Unfortunately the photos were misleading and we thought there was a private bathroom, the description did not specify either. The room is right opposite the bathrooms so there is some noise. • Krishna (6/5): Cheap and good for what it’s worth - Very cheap and close to everything, staff are very responsive and I even booked my Ha Gisng tour with them The noises from the bar downstairs can be heard from the room even though it stops by midnight it can still be hard to sleep. The 4-bed dorm is really small and it’s so hard to open a luggage without blocking the way

• Chantal (10/5): - I stayed here for two nights in the hostel dormitory and had a very positive experience. The showers and toilets are located just outside the dorm room, which made them very convenient to access and, most importantly, allowed guests to shower late at night without disturbing others. The room temperature was excellent — cool and comfortable thanks to the air conditioning, even though it was around 38°C outside. The hostel is also surprisingly well soundproofed despite being located in the heart of the Old Quarter, which is naturally lively and busy as the city’s main tourist area. Its location is especially convenient for catching buses to destinations throughout northern Vietnam. Breakfast is excellent and very affordable at around 50,000 VND for a buffet offering pancakes, eggs prepared in different ways, noodles, fresh fruit, and more. The staff were very kind and even helped me with my luggage. There is also an elevator inside.

• 2ebf9a6cc86772227fc674d2a6a8f0bc (10/5): Fantastic value for money in a central location with staff that really go above and beyond to help you and everyone else - This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in Hanoi the staff for exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to look after us. We were upgraded our room one night and the second time when we were staying in Fordham accommodation it was exceptionally comfortable and we also were given bottom bunks due to our height the facilities allow you to store your luggage and have a shower even after you’ve booked out and even went above and beyond to help Me pay a bill to a craft maker after I completed a course and still had to pay an additional fee for materials I had used from their own personal account. These guys really made our stay fantastic even the breakfast was a great standard. I could not be happier and will definitely be back when I come back. There is nothing to fault. This place was fantastic. The only thing that I was mentioning are really obvious things when you’re booking your accommodation. If you don’t like noise until late in the night don’t book something that is in the heart of the old town near karaoke bars and beer Street if you don’t want to share where people may have the light on a little bit into the night, don’t book a dorm room and if you’re expecting a class facilities over a five star hotel then you clearly are not booking the right accommodation for the Price and everything this was above me on what I’ve expected from hostels it was fantastic

Dit was opzich geen probleem, want dit maakte de kamer juist lekker rustig en donker. Het enige jammere was dat de kamer alleen grote TL verlichting had. Wij zouden aanraden nog een nachtlampje te plaatsen. Dit is net wat aangenamer wakker worden. Verder was het dikke prima!

Audible depuis la chambre au 4eme étage, malgré une double porte donnant sur la terrasse. Enfin il faut bien que la jeunesse s'amuse.

Хостел находится в очень оживлённом старом квартале, если вы едете тусоваться, вам точно сюда. При всём при этом в номере было тихо, звукоизоляция хорошая, всегда были свободные туалеты и душевые. Приветливый персонал, можно спокойно оставлять свои вещи если вы приехали рано до заселения и после чек аута, если у вас как и у меня вечерний поезд. Меня всё устроило. Повезло с соседями и я нормально, в тишине выспался.

Staff were super helpful and friendly- 24 hour reception. Free tea and coffee. Great location. Super close to beer street but nice and quiet. Not the most social but it’s right next to mad monkey if you want to meet people. I stayed here twice and in the first room my toothpaste fell down the side of the bed and couldn’t be retrieved because you can’t get under the bed or move it- but other than that my stay was perfect !

• GEMMA (9/5): Great place to stay - The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They offer lots of tours / services. My laundry was done quickly and for a good price. It is in a bus part of the old town but at night I wasn't disturbed by the noise outside. Breakfast offers good choices. Not a hugely social hostel but sometimes that's ok! Some of the other guests were inconsiderate during my time here - noisy / not using headphones late at night / talking on phones etc. perhaps a few posters around reminding people of communal hostel rules - if you're not in a private room you have to be considerate of others

I liked that the toilets were outside the room and there was a sink outside so my early rising was less annoying to others. The breakfast was very complete and tasty, especially for the low price. Staff helpful with booking inexpensive transportation. Not really a social dorm with activities and stuff, if you like that kind of thing. Lockers were a little tricky at first, but I got used to it. Loud bar a couple doors down which could be good or bad depending. 😉

• Cristian (8/5): Buen lugar pero mejorar atención de empleados a la mañana - La comodidad de las habitaciones y la cercanía a los lugares turísticos. El desayuno es muy bueno también. El hostel indicaba 24 hs de recepción, pero cuando estaba haciendo el check out a las 6 am, los empleados estaban durmiendo y me atendieron de muy mala manera.

Imposible mejorar la limpieza, está ubicado en una de las zonas más alegres y céntricas de la ciudad, el personal atento y profesional y un precio más que razonable. Por poner una pega, el colchón de mi cama tenía una dureza excesiva, pero quizás se trataba de una excepción
• Guan Wen Edmund (10/5): Excellent. - Very value for money. Super central area in Old Quarter. The staff helped me book my trips to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, and Sa Pa with any issue, and at good price. I did not dislike anything.
