- PaulaRamoseRamos (7/5): Recebemos o que pagamos - Funcionários sempre simpáticos. Localização excelente. Não ter ar condicionado, apenas uma ventoinha cheia de pó e bastante barulhenta. O wc ser fora do quarto foi o que menos gostei mas quando reservei já sabia desse facto, portanto numa próxima talvez escolha outro tipo de quarto.
- Omar (3/5): - Le personnel d'accueil est gentil et souriant, j'avais un problème de wifi qui ne capte pas à mon étage à cause d'un répéteur wifi en panne. Il a essayé de trouver une solution, même si le problème n'était pas résolu mais l'intention était là. L'emplacement stratégique est le vrai plus de cet hôtel, à quelques pas de jamaa elfena. J'ai eu un incident avec un agent de sécurité de nuit mal élevé qui est venu m'agresser u lieu de me parler avec le respect que mérite chaque client de l'établissement. Malheureusement ce genre de personne ne doit pas travailler dans cet hôtel car il plombe l'expérience client et je ne reviendrai jamais là bas à cause de lui.. L'hôtel est mal insonorisé, on entend les gens parler dans la rue et même un soudeur à 1h du matin !! Bref si votre sommeil est léger je vous déconseille d'y séjourner. Les toilettes et douches sont à l'extérieur ce qui est assez handicapant. Surtout quand on découvre qu'il y'a une toilette douche par étage de 20 appartements haha imaginez la douche le matin... Il faudra se lever le premier. Pas de petit déjeuner non plus mais il y'a assez de café au alentours pour le prendre. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre ce qui rends les jours à 40° insupportables.

- Mandee (8/5): It was ok for the location and the staff were nice. - It’s near Jemaa el Fna which is handy. They were helpful when there was a problem with the room and moved me. Lots of shops around there selling ‘tourist stuff’ likely imported. No breakfast.

Super helpful with booking taxis to and from airport… printed off our boarding passes for us… showed us where our pick up locations were for pre booked tours… made sure we felt comfortable and were there 24hours/day to help if we needed anything !!! Room was clean and lovely!!! The courtyard and rooftop was very pretty !!! BRILLIANT VALUE FOR MONEY!!! The hotel is a 1 minute walk for the main square and souks and was the perfect location !!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

- Tatjana (3/5): Passt nur für kurze und preiswerte Aufenthalte. - Gute ist die Lage, direkt an der Medina. Und es ist preiswert. Es gibt eine tolle Dachterrasse. Das Zimmer ist lieblos eingerichtet, es fehlt jede Unterbringung für Klamotten, nicht einmal ein Haken an der Wand. Das Bett ist durchgelegen. Klar, es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber das Fenster auf die schmaler Gasse kann man aber auch aufgrund des hohen Lärmpegels nicht öffnen. Das Gemeinschaftsbad/Klo war direkt nebenan und man kann wirklich alles hören. Die Gäste dort scheinen auch in Partystimmung zu sein. Es gibt ein lautes Kommen und Gehen in der Nacht.

- AIKO (10/5): シャウェンに来たらここに泊まった方がいい - ・立地 旧市街の広場に面しており、観光面と治安面でどちらもよかった。屋上に上がることができ、シャウェンの青い街並みを街中にいながら一望できる。 ・ホテル内設備 シャワーの水圧や水温全て快適。室内も綺麗で何一つ困ることはなかった。ケトルがあるのも◯。青を基調とした素敵な内装で、室内にいながらシャウェンにいることを感じられた。 ・受付のムハンマドさんが大変優しく、拙い英語でも優しく接してくださった。朝ごはんを食べる時間がなかったが、オレンジジュースを飲ませてくださり、ペットボトルの水も持たせてくれた。 ないです

La camera ottima, potrei dire molto buia, per truccarmi uscivo fuori al cortile. Bagno un poò datato ma molto funzionale. A me si è rotto un tubo dell'acqua calda del lavandino mentre ero nel bagno, è stato un pò sconveniente ma al ritorno il tubo lo avevano cambiato ed era tutto pulito. Mi sono trovata molto bene. Rida ci ha consigliato sempre bene, su come vivere Marrachesh, su quanto pagare i taxi e dove mangiare in centro in posti economici, che cucinano bene. Controllate sempre il conto, in alcuni posti ti danno lo scontrino con il doppio e poi quando vedono che controlli...allora tirano fuori lo scontrino esatto. Non andate a mangiare negli stand al centro della piazza che si paga il triplo e si mangia peggio. La pulizia. Nel complesso era molto pulito ma c'erano un pò di briciole di pane sotto il comodino e sono rimaste li per tutto il soggiorno. Deduco che non sono andate a spazzare. Però nel complesso era molto pulito anche i bagni comuni, ed è una cosa molto rara a Marrakesh

A escasos 100 metros de la plaza, que es el epicentro de todo y situado en una calle peatonal llena de tiendas, bares y terrazas. Entorno accesible, facil de encontrar y super seguro. El personal del hotel siempre super amable, incluso algunos de ellos hablaban un poco español, siempre super cordiales en el trato. El hotel tiene un patio interior muy bonito y una terraza con tumbonas y vistas a la mezquita. Mi habitación era de las económicas, era muy básica y sencillita, pero con una cama grande muy cómoda y todo muy limpio. Tiene un pequeño lavabo dentero con espejo y jabón. Luego el baño con ducha es compartido, pero el de mi planta al menos, era moderno e igualmente limpio. La habitacion tenia ventana al patio central, vista bonita y super tranquila. Era justo lo que necesitaba, un hotel centrico, sencillo, limpio, seguro, barato, (a mi me salio super barato en mayo, nose en otras fechas si subira), con que la calidad precio genial. El internet me funcionaba bien tambien. Una buena experiencia, repetiria. La habitación, al menos las económicas, son un poco básicas. Y no incluia desayuno, cuando otros hoteles similares por mismo precio si lo tienen. Pero francamente, lo que yo pague sigue siendo muy barato y la ubicacion es inmejorable, con que contento igualmente.

- Inès (10/5): Booking there for the 4th time and not the last - I’m always coming to Hotel Central Palace when traveling in Marrakech and around. Location is amazing, so central you can do everything by walk. It is also very close to taxi stations and bus stops to go wherever you need. Staff is the most helpful and kind and I’m feeling very comfortable staying as a solo female traveler.
