테온 등 주요 관광지 도보 이동 가능하고 근처 맛집도 많아요. 방도 매우 넓어서 큰 캐리어 펼쳐놓고 있어도 왔다갔다 하는데 불편하지 않았어요. 화장실 문이 절반밖에 안 열려요. 연박 시 객실 청소를 늦게하셔서 오후에 쉬러 들어갔을때 청소하고 계실 수 있음.

• Marija (7/5): - The apartment itself was fantastic, in an amazing location right near Piazza Navona, clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. It really felt like the perfect base for exploring Rome. However, there was a very big downside, there was no hot water in the shower during our stay. We contacted the person responsible for the apartments, and while someone came the next morning to fix it, the problem remained and we never had hot water. It was especially disappointing because the apartment is otherwise excellent. We were lucky it was early September and the weather was still hot, so showering in cold water was just about bearable but it’s not what you expect at this price and quality level. If the hot water issue is resolved, this would be a wonderful place to stay. But as it stands, the experience was frustrating despite the apartment’s many positives.

• Iris (8/5): - Location is close to piazza navona and other attractions. The room is cozy and nicely decorated- we were 3 persons. Since we were hardly in the room the size of it was ok. The room was clean. Overall, there was a recurring issue with low water pressure in the shower and a lack of hot water. To her credit, the host responded quickly and called a technician, who apparently hasn’t fully resolved the problem yet. Unfortunately, this affected our experience. Assuming this problem was fixed, the place was good. No elevator to the first floor.

• Gillian (9/5): - Good location and very close to a lot of good food, shops and tourist attractions. The room is very clean and so is the bathroom so this was really good. The bed is comfortable as well. The location is tucked away off street so its away from the hustle and bustle at night which is good as its nice to get away from the crowds. Felt safe in the area too so this is great. The main problem we had is that we could not figure out the hot water on the first day so it would be nice to have a note about this. There was no staff at the reception so you have to contact them and wait for the response. Basically you have to turn on all the taps in the bathroom to the left so the hot water will come on. However that mean the pressure of the shower was low. I could also hear some of the occupants in the other room above us but generally not that big of an issue at night.
