• Pamela (1/5): Racist - Nothing I am writing to formally complain about the discriminatory and unprofessional treatment my family and I experienced at your property. I intended to be a long-term guest and was initially quoted a rate of $71 per night by the front desk. I later booked the room through Booking.com at a lower rate. Shortly after check-in, an issue was raised regarding my son, who has a documented mental disability. Staff accused him of stealing basic amenities such as tissue paper, paper towels, trash bags, and soap. I immediately addressed the concern by speaking with my son and informed management that this would not happen again. Despite this, one manager stated that the situation was “not his problem.” I was then told that although I could stay the night because it was already paid for, I would be required to leave the following day. No legitimate policy violation or reasonable justification was provided. Even more concerning, after I had already paid for that day, I was later given only 30 minutes to vacate the room. This sudden demand was unreasonable, disruptive, and completely inappropriate—especially given that payment had already been accepted. Being forced to leave on such short notice caused significant distress and placed my family in an extremely vulnerable position. My son’s disability was clearly disclosed. Instead of being met with understanding or reasonable accommodation, we were treated as a problem and effectively punished. I firmly believe this constitutes discrimination based on disability. Additionally, the tone and handling of the situation raise serious concerns regarding racial bias. I complied with all expectations as a guest and acted responsibly as a parent. Forcing us to vacate under these circumstances—after payment and without valid cause—was unjustified, humiliating, and emotionally distressing.

• Vivian (7/5): Be a bit more detailed with cleaning and functional - The size was good, but I wanted a non smoking room/ but it came with a smoking hallway. I was told half of the 2nd floor had smoking. After inquiring about smoke I was informed then. The furniture had a door missing 1, there was a roach in the refrigerator 2, the cold water pressure at the bathroom sink was non existing 3. I made desk clerk aware of those issues

There was dog hair and tra - The location to the things we was there for The desk staff rude. Received a call about 9pm the night of check in. They asked if I was coming I explained yes we are and I explained that I put down that I would be getting there between 12am and 1am due to the drive there. He just kept telling me that was too late to check in. I explained to him I put it down we was going to be late. I explained to him that it wouldn’t matter what time in check in because the room is already paid for and I have never heard of a motel not heading someone at the desk 24 hrs a day.

• John (6/5): Definitely not for kids and you'll sleep with one eye open. - The room and general condition was very clean. Mostly the constant coming and going of prostitutes and the use of drugs on-site. All you could smell and saw outside was weed being smoked, shady characters and dark tinted windowed vehicles dropping off and picking up prostitutes. This is by no means a kid friendly place. We questioned the safety of our vehicle and decided not to stay the entire night and left.

• Jessica (10/5): It was wonderful and comfortable. - Everything was great, the place was super I loved it cause you can cook, and don’t have to wait for someone to cook for you lol, I will be coming back this Saturday, I love the staff especially Mr. Beau he is wonderful and an understanding person. What I disliked was that the tubs was getting clothed up maybe there was hair from previous people that was staying there, also on our last day I guess since they smelled the food there was like 3 or 4 roaches I started to see but that’s no problem I killed them lol.

They complained because we used Booking.com and said it was screwing everything up Rude man at front desk who tried to assault me by poking his finger in my eye. He was yelling so mean my daughter who has cerebral palsy starting crying because he was scaring her.
