- Kelly (10/5): Awesome location and beautiful apartment. We would’ve loved to stay longer but Rome was calling. Great stop over for Pil - Perfect location. In the middle of everything. Easy access to restaurants and museums, cathedrals and bars. The place is immaculately decorated and very spacious. Had a problem with the bed as it was much too soft but overall the apartment was beautiful.

- Nancy (5/5): Bed was the worse we’ve ever tried to sleep in. - Location was wonderful Well the bed was horrible!! It sagged terribly in the middle and we weren’t able to sleep hardly at all because of it. Secondly the spa tub we were looking so forward to using had mold in the jets so bad we couldn’t use it. Very unsanitary. We also didn’t like the two steps inside the room although the host pointed them out. Besides checking us in her communication with us was non existent. We tried calling on our phones, using what’s app. Absolutely nothing from her. And directions on how to check in were horrible. Someone saw us circling the block and doors and directed us. Very frustrating.

- Anna (8/5): Good overall - Location is good, parking is right near the building, it's not included in the price, because it's a city open parking, but it's not expensive. We got free bottles of water in the fridge, tea bags with a kettle (luxury in Italy, they normally don't drink tea and even more rarely have a kettle 😄). Also got 2 capsules of coffee included. You have also a sauna included in a price, although we didn't use it (came late, it was closed already) Generally, hotel is good, a little bit overpriced, I think If you have candles in the room, leave something to light them on, please)) Otherwise, candles don't have a point to be there 😄

- denis (5/5): Grosse déception ,Palazzo Frigo n’est pas un hôtel ,ni un BandB mais une chambre très chere - Emplacement parfait ,grande chambre calme ,lit comfortable Accueil insuffisant ( nous avons dû attendre ) aucun conseil pour les restaurants de la ville ,celui proposé était fermé.pas de petit déjeuner,propreté moyenne et salle de bain avec des dysfonctionnements :fuite aux toilettes eau difficile à trouver .en fait très décevant et très cher .Laisse croire à un hôtel et c’est une location de chambre sans aucun service médiocre

Sistema di riscaldamento nella stanza oro difficile da gestire in autonomia.

- claudio (9/5): - abbiamo alloggiato in una spaziosa camera, parte di uno (o due) piani dello storico palazzo (anni '30 del 900) situato nel pieno centro di Motefiascone. gli ambienti sono ben ristrutturati e confortevoli. abbiamo apprezzato la presenza della sauna e del solarium sul tetto dell'edificio ma non ne abbiamo usufruito per ragioni di tempo e di clima. la truttura non offre alcuna colazione, ma si può usufruire del bar centrale (raggiungibile anche senza uscire dall'edificio) che offre una ampia scelta di ottima qualità. molto gradita la disponibilità e gentilezza della giovane che, nonostante lo scarso preavviso sull'orario di arrivo, è corsa ad accendere il riscaldamento e ad accoglierci. andrebbe curata un po meglio la manutenzione: la porta del bagno non si chiudeva perche fuori squadra e il termosifone perde un po di acqua (nulla di preoccupante ma non è gradevole).
