• FANG YU (10/5): 東京站附近性價比高的好選擇 - 離東京站有走路（拖23公斤行李）約15分鐘的距離，從八重洲北口或丸之內北口出來比較順，飯店附近約走路3～5分鐘達日本橋站，轉乘去新宿或其他地方也很方便。房間很乾淨，雖然聽的到一點高速公路的車聲但不會很吵睡的很好。1F大廳有冷熱飲水機跟自動販賣機跟供應免費黑咖啡，還有些許備品可以看需要拿取，是住東京站附近很理想的住宿。

The staff is very friendly and the place is also very cozy. They also give u the bath salts or make you feel very relaxed after a tired day. Would definitely go to live in this hotel again!

Lobby has tea, coffee, and water dispenser easily accessible and laundry. Rooms are small, to be expected of typical business hotel. But it met our needs in every other way. Would stay again.
• Nicole (10/5): - Location is really great and is a 10 mins walk to Nihonbashi which is well connected to tourist attractions. The hotel rooms are small as Tokyo rooms usually are but very clean. Washing machines are located in the lobby but I didn't use them. Nice amenities including bath salts.

Only negative would be the expensive washing & drying machines on the property. 500 yen for a small 3kg sized load of laundry is absurdly expensive by USA standards for coin operated machines. Otherwise absolutely wonderful experience.

Area is very safe. Hotel service is great! We also appreciate the complimentary coffee provided at the lobby (not many hotels provide complimentary coffee especially good ones like Belken provides). Room is small but that was expected of hotels here in this city. Hotel provides all the necessary toiletries needed so that was nice! I highly recommend this hotel!

• Tiang Sing (10/5): A highly recommended hotel near Tokyo station - We were very impressed by the hotel location, cleanliness and high level of service. We arrived quite late in the night, but we were quickly checked in. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom is sparkling clean. Although the room is small, which is to be expected in the Tokyo area, we found it to be a very good value-for-money hotel, considering that it was so conveniently located. We took the train from Haneda Airport and arrived at the hotel within 45 minutes. The hotel is just about 8-10 min walk from Nihobashi Station. It is also very close to Tokyo main JR station, where it is connected by Shinkansen to all other parts of Japan. There is no breakfast served at the hotel, but you can have coffee all day long at the lobby coffee machine for free. A very highly recommended hotel for those who would like to stay near Tokyo station for its convenience at a very reasonable price.

• Belinda (10/5): - It was about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel to Tokyo station. It was conveniently located at a very strategic part of Tokyo. There was a 7-11 just a min walk away from the hotel and quite a lot of food options along the way back to the hotel. If you are travelling with old people, I would suggest to take walk more to the traffic instead of crossing the bridge.

• Dennis E (6/5): Size of a closet without closets - I'm amazed that the rooms in a new hotel like the Belken were not designed better. My wife and I have stayed in several cruise ship rooms that were as small as our room here, but had several places built in to conveniently hang clothes and stash the luggage. The spacious bed took up the majority of space fitting snuggly against three walls of the room, leaving little space for a desk and a place on the floor for the luggage if you could avoid tripping over it. The bath was rather high tech and highly smelling of a strong chemical stench on the first day. Fortunately that was remedied after I listed it as a complaint on my initial rating on Hotels.com. There was no breakfast facility at the Belken and no restaurant immediately nearby in the neighborhood as far as we could tell. We ended up eating one morning at the Tokyo station at what must be the world's worst McDonalds, and probably one of the few not taking credit cards.
• LeeAnna (10/5): - We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The location was convenient- ex: an easy walk to Tokyo station, and a pleasant walk to Tsukiji market. Tokyo station was very convenient for transportation to the airport, especially Narita and the Keisei bus. The room itself was comfortable. The bed was a standard queen size, which was very nice for two people! (It's not a tiny Asian/Japanese double, which is definitely smaller than Euro/American double beds.) There is the buckwheat pillow- depending what you like, it could be a bit unusual. We thought it was totally fine, and we slept well on them... The room itself was also comfortable, even though all hotels in Tokyo are small. The amenities were great... mini fridge, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/face wash, tea, kettle, etc. The staff was great, as well. :) I'd certainly recommend this hotel!

• Christopher (10/5): A Hotel Close To Everything - A 10 minute walk from Tokyo Station and other Metro stations all within close walking distance, the Belken Hotel is a great priced “Business Hotel” to stay at. Although the rooms back onto an expressway, the rooms do quite well to minimise the sound from below and I personally had no issues sleeping. There’s a 7/11 across the road, and a great range of food to chose from in the immediate area. Even more so within 10-15 minute walking distance. There’s also UberEats, Pizza Hut and Dominos delivery amongst others if deciding to have a night-in. If needing to do laundry, there’s a coin-operated laundromat close by that’s open until late. Washing powder, fabric softener, washing and drying all cost less than JP¥1000. The staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating. Some even gave some excellent food recommendations during my stay. The Belken was in my experience an excellent hotel to stay at and will intend to use in future trips.

• microlar (10/5): Nice hotel in Tokyo close to downtown - This hotel is conveniently located. You're at walking distance to the Tokyo Station, the Imperial Gardens and the Fish Market. Plenty of restaurants in the area.
• L (8/5): Simple, small and convenient - A convenient location near subway/metro/Tokyo Station. The rooms are small but we found it otherwise comfortable. Basic amenities are provided and coffee/water supplied in the lobby. Great for what you pay!
• P (6/5): Not recommended for light slepper - The hotel is new and located with a walking distance from Tokyo station. The room size can suit only 1 people. The 24 hours free coffee is a bonus, but what I do not like the most was the location of hotel that is situated right next to the highway. You can hear the noise of car during the mid-night although using ear-plug. I think overall the hotel is great if you are not a light sleeper.

• Corey (8/5): Nice Tokyo Hotel Room - This hotel worked well for our initial stay in Tokyo. The staff were friendly enough, but not as welcoming and friendly as we have experienced at some other Japanese hotels (still far better than almost any US experience I've had). Shower was wonderful. Plenty of outlets and counter space. Oddly they leave you new towels and PJs outside your door no matter how you try to request no room cleaning. This hotel is close enough to Tokyo station, Tokyo Metro, and so on but is a little further than some of the other hotels we stayed in. It is very much a typical Japanese hotel in size of room and bathroom. All items you might need, PJs, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shower cap, hair brush, etc. we're present in the room. I would likely consider staying here again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Good value for money - Although one of the smallest rooms I’ve been in Tokyo, certainly one of the neatest and most comfortable ones due to smart design. The hotel is new and very clean. We where on the 10h floor and although there was some noise from the nearby highway it didn’t affect our sleep. The air conditioning though is quite noisy at times so we kept it switched off during the night as it wasn’t essential. The reception staff wanted to charge us ¥1000 for an hour early check in which was annoying but they were also happy for us to wait instead in the lounge offering free coffee which was actually nicer than resting in the room after the long flight. The location is very close to Tokyo station which is convenient. Overall quite good.

• C (10/5): Clean hotel, reasonable walking distance - Clean and new. Room is small, like most hotels in Tokyo. A few minutes to dining and store, and 15 minute walking distance to Tokyo Station. Free coffee is available in lobby. Staff speaks English. Good for business travel and tourists with small luggages, but the room is small for family.
• Jan (8/5): Close to Subway Lines and Eateries - Stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were fluent in English and was very helpful. They were able to accept our luggage which we sent from Kyoto and helped us store our luggage before our check-in and after we've checked-out. There is complimentary coffee in the lobby for hotel guests. The hotel is quite new and the room was very clean. I like that they have the option to decline room cleaning as we really don't need our sheets and towels changed every day. The location is about 15 mins walk from Tokyo Station south exit and about 5 minutes walk from nearby Subway stations. It's quite convenient as it's close to all the major subway lines. There are also lots of eateries in the area with a 7-11 convenient store just steps away from the hotel.
• Kenji (8/5): Clean and nice room, but a bit far from Tokyo St. - I walked from Tokyo Station believing that Google map said it's 10min walk, which is not true. It took about 15-20min to get the hotel by walk with carrying my suit case. It was ok because weather wasn't bad, but be careful. Hotel itself was clean, small room without coffee maker etc in the room but in lobby. Still walkable distance from Tokyo station and reasonable price, I think this hotel is very good and would recommend everyone.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Uncomfortable room but clean - The hotel itself is OK, and the location is about 12-14 minutes walk from Tokyo Station, but is completely dead itself, not much around at all. There's also noise from freeway which it overlooks, the room I had was tiny, and worst of all, the pillow was full of buckwheat so I couldn't sleep. I've never come across this before, it was awful. Service was ok. Some people were very indifferent, and some were somewhat friendly.
• Jaime (10/5): Hotel Belken 5 stars / 5 - The Belken hotel was in a safe and clean area, close to the train station, and looked brand new. The amenities were fantastic, and the fresh coffee (free) in the morning was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend staying here, it was a great value.
• Xinyi (10/5): Convenient location - Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of Tokyo Station, Nihonbashi Station and Kayabacho Station. The single room was decently big, although the pillow was not the most comfortable. Hotel did not allow for late checkout.
• Nuala (10/5): Belken Hotel Tokyo - Great hotel- 10min walk from station/ Ginza... liked it so much going to stay another night before flight home. Rooms are small but its tokyo so its expected! Staff very nice :-)
