• Phillip (9/5): I enjoyed the stay with one exception. Check in time at 3pm was a bit late for me. We arrived at noon and had a graduati - The most pleasant part of our visit was in the breakfast section. We spoke with Diane who was very pleasant and friendly.

But the fact that they had a shopping center right ne - Location, cleanliness and the fact that my room was cold when I walked in. The only thing that I didn’t like was that check-in was until 3:00 pm.

Coffee was watery and eggs hurt my stomach. When I arrived the mgr on duty was friendly and helpful. Offered me water. The black guy after him was indifferent and not friendly. Morning was friendly again. Nice. The thermostat turned off during the night and I kept waking up with the heat. Wifi was spotty and kept dropping off. The room had a stale smell that got on my clothese but bed and pillows were nice.

• Pamela (8/5): - The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved that I was able to do a load of laundry. Swimming pool was closed for maintenance. The weather was great and we were heated from our drive. The kids were looking forward to splashing for a while, but no luck. One of three rooms was set at 65 degrees and we couldn't change it.

• Phil (10/5): GRAND PRIX, CIRCUIT OF THE AMERICAS - What a lovely, comfy & delightful place!!! Staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful. Room was HUGE!!! Complete with a "living area". We were there for the Austin Grand Prix. Perfectly placed, not over busy yet an easy drive to get the bus to the circuit. 2 minute walk to the "shopping centre", yet you would never know it! Simply wonderful!

Took 2 hours to try and figure out problem and ultimately had to cancel with Hotels.com and then book the room in person.. worst Hotels.com experience i have had. Which is obvious from the fact your asking for review of a stay Hotels.com did not facilitate!!
• Connor (3/5): Overpriced hotel for a very mid experience - Staff was really friendly and accommodating! First of all my first night I noticed my comforter had many rips/ holes all throughout and some red stains and possibly some mold on it? There was still hair in my bathroom and the ac vents had so much dust in it like it had never been cleaned before. Also had to buy some febreeze due to the fact my room kept smelling like some sort of Italian food at all hours every time I came back into the room even at 1am so I do not think it was due to someone cooking the same thing all the time at least the staff gave me extra blankets once I told them about the torn up comforter. The breakfast is pretty mid imo they need more options. I get you probably get a lot of older travelers but the cereal was all plain boring tasteless cereal like plain cheerios and Raisin Bran🤣 the lady running the breakfast though is amazing/ hard working!

Very clean The person on counter when i checked in as a females asked questions that made me uncomfortable, like if i was staying alone while another gentleman was behind me. None of his business but now he has placed me in danger. That is a huge no o. Also light in the bathroom was out had not light bulb. Only 3 bath towels and 2 wash cloths for 2 people 2 days .
