The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic, and the room had a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ankara!

Zain (9/5): Loved our stay here! - The property was absolutely clean and centrally located with valet parking facility for our car. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made sure we were comfortable by helping us with our luggage and car. Nothing in particular. Would love to stay here again!

Tauqir (4/5): Please choose another hotel while in Ankara - The Location is Great. The bell boy was nice and pleasant. Everything else was just not worth mentioning. Sad to see that the room given had multiple issues. They gave a room which was stinking of smoke and one of the lights in the bathroom wasn’t working which made it quite dingy. I complained about it and they said they would fix it but nothing was done. There was an empty cup of tea/coffee lying on the floor between the twin beds. Imagine the level of cleanliness. When I asked for a dental kit I was told to buy one from outside as they don't have any. Definitely not worth the money. I should have chosen Wings which is a few buildings away. Same price and a much better experience, or just use Airbnb. The Lady in the night was quite unpleasant. They act like Cops when it comes to guests... my nephew lives in Ankara and they wanted this ID to be deposited every time he would come see me and told him that he could stay for 10 min... who does that in a hotel. felt like a police station. The breakfast was horrible, I now understand why it was mostly empty.

Ali (2/5): - Upon my arrival, I was informed that the hotel was unable to provide me with the room I had reserved for the first night. Instead, I was relocated to a smaller, substandard room in a different hotel, which was not in line with the expectations set by my original booking. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel has refused to offer any form of compensation or discount for the disruption caused. this situation has negativelyn impacted in my experience.

Hulya (10/5): Couldn’t be more happier - I enjoyed my seven nights stay at Demora. The hotel is very central, close to everything and surrounding with shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious specially Menemen and all the soups. I would like to thank you to everyone at Demora for making feel comfortable. I will book Demora again without any hesitation and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Nice remodel, nice restuarant, nice staff except 1 person who was not very friendly nor helpful. did not like the fact that every bill for every charge was in turkish and not in english. I was pushed to sign the final invoice that i coulden't understand (was is Turkish) at check out and therefor was over charged i found out later. I'm disputing the over charge through my credit card company.

Personel ilgiliydi fakat maalesf eksik iş yapıyorlardı. Odaya poşet siyah çay konulmadığını belirtmemize rağmen, odaya döndüğümüzde yine çay yoktu. Ayrıca odada 2 kişi kalmamıza rağmen ücretsiz su 1 adet bırakılmıştı. Fiyat daha makul seviyelerde olursa bazı şeyler görmezden gelinebilir. Bence Demora otel için 10/7 puan yeterlidir.
