Carol (6/5): - Comfortable mattress, quiet location. Motel is old, some updating done but has strong musty odor of an old building. Thin walls, door knob lock with a real metal key was very difficult to get unlocked. Affordable price, close to river in back of building.

Bed was good. No frills but i dlepted very wery. Mom and Pop owned and the owners were very friendly.

The lady at registration was very nice, didn’t need to go back and ask any questions. Had a little bit of problem figuring out how to turn on tv but eventually got it to work. It is located right off highway with an area of only hotels . Had a hard time finding someplace to eat dinner, did not realise the town of Lincoln was in a different area .

Kathleen (2/5): - My child got 1st and 2nd degree burns on his stomach, within 5 mins of being in the room. There was a Keurig machine on low table and unbeknownst to me, it was plugged in and full of water. When I was unpacking, my child touched it and got burned. When I talked with the owner, he offered no empathy and said “oh okay”. The rooms are musty smelling and outside of each room is an ashtray. Lots of people were smoking cigarettes outside of their rooms. It is not a child friendly establishment.
Susan (8/5): - The owners were very nice. The unit I stayed in was bit dated. The room was hot with the air conditioning running full. The sheets were stained, otherwise the unit was clean. I felt that the nightly price was a bit high for this property.
Giacomo (10/5): Lovely, clean place, lovely proprietors. - This was a lovely establishment. It was very clean, and it had no strange Smells, which is a big plus for us. It had floors instead of carpets which I love, because it stays so much cleaner. The mattresses were very comfortable. In the morning, We went into the pool, which was clean and beautiful. The proprietors were kind enough to allow us to stay an extra hour so we could enjoy the pool. This motel is situated on the side of the river, so we were able to sit on benches and enjoy the beautiful River, and we got some firewood from the gas station across the street and Had a lovely fire. Additionally, The location is great, close to so many things and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. The Blackout curtains don't reach the end of the windows, so you are unable to completely cover the windows. I wish there was one more curtain panel, so we would have been able to keep our room dark and private if we chose to. This was a small issue for us.
Robert (10/5): - What a wonderful stay we had. Listening to the river right outside the window was so peaceful and relaxing. The owner was very kind and always waved hello when he saw us. The room was large. Large tv with Roku. Bed was comfy. Small refrigerator worked well for our drinks and leftovers. Just a great stay. We will absolutely be back.

Jordan (5/5): - Had our firewood stolen by guests that arrived while we were doing local activities. A sign-up sheet for the fire pit seems necessary. Too many decorations on the wall and not enough basic furniture instead. The motel is not within walking distance of any local attractions.
Gail (10/5): Mount Coolidge Motel in Lincoln NH - We would definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice and helpful. The room was super clean and the grounds are well maintained. Has a nice pool and there is a sitting area in back of the motel where you can sit and watch a small river and also grills and a fire pit to have a fire.
Vertefeuille (10/5): Great experience - We arrived at Mt. Coolidge and it was very clean! The staff was friendly and it was such a pleasant stay. It was so close to the beautiful sights. I highly recommend staying here! I didn't realize there was a community microwave to use. I wish I'd known sooner. My elderly parents had a hard time getting in the shower. It would have been good to have a handicap excessively room. (I don't know if you have one.) You

Douglas (10/5): Family fun in the mountains - Our family has stayed at a few places in the Franconia notch region and The Mt. Coolidge inn stands out because it’s run by a family! Has great rates, and is a stay sandwiched between a wonderful river and a clean warm pool! The best of both water worlds in the mountains of NH! We will be going back to stay again next year!

On property there is an ice machine and microwave that are both accessible. The pool definitely felt heated and was always clean. Definitely going back next year.

Nini (7/5): Cute cabin stay - We had a comfortable stay at one of the cabins! We were a group of 3 and booked ourselves a whole cabin and had plenty of space inside with one empty bed. Waking up to the sound of the flowing river was pleasant:) The staff was very nice and they gave us 10% off for breakfast at a couple of cafes. Huge plus was that all the hiking spots in the white mountains was just 5-10 minutes drive from here! Not much we didn't like, taking into consideration its affordability, although there was a bit of a wood (?), or humid smell inside, but it was fine really.

We all felt super cramped here and none of us slept well. The beds were uncomfortable and one bathroom was present which had to be accessed by walking through another person's space. Robin (9/5): Clean and comfortable. Owners are great. - Close your Loon Mt. and numerous restaurants. While all rooms are smoke free, there are chairs and table outside the room with an ash tray. If anyone is smoking outside from either room adjacent, the smoke and smell goes into your windows. Should banish all smoking outside rooms and designate smoking areas in green space away from rooms.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating, which we really appreciated. If you're sensitive to light when you sleep, you might bring a sleep mask, because the bright outside lights at night shine through the curtains...

We liked the outside seating at the rear of the room looking over the river. Curtains let in the light from the outside porch light. Blackout blinds would be good. The room was clean but smelled strongly of disinfectant.

Does need a little updating but the owner stated they are working on the updates. And with our room being a cabin from 1903 it was perfect

The river runs directly behind the lodge and is a great place to sit and relax. Pool is clean and staff is friendly. They also own the Moon Café in town and will give you a 10% discount on purchases. The Crescent breakfast burrito and curry croissant are not to be missed! The showerhead in the room may be a little too low for tall people.

The shower has no pressure, I'm 6'1 and found the shower head was way too low. I'm a man with short hair and I struggled to wash shampoo out of my hair good. The bed was creaky and not the best and the refrigerator was small. I'd stay here again except for the shower situation is a deal breaker for me.

Sabina (9/5): Relaxing vacay with good value for your money - Love the location just south of Franconia Notch with lots of hiking. A river is running right behind the property which is lovely. There is also a pool and it’s all relatively quiet. Owner and staff are very friendly There is nothing I disliked.

Microwave and ice machine were outside. Was allowed one k cup per person. No fan. AC didnt cool room. When windows were open smoke filled your room from firepit or smokers in the front. Pool was nice but very small.

Parking for us was conveniently right in front of the cabin The bathroom lock was difficult to open when fully closed and the outside cabin door was not fully functional from the inside but nothing to worry about or to deminish the great experience

K-bob (8/5): A nice motel with a river view - A nice room. Good TV, good a/c (not a window unit but a split), a breakfast table with chairs, river view. A fridge was very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant room. Only four lounge chairs in the pool area. Towels are very small. The blanket also small and thin. The door locks are ancient and require tinkering and jiggling to work. But these are admittedly small details.
