Communication with the innovative walkie-talkie reception remains pleasant and the staff are always available.

- gregory (2/5): - The worst property I have stayed. They don’t give you a key fob to get Into the main door. I waited 20 mins twice the second time in the rain to be let in. And no one seemed to care. I got My things and immediately left never to return.
- gregory (2/5): - This has got to be the worst property I have ever stayed. And I have stayed at this property many times. It’s under new management and they are the absolute worst. Before they took over, guest received a key fob to get into the main door. When I wasn’t given one I asked how am I suppose to get in and was told someone would be at the front desk. In one day I waited 20 mins twice, and the last time was in the rain. Immediately got my things and left and I will never return. This used to be my favorite place to stay and I will never return.
- Adam (4/5): - The check in process was tedious as the front desk lady was extremely incompetent. She didn't know the wifi password and it took her over an hour to finally locate it. On my last night at the property the hotel staff aloud an unwanted guest to enter the property into the reception area. I already told the hotel staff that I did not want to see this individual but the hotel staff still proceeded and let the unwanted guest on the property. That is a complete violation of hotel guests rights. That made me feel extremely unsafe. I felt violated. What if something bad happened or I could of been a victim of a crime or theft. The hotel staffs obligations are to the patrons staying at the establishment, not to outside people who are not guests staying at the hotel. Bad business practice. You make guests feel unsafe staying at your hotel.

- Wilfry (10/5): - Un muy bonito lugar desde que encuentras la puerta para acceder, personas amistosas y serviciales, cámara de vigilancia y habitaciones cómodas con buena climatación. Definitivamente volveríamos allá. Solo tener presente que está un poco oculto para encontrar ya que no se ve un letrero facil de aprecia, pero después, un sitio muy bonito y cómodo.

- Richard (8/5): Alojamiento cómodo y funcional - El hotel está en buenas condiciones, limpio, seguro y en un área muy cercana al Conde. Pagas lo justo por lo que obtienes. La habilitación necesitaba jabón de ducha, el TV estaba dañado y deben colocar un ventilador en el área de la sala, ya que con el calor es imposible estar allí.

The person who receives you and who you ask about the things you need or if something is in the place is very nasty(the light went out and they did not want to turn on the power plant and I had to get angry because it was very hot). The place is safe and I thank God for the young Milagros who apologized for the inconvenience and was very kind when we needed something. In the Colonial area there are better places to enjoy some have a good vacation and rest as you wish.

- Anas (4/5): - No había nadie en la recepción en el check in, nos abrió la puerta la chica de la limpieza. Esperamos al chico de recepcion y nos recibió de mal gusto. A la tarde (21:00) no pudimos abrir la puerta y no había nadie en recepción que nos pudiera abrir la puerta. Estuvimos en la calle durante una hora esperando hasta que ya se pudo abrir la puerta para acceder al hotel. Al subir había música en el ordenador de recepcion pero seguía sin haber nadie. Pésimo
- NANCY (10/5): Great wi fi - Spacious and comfortable apartment with great wi-fi, which I really needed during my 2 night stay. Quiet room in back side of building, so it was quiet. Only negative issue was location - very close to historic area, but up a somewhat steep street with crazy sidewalks (which is common in Santo Domingo). If you have mobility issues, check the location out on google maps so you can see for yourself. Managers were very responsive to a few issues I had, so this is a well-managed place.

Breakfast was horrible they gave the same food every day , they don’t even give you time to eat the food they keep coming knocking on your day for the tray on the 3rd day we have to told them to hold the food we don’t need it anymore and they took forever to fix electricity and the water when they ran out.
- Magnus (10/5): Hjälpsam personal, rent och perfekt läge. - Perfekt läge alldeles i utkanten av zona colonial. Lungt, inte speciellt mycket trafik. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukost levererad till rummet. En kopp kaffe, ett glas juice bröd med pålägg och färsk frukt, perfekt för oss eftersom vi inte vill äta så mycket direkt på morgonen. Rent och mycket effektiv AC. All köksutrustning finns om du vill laga din egen mat, men med så många restauranger i närheten så åt vi ute hela tiden.

- Eileen (8/5): - Service it’s great, kind staff, premises inside it’s safe since you’ll need a fob/pass to open the door, they take breakfast to your assigned room, wifi/internet it’s perfect, AC/Fan it’s great as well, water doesn’t get completely hot & it does not have much pressure but i don’t mind that, bed it’s comfy. it’s the type of place to have a quick stay in for a night while traveling, staff don’t use masks, although I later discovered the entire country barely uses masks; in my humble opinion I believe their charge should be a bit lower. *Note to non Domi/LATM travelers: Zona Colonial it’s not fest it used to be, make sure to be aware of your surroundings at all times when you step outside your designated hostal.

They are a new aparthotel and very keen to build a reputation. Breakfast is delivered to your door at your chosen time each morning. WiFi signal very strong allowing streaming. Very secure with outer door only opened by secuity swipe tag then manned reception. Will definitely stay again if in Santo Domingo
