Butts (1/5): If you staying for one night will do the job. - it was not good and the lady who took my card to pay for the breakfast just decided to tip her self as well.!! i had a 3 night stay and not once did some one come and bring fresh towels or to take trash. they had a bar that was never open but showed they had a bar when i booked my stay. had burn holes in the blankets beds where not comfy. for one person over night will do the job but other then that i wouldn't recommend it.

Room was clean and we were given ample clean towels. - Property was located about 20 minutes from where we needed to be in each direction and walking distance to some great eateries! The smell on the third floor was horrible. I am not sure if they had a sewer issue or what was going on but it was a definite turn off.

Dionna (4/5): - We had to switch our room 3 times due to cleanliness issues. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel is not updated at all. There were stains in the bathtub of our first room and the ceiling panels were not secured. In the second room we were moved to there was blood on the sheets, wall, and the floor. When we were moved to the third room it was better, but the first two rooms were awful.

When we walk into our first room, immediately struck with odd smells, the AC didn't work and the room was very warm, the shower wouldn't turn on. We expressed our concern to the front desk and they moved us to another room down the hallway. This room had better AC, but the pull out sofa my children were going to sleep on had food and crumbs and trash as well as the mattress being stained. So they moved us a 3rd time to a room that still was not all that good, but after spending hours switching rooms instead of being able to relax I got irritated because there was not even an apology for the lack of proper house cleaning or maintenance. Surely will not be returning to this place. It had a 3 star rating and cost 170+ a night... the pool water was clear, but you had one ghetto couple fighting and a whole group of people blocking the gate entrance. Tiles inside the pool were damaged, cracked, and some just missing. This place has good potential with the right management. But it's obviously family owned just for the money, not customer satisfaction or safety.

Luckily only needed a place to sleep one night and a quick shower. - Air conditioner not working properly, even with staff assistance temperature did not drop from 75. Stained towels and sheets. When we asked for a towel to replace the stained one, we were given a stack of towels with full length hairs on them. Chewed gum stuck to the side of the headboard.

( how embarrassing!) was dirty, towels and wash clothes dingy and the tub was horrific! I wound up getting my cleaning products from the car and cleaning the bathroom. Smdh! When I let staff know they said that’s the way it is and seemed generally unconcerned. When I mentioned to them that I cleaned it, they didn’t care about that either didn’t even say thank you.

Patricia (7/5): The purpose for being there was accomplished. It was within the conference I was attending. - The room was clean. The property was old and not well kept. The upkeep of the property was lacking. The fact that every room only one set of towels. No kleenex in the room.

Bushes and shrubs around pool area are overgrown and need trimming. A laundry chute for used pool towels was padlocked and thus people just threw towels on the floor. Fresh towels for the pool were not refilled timely thus when we went to the pool there were no towels.

william (4/5): 2.5 Stars for a cheapo hotel. - Just a tired hotel, the shower diverter was broken making the shower very difficult to use, the bathroom door was shattered, the carpets felt like they haven't been cleaned since the hotel opened. There were no linens on blanket or pillows for the pull out couch, took 2 trips to the front desk to get them. The breakfast was decent and affordable.
