• Nancy (8/5): Bonito - El hotel tiene instalaciones muy bonitas, el jardin, la alberca y el restaurante estan llimpios y agradables. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero estam comodas, los unicos dos detalles fue el aviso en las puertas de las habitaciones indicando mantener cerrada la puerta por las arañas, asi como el que se fue la energia electrica como por una hora. Por lo demas todo bien

• Adolfo (4/5): Pretty looking very bad hotel - The property, ( common areas , gardens, pool area ) are really beautiful , however the rooms, room amenities and comodities are terrible: the bed is too hard , the pillows too are too hard, the towels are like sand paper , the bathroom amenities are ones like in a motel 1 star , they have NO BLACK OUT Courtins !! , NO CLOSET ( there is just three hangers inside the bathroom) TV is too small , No air condition , no heaters … NO SERVÍ-BAR !! No snacks or any type of food inside the rooms , NO TELEPHONE inside the room … rooms are incredibly Noisy … so in general this is NOT a hotel to rest … my

• Evelyn Patricia (8/5): Bonito, pero difícil de llegar a él - El hotel es muy agradable, nos tocó en habitaciones frente el jardín lo que hacía una vista muy linda. Los únicos inconvenientes fueron que el hotel está muy escondido, no hay señalización para llegar a él, y siempre mantiene una reja cerrada lo cual te hace pensar que eso es una casa. Siguiendo el maps nos llevaba a un callejón, cuando realmente la entrada es sobre la carretera, nosotros tuvimos que llegar de noche lo cual hizo más difícil el acceso y mi familia con miedo al entrar a los callejones solos y obscuros, al llamar por teléfono al hotel, no respondían porque temprano dejan de atender, hasta que por fin por el WhatsApp me explicaron cómo llegar. Lo otro malo fue la atención en el restaurante junto a la alberca, es muy tardado o no te llevaban lo que pedías.

• Atenas (10/5): - Un lugar muy tranquilo, muy bonito para ir a relajarse y apartarse de todo. Lo único que no me gustó mucho es que la habitación que me tocó era muy pequeña

Jay, Odette And Anelie (?spelling) were stand out employees! Always were kind, helpful and made sure we had anything we wanted. Bed comfy! Shower hot! Just ONE thing!!! Unfortunately, the Pool was very cold- Needs a heater installed. Very few brave souls got in. The owner worked hard to clear the ash dust in the pool from the Volcano.

Muchas felicidades por su personal, es la 2da vez que nos hospedamos ahí y todo ha sido perfecto, es un lugar muy bello y las habitaciones e instalaciones en muy buen estado. ¡Muy bien todo!

• Maria l (4/5): Casa que renta cuartos NO es hotel - El hotel no es un hotel es una casa que rentan cuartos. Lo cual me parece terrible que no se comunique y se ofrezca como hotel. Duermes en un cuarto de la casa con un baño semi adaptado con la regadera sucia de hace años y colchas y cojines decorativos igual. Una experiencia desagradable pagar un hotel caro para estar en una casa. Nunca lo hubiera reservado si se anunciara como casa que renta cuartos que es lo que es. Decepcionante Hoteles.com que se ofrezca como hotel

Lo único que salva al lugar es el servicio de Claudia en el restaurant; la comida es buena y sabrosa. No volvería a ese hotel, alberca muy pequeña, le deberian agregar un jacuzzi

The sink was tiny and there was no place to put toiletries. There were also buzzing machinery noises in the background, which weren't too loud but definitely noticeable
• Verified traveler (10/5): Recomendable - La experiencia fue muy buena, en general. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar en este hotel. Lo único malo, que no es culpa de las instalaciones y sus empleados fue que había demasiada ceniza proveniente del Popocatepetl, sin embargo, se intentaron mantener las instalaciones limpias. Un buen detalle de valor agregado es que en esta situaciones el hotel ofrezca sopletear los coches de los huéspedes para quitar el exceso de ceniza.
