• Lería (3/5): Decepción - La ubicación, la infraestructura y la atención de los garzones. La ambientación del restaurante estaba muy bien. Las tinajas las tienen frente al restaurante, por lo que incomoda usarlas y ser vitrina de las personas que están comiendo. La piscina temperada estaba fría, 25 grados, por lo que no dio para usarla. La tv no pudo conectarse a wifi, por lo que no se pudo ver canales streaming. Y el desayuno parte a las 09:00, por lo que, para los que despiertan temprano (considerando que hay altas posibilidades ya que es un lugar sin fiestas ni entretenimiento) no se puede ni siquiera tomar un café. Todo está cerrado antes de las 09:00. Y todo cierra a las 22:00.

Good meals, home-cooking style. Good selection of wines including hotel own vineyard. Charming English-speaking owner (with magnificent collection of old Mercedes on display). Spacious room -ours (13) with terrace onto the vineyard. Staff always friendly and politeHelpful about arranging taxi at reasonable price for our visits to other vineyards. Unable to get even a beer before 1.30 pm: it would be good to have the bar open from noon. Restaurant service sometimes a bit erratic / disorganised and little English spoken. Several wines on list not available - particularly given the language barrier it would be helpful to offer an up to date list (even just photocopied sheet) of wines in stock.
• Darío Mora (5/5): Estancia Baja Calidad. - Es fácil llegar, con estacionamiento techado, buenos jardines e instalaciones buenas (piscina, sauna, etc.) Lo mejor son las plantas y flores que tienen, son hermosas. Destacamos a una garzona nueva que llevaba como dos días y fue muy amable, acertada y servicial. El dormitorio cumplía. Check in y check out rápido y sin contratiempos. Muy poco personal para atender. Andaban todos corriendo. En una ocasión tuvimos que pedir más de 3 veces un bebestible, y en la segunda vez nos dijeron que se iban a demorar 30 minutos y que teníamos que recordarles. El dormitorio tenía olor a desagüe, tuvimos que ventilar cada día para que se fuera. Tampoco funcionaba la calefacción del dormitorio ni el calienta toallas, en el día no era relevante, pero en la noche bajaba mucho la temperatura. Por cierto, deben tener una mejor carta de vinos, hace dos años la tenían muy bien, ahora con suerte tenían una o dos alternativas, además tienen una etiqueta propia a $20.000 la botella de muy mala calidad. No puedes tener el nombre "wine" en tu hotel y no tener vinos.

La temperatura de la piscina climatizada, creo que eso arruina mucho la experiencia (se siente fría), no es agradable. Sugeriría más basurero en las piezas y tal vez considerar una cortina que selle mejor la entrada de luz por los costados.

We hiked behind the property up the hill. The restaurant on site has excellent food. Highly recommend!

Las habitaciones no cuentan con la insonorización suficiente como para evitar escuchar las conversaciones de pasillo. El hotel cuenta con clientes de edad avanzada que tienden a gritar mientras hablan y se escuchan los gritos de las conversaciones de pasillo en la habitación.

Very friendlz staff in the restaurant 1. **Value vs. Quality**: I felt that the value provided did not align with the quality of the services received. There were several aspects that detracted from my stay. 2. **Beverage Temperature**: The beverages served were not cold, which diminished the overall experience. 3. **Coffee Machine Issues**: The coffee machine in the morning was not functioning properly, impacting the start of the day for many guests. 4. **Front Desk Service**: Unfortunately, I found the front desk staff to be unfriendly and not adequately responsive to constructive feedback or complaints. This affected the overall impression of the service quality.
• Peter Voigt (9/5): Calm luxury for relaxation and vineyard exploration - A wonderful place to stay! The owner and the staff made us feel like at home and gave us excellent advice on nearby vineyards to visit. We didn't have a car, so we needed taxis for transportation, but that turned out to be no problem. Breakfast and lunch/dinner were excellent and we enjoyed the free hot tub and swimming pool (note that "heated" pool doesn't mean "hot", it is pleasantly lukewarm for swimming, warmer than most public indoor swimming pools. For "hot", use the hot tub.). We could not adjust the room temperature with the heater/aircon - when we left it on, automatic temperature was enforced, and the room was consistently cold, also at night. Only by turning it off did we achieve a pleasant indoor temperature. The taxis the hotel suggested were very expensive compare to the local taxis we found in Casablanca city for single trips. After a while we got the tip to take the bus that stops right at the hotel down to the city - that only cost about two euros per person. From there we hailed the cheaper taxis to a vineyard. For a later round-trip to two vineyards, the suggested taxi was at an ok price, 25euro, though - the driver even waited for us at the vineyards.

• Fabio (8/5): Casablanca - O Hotel é muito bonito, com instalações bonitas e jardins lindos muito bem cuidados. A localização é próxima as vinicolas e a 35km de Algarrobo que é um balneário lindo e com muitas opções de restaurantes e cafeterias beira mar. O atendimento do hotel é bom, mas achei que erram em detalhes como a limpeza dos quartos (o roupão e pantufas estavam um pouco sujas, pareciam até usadas e sem lavar) e apesar do verão, a temperatura cai para 11/12 graus a noite e a calefação central do quarto estava desligada e ficou bem frio para quem está acostumado com o calor brasileiro. Ter um restaurante no hotel ajudou muito, pois é a única opção de jantar na região. A comida é muito boa e o preço acompanha a media da região. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, bem fraco e com poucas opções.
• Julie (8/5): Enjoyable but did not live up to expectations based on price - The garden was beautiful. Breakfast was good as were the evening meals. Booked the hot tub- nobody came to remove the heavy wooden covers. The tub had floating oily ash on the surface that we couldn’t remove before getting in. Having used the tub we found out skin was stained black with the ash which was extremely difficult to scrub off in the shower, otherwise our clothes would be stained. The bedroom was lovely, and clean, except the table and chairs outside on our veranda. They were so dirty they were unusable. No information or recommendations was provided on vineyards in he local area when we arrived which was disappointing.

• Laura (10/5): An unforgettable stay in Chilean wine country! - This hotel is an amazing, central place to explore the Casablanca wine region! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the rooms and amenities are top, and the staff is so kind and helpful, especially with setting up wine tastings at amazing local vineyards. By crazy luck, we visited Chile when there was a nation wide power outage, but somehow the hotel kept everything up and running that we didn't even realize. Cannot recommend enough! I can't imagine how anyone could write anything negative here

• Peter (10/5): Wonderful stay in the Casablanca Valley - This was our first visit to this hotel and we were charmed from the moment we arrived with a wonderful welcome and staff throughout our stay who were friendly and really helpful. The room was great and food very good and it was a real bonus to see the owner Rodrigo and his wife very pro active throughout the visit. All the hard work of everybody deserves to make it a continuing success and we will return if at all possible Nothing

• Debby (10/5): The perfect getaway spot! - Beyond the gates and walls on a small neighborhood street, BC Wine Casablanca was the loveliest surprise! The staff was patient and kind, the Owners were equally kind and generous with their time and sharing about the region! The property itself is like a dream- wildflowers everywhere, gorgeous architecture and wine barrel hot tubs heated the old fashioned way with burning wood! The restaurant was impeccable- we had all our meals there- breakfast, lunch AND dinner, and all were superb! The room was huge and the bed was soooo comfortable! We enjoyed it all!
• Anthonuy (10/5): Outstanding Country boutique hotel! - The hotel is a great location for visiting local wineries, the room is lovely, there are beautiful gardens surrounding all of the buildings, breakfast is very nice with plenty of fruits and other breakfast items, the dinners are carefully prepared, but most importantly, the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. There should be a screen for the patio door so we could let some fresh air into the room without letting the bugs come in!

Slightly overpriced - Beautiful hotel and fabulous gardens Great swimming pools Lovely breakfast Staff so smiley and helpful Great rooms Our first room no 9 had no WiFi We asked reception and they moved us instantly Tea and coffee making wasn’t accessible until 8am. My husband is an early riser so access sooner would have been good.

• Alfredo (10/5): Ideal basecamp to explore the Casablanca Valley. - Very helpful and friendly staff, they will set you up with all the tours you need. The hot tubs are a great way to end the day. The rooms are rustic but clean and very comfortable. The restaurant is a bit overpriced.

• Kevin (10/5): Sublime place to stay - This is a sublimely beautiful place to stay. Superb room, very comfortable and large bed, all set in truly wonderful gardens and beautifully designed buildings. Excellent food and friendly and attentive staff complete a perfect hotel for a break in the wine country of Casablanca. Magnificent! It was all perfect!
• Kevin (10/5): - I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel and property enough! The pictures do not do it justice. What a gorgeous slice of paradise Don Rodrigo and his lovely wife have created. The staff and grounds crew are amazing! The pools (outdoor and indoor), wood fired hot tubs, saunas, restaurant, gardens, rooms, the hiking trails behind the hotel, the wine tasting in Casablanca Valley, love, love, love!! Do not hesitate to book your stay here. You will be totally satisfied! Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Chile and the Casablanca Valley
