• Ed (5/5): we will not stay there again. - the lobby was locked and no staff available at 2:00 in the morning. Locked until 6:00 a.m. We had a medical emergency.... no one to discuss emergency rooms, etc. Found out on our own...... packed up, etc .

• allen (7/5): Port Townsend is a good place for weekend trip. - The hotel is located next to the marina and close to breweries and restaurants. The WiFi connection was bad and the breakfast options were limited to only a few items.

• James (8/5): Solid stay. Thank you - A very solid experience and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Hotel was friendly and accommodating and we had a room overlooking the harbor and marina. Cost was a huge issue with us as other places just appeared to gouge us for fees and parking.

• Tammy (6/5): Nice front desk, ok facilities. - Breakfast offering was a bonus I wasn't expecting. The room as clean and well stocked with shower amenities. There is no way to regulate temperature. As weather in the area is unpredictable (meaning it rained), the room was on the chilly side. The room cost was over what I would normally pay for the age of the facility. While I had no pet, I do appreciate their acceptance of pets as these facilities are hard to find.

• Neva (9/5): - We were very pleased with the friendly staff, the large size of the room, and the great view of the bay. Breakfast was very satisfying... much more than just pastries and coffee! Handholds in the shower would have been VERY helpful!
• Nathan (7/5): Older motel but good price - Free breakfast however generally a bit of a run down room in need of renovation. Clean enough room. Can sometimes be loud if you are near the slamming doors where people sore coming and going. Sometimes folks are talking in the hallways at night disturbing our rest.

The lobby is staffed overnight which is nice. My room had a beautiful view of the harbor and a nice patio. I really appreciated the continental breakfast in the morning.

• Smith (6/5): Not the Ritz, but a great economical place to stay if you have a large dog. - Good central location and within a 3 minute drive of downtown. We appreciated the ability to take our large dog, and we got a ground level room on the end…perfect for letting our fur baby out. The morning breakfast was must better than expected, and the coffee served all day was a treat. Finding the microbrew, Propolis, next door was awesome! The hotel should work with them to cross advertise. Oh, and right across the street from the marina and the Safeway gas station and mini market. This is definitely an older hotel with some deferred maintenance issues. It was also frustrating that our room key kept demagnetizing. The room was very warm at night, but they provided a fan which helped keep us cool.

• Anshu (6/5): decent inn at decent price - this place serves as a decent place to stay and good value for the money spent, the included breakfast is a bonus, it was simple but not having to go hunt for food early in the morning is such a plus esp when travelling with young kids. they advertise a pool during summer, but the pool is covered and looks like being in the process of being dismantled, should not advertise a pool if there isn't one or be clear about it being non-functional

Housekeepers came in every day and attended to the room very well. There was a good selection of food available for breakfast. But I would give it 3 out of 5 stars Not a lot of natural light, so a little dark. No air conditioning so needed to open glass slider to get fresh air

Staff told me at check in that no pets were allowed, even though I called the day before to make sure I got a pet friendly room, one I had booked about 6 months prior.

• Morrow (9/5): A great find for a nice stay in Port Townsend. We will go back and stay at the Harborside again. - The room was perfect - quiet, clean and with a wonderful view. Breakfast was nothing special- packages of oatmeal, some bananas and yogurt.

Had exhaust fan in bathroom. Had good selection of teas Bathroom looked old and tired, tiles were dated and grout was dirty. Scanty breakfast. Coffee was mediocre. No conditioner or Shower cap.
• Sílvia (9/5): Simple and has everything you need - I loved the simplicity of the rooms. I really appreciated the desk in the room as well. The view was nice! I chose this hotel based on the breakfast and it did not disappoint! It was nourishing and filling. I booked this room because I thought I would have access to the hot tub. After a long day of work, that really sounded great to me. I was informed that the hot tub is not in order or they don't have one anymore.
