The room we had had a separate bedroom and a bed in the main room with a couch, fridge, coffee maker, microwave. The location was great and had restaurants nearby. Only a short drive to Loon. I will definitely stay here again. If I had to get picky, I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you're used to a softer, fluffy type pillow. I found the bed pillows a little hard for my own personal taste.

However the hot water boiler and mechanism room was adjacent and every so often the burner would come on and make a low rumbling sound. I could have requested another room farther away but chose not to bother. Mike and Susan were lovely and friendly hosts. Would stay there again but in a different room than Lucky 13

The property is very clean and every unit is assigned a parking spot so there is no worrying about finding a parking space. The owners are very friendly and have a wealth of information so if you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask. It is the only place that we will stay when we come here.

The owners were very friendly and were hands on with anything that needed to be done. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm up in Lincoln. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Cute little area with coffee maker, fridge and microwave It's a great location especially if you want to access the White Mt Park. Thirty mins after checking out I received a call from owner, I had left a small bag in the room. Not sure you'd get that from a 'chain hotel.' We'd definitely stay again!

- Eileen (8/5): Cozy and cute! - Our room was very clean and cozy. The bathroom sink stopper was not working and we had to hold the stopper up to drain the sink. The shower is a stall shower which is not our favorite but on a good note the water pressure was great. A coffee table would be a nice addition since the tv is in a separate area. Location was great and it was very quiet even though the rooms were all occupied.

Its an older property, but clean, quiet, safe and a short drive to restruants along US 3, which we found to be not as crowded as the restruants along route 112 thru Lincoln. Owners were wonderful, plesant and helpful with recommendations.

- Meredith (10/5): Mountains , rocky river , nice A/C , nice place - Cute historical cabins with an amazing river running behind that you can explore and rock hop on ! This was a basic room with two queens , it was clean , freshly painted and comfortable. The river behind this place was awesome !!! Rock hopping heaven ! Price was great too. Location was perfect to state parks and trails all around ! Food , restaurants, gas all with in a couple of miles and a walking path to town .

- Samantha (10/5): Highly Recommended! - We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay in New Hampshire! The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful with getting us a pack and play and extra pillows and bedding for our little one. It was neat that the river was right behind the property, offering exploration opportunities with our toddler. Then at night, we took advantage of one of the three fire pits and made s’mores by the river and enjoyed the stars afterwards. The property even sold firewood with fire starter to make it extra simple and had a bucket prepared with water to put the fire out too. The location was close to Flume Gorge and all the other local attractions we wanted to visit.

- Richard (10/5): A cozy and serene getaway on the river. - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed at the motel and it was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful, convenient location and the owners were very helpful and courteous. We would definitely consider staying there again if ever we return to the area.
- Hilary (10/5): - Stayed one night while on a weekend hiking get away. It was exactly what I was looking for! Close to everything, quiet, and very clean. Check in was easy. The man at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay again!

- Susan (10/5): - Wonderful location. Right on the river so at night was the sound of the rushing water. The bed in my room was very comfortable…surprising for a standard motel room. Love the location as it is close to a lot of great restaurants. I’ve stayed here before and will continue to come here.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Comfort on the Pemi - I have stayed at Mt Liberty many times. We are always very happy. The room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pavilion area was well maintained. We were able to BBQ and have a nice night by the fire pit.
- Jennifer (8/5): - Loved the gazebos, pool, unit screen porch. Beds are very comfortable memory foam. Shower in unit 9 needs replacing, also windows and screens. Some towels need bleaching. Unit and grounds clean and pleasant. I would return.

- Susan (10/5): Great place for kids. - Laid back, lots of conveniences, good area to explore. We loved the rushing river in back of the cabins.
- Mary (8/5): Nice comfortable stay - It was a nice 3 night stay. The pool was well maintained. Bathroom shower was a bit tight but well enough. All in all we had a great time. The nights were nice and quiet. The place was busy so goes to say a lot of people like this spot on the river.

The staff was very friendly the room was clean and spacious the linen smelled fresh, the pool was very clean and while there the owner was testing the water. The sitting areas very clean and well maintained they keep disinfected wipes true out the property. Well worth it. I would definitely stay here again. 👍
