• Eric (10/5): Un soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante, reso ancora più bello dalla gentilezza dello staff e da - Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Viaggiavamo in un gruppo di circa trenta persone, una situazione non semplice da gestire, ma lo staff ha dimostrato grande professionalità in ogni ambito: dalla reception al check-out, dalla ristorazione alla gestione delle camere e della spa. Non è affatto scontato riuscire a soddisfare un gruppo così numeroso, perciò i nostri complimenti vanno davvero a tutto il team. L’hotel offre tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante: si mangia bene e la posizione, a soli cinque minuti dalla funivia, è molto comoda. La spa, in particolare la piscina, è stata un valore aggiunto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Il prezzo del parcheggio in struttura, 20 euro/giorno, ci è sembrato un po' alto.

• Francesco (8/5): - posizione e cortesia dello staff nonostante fosse una struttura che ammette gli animali di piccola taglia, come il mio cane, per il quale pagavo 20€/gg, non ci è stato consentito l'accesso alla sala ristorante per la colazione e la cena, per questo motivo siamo stati costretti a cenare in altri ristoranti e abbiamo consumato la prima colazione nei tavolini del bar adiacente la reception, dovendo portare i piatti delle vivande dal buffet fino ai tavolini assegnateci che si trovavano all'altra estremità della struttuta (50 metri)

• Sergio (8/5): Sono stato Bene - Staff nel complesso molto professionale: al Front Desk le ragazze sono state particolarmente gentili e disponibili. Ottima anche l’esperienza in SPA, con trattamenti di qualità e un’accoglienza ben organizzata. Ristorante con buone potenzialità ma da rivedere nell’organizzazione generale: già dalla gestione dei tavoli (assegnati con poca flessibilità) fino al servizio in sala. Durante la cena ho riscontrato rigidità non necessaria, ad esempio per l’utilizzo dei condimenti: per una sala così ampia e un hotel di questo livello, sarebbe opportuno averli direttamente sui tavoli anziché condivisi. (E se non li riporti vieni rimproverato… ma stavo mangiando ancora ;) L’illuminazione è probabilmente il punto più debole: una luce più calda renderebbe l’ambiente decisamente più accogliente. Nel complesso, esperienza migliorabile con margini evidenti. Wi-Fi saltella un po ma quando va… va !

• Alexandra Emilia (4/5): Camere deludenti e servizi tutti extra, ristorante ottimo. - I punti di forza di questo hotel sono sicuramente la posizione (a pochi metri dall'impianto di risalita di Folgarida, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi) e il personale, soprattutto quello di sala. Il ristorante è buonissimo, la colazione e la cena sono state ottime. I camerieri sono stati veramente professionali, gentili con un servizio impeccabile. Anche con il personale della reception ci siamo trovati bene. Quanto alla struttura, è stata certamente ristrutturata ed è abbastanza accogliente con riferimento alle aree comuni e al ristorante. Mi è piaciuto anche l'approccio "green" dell'albergo, finalizzato ad evitare inutili sprechi. Camere pulite. Per il compleanno di mio padre abbiamo chiesto una piccola torta e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. I punti assolutamente critici di questa struttura sono le camere e i servizi. Quanto alla camera, siamo rimasti veramente allibiti. Abbiamo prenotato una tripla standard ma la camera che ci è stata assegnata sarebbe stata angusta per due persone, per tre era veramente impraticabile. Non era possibile spostarsi per la stanza nello stesso momento perché non c'era lo spazio fisico per muoversi. L'armadio era scomodo e assolutamente incapiente, cosa inaccettabile in un hotel di montagna dove si dovrebbe dare spazio agli ospiti di riporre anche abbigliamento ingombrante qual è quello da sci. Invece abbiamo dovuto tenere quasi tutto nelle valigie perché non avevamo spazio. Così il mobile del bagno, molto piccolo e con poco spazio per appoggiare le nostre poche cose. La camera aveva poi un terrazzo molto carino, vista montagna, peccato che non vi fosse a disposizione neanche una sedia per goderselo (e quelle della camera non erano assolutamente adatte ad essere lasciate fuori, esposte all'aperto). Essendo molto piccola inoltre è risultata caldissima la notte ed era difficile dormire. Quanto ai servizi, mi sembra assurdo che per il prezzo alto che si paga, siano praticamente tutti a parte. Il parcheggio interno costa ben 20 euro al giorno, va prenotato, e purtroppo non ci sono valide alternative a Folgarida perché i posti auto sulla strada sono pochi e anche quelli a pagamento, con rischio multa. La sauna, essenziale ma comunque carina, costa ben 35 euro al giorno per un'ora, con un ingresso offerto dalla struttura per ciascuna persona. Insomma, alla fine del soggiorno il prezzo è salito parecchio per questi costi non specificati prima (della sauna ho saputo solo pochi giorni prima della partenza, mentre del parcheggio non ho saputo nulla finché non siamo arrivati).

• Arzilli (10/5): A wonderful stay full of great memories. - The property is comfortable, well located right next to the lifts, and very clean. The staff was consistently friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast and dinner were abundant and delicious. A special mention goes to the wellness center, which is well equipped and impeccably clean. Bianca at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and truly knows how to make guests feel valued. Nothing in particular.

L'hotel è confortevole, così come la spa e le sale, tra cui una sala relax e uno spazio gestito per bambini. Buona e varia la colazione, con anche focacce salate e dolci fatti in casa. Personale disponibile, soprattutto in reception. Il cibo a cena non era un granché rispetto alla struttura: due alternative per il primo e il secondo e poca personalità. La nostra camera aveva evidentemente un problema, perchè il bagno sapeva di un forte odore di fogna - che se ne andava quando facevamo la doccia. (Sfortuna?)

Water in the fridge and tea/coffee in the room. Free snacks at the bar in the afternoon and early evening. Excellent massage. Terrible smell from the shower. Very hot bathroom with no temperature control. Very uncomfortable pillows. Hard to book time in the spa area.
• Kelvin (9/5): We had a great time in Armon Green Blu Folgarida and would definitely come again. - Great location near to the main gondola in Folgarida. Nice, but quite small wellness area. Staff were excellent, particularly Angela and Mariana who were extremely helpful before during and after our stay. Nice bar area, serving cocktails, but the wine selection was very small. Dinner and breakfast were both very good. We were in a large group and some of the Premium rooms were very good but others were more like standard rooms, with no view.
• Aleksandra (8/5): - Super lokalizacja, przyjemne lobby, wygodne i komfortowe pokoje, duża łazienka Strefa z sauną i jacuzzi jest dodatkowo płatna i obowiązują zapisy. Byłoby to zupełnie ok, gdyby goście mieli ją w takiej sytuacji na wyłączność. Niestety, ale mimo rezerwacji i dopłaty musieliśmy dzielić saunę z dużą ilością innych osób. Obsługa nie pilnowała osób, które wchodziły tam bez rezerwacji. Jacuzzi brudne co uniemożliwia korzystanie. W efekcie pobyty w strefie spa nie były komfortowe - często brakowało leżaków do odpoczynku po wyjściu z sauny.

We paid quite a lot of money, so we expected at least basic things like w - Hotel is partly tidy/clean, with a convenient location, as the ski lift (gondola) is nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not good. The food, even in the warming trays, was cold. The scrambled eggs in the morning were undercooked, and you could see pieces of raw egg. We informed the staff about it, but they said it was supposed to be like that, although after a few days the scrambled eggs were properly cooked and looked completely different. The boiled eggs were always cold, and on top of that not cleaned. On several mornings we even found chicken droppings on the eggs (is it really that difficult to wash them before boiling?). The spa is very small but tidy. We were satisfied with the saunas, however the jacuzzi was cool (about 35°C) and had far too much chlorine, which even irritated the eyes. The walls are paper-thin, and we had several sleepless nights because the staff could not manage the noisy Polish tourists. We often put the "Do Not Disturb”sign on the door, but the housekeeping staff still entered the room anyway.

I was there during the ski season. The room didn't have enough closets, so we had to store everything in suitcases. The bathroom had one small radiator, so our ski clothes didn't dry at all. The pool was very small, the water was cold, and the jacuzzi was dirty. The food was very basic and monotonous.

Čašník v reštaurácií veľmi milý a tiež milé recepčné. Mali sme zdravotný problém, recepčná bola veľmi nápomocná a hneď mi zavolala pani doktorku, ktorá vyriešila môj problém. Určite sa vrátime aj druhý krát. Nič.

• Van Damme (9/5): Familiaal, ok gelegen hotel - Fijne propere kamers, nette en comfortabele badkamer met goede douche, mooi terras met uitzicht. Leuke bar en personeel in de bar en receptie. De keuzemenu voor het avondeten, nl voor en hoofdgerecht viel niet in de smaak bij het reisgezelschap. We verheugden ons op Italiaanse gerechten, maar kregen dikwijls gestoofde, en kapotgekookte gerechten. Bij het ontbijt geen koffiemachine, wil je koffie moet je het vragen, en dan kan je wel eens wachten voor je een obers aandacht kon krijgen.( hotel was volgeboekt, maar voor ons toch een minpuntje)

It's about a 5-minute walk to the ski lift, but it's on asphalt uphill, which is uncomfortable in ski boots. Late check-in, from 4 pm... The TV was lagging and the picture was disappearing.

• Jeffrey (9/5): Luxueus verblijf vlakbij de gondel. - Goed ontbijtbuffet. 's Avonds ook steeds een buffet voor het voorgerecht en nagerecht. Die buffetten waren prima. Vooral het fruit was erg goed. Tussendoor kun je voor 2 gangen kiezen uit 2 opties. Of een kindermenu. Hoe lekker de tussengangen waren, dat verschilde nogal. Ik had daar iets meer van verwacht, maar met alles erbij prima eten zo. En makkelijk! Het eten was niet altijd top, maar nooit slecht. Is misschien ook een beetje een kwestie van smaak. Daar lag ook het probleem; er mogen soms wel wat meer kruiden in her en der. Alhoewel sommige tussengerechten juist erg lekker waren. Heb je een grote bus als vervoersmiddel, dan is parkeren nog wel een dingetje. Je MOET in de garage van het hotel OF de garage van het dorp. Zeker de in- en uitgang van de garage van het dorp is erg krap qua draaicirkel. Dat was best een uitdaging. Het kostte 20 a 22 euro per nacht, dus dat tikt ook nog wel aan. Maar je hebt dus geen andere opties. Op het plein buiten kun je overdag prima parkeren voor slechts 4 euro per dag, maar mag je 's nachts niet blijven staan. Zorg dus dat je op tijd een plekje in de garage van het hotel zelf claimt.

• frank (4/5): niet voor herhaling - vriendelijk personeel dichtbij de piste het avondeten is een flop zowel de eerste het voorgerecht als de tweede het hoofdgerecht ) het werd koud opgediend, soms rare hoofdgerechten vb chipolata met paprika , broccoliflan , omelet met spinazie ( leek meer op een kindermenu) geen smaak in het eten buffet was oké maar ook daar waren de pasta's in de zogezegde verwarmingstoestellen ook koud weinig variatie in fruit ontbijt buffet oké met veel taarten ( meer dan 's avonds ) de bar en de eetruimte ' refter' waren heel koud om te zitten zwembad oké sauna en welness steeds te boeken/reserveren en et betalen tenzij je premium kamer had ook je rekening extra controleren als je iets besteld bij de bar

Area Wellness accessibile su prenotazione. Colazione a buffet, x la cena vengono servite le portate principali al tavolo il resto a buffet. Qualità del cibo buona. Camera standard non molto grande, di dimensioni più ragionevoli il bagno. In generale pulito e ordinato, buona organizzazione. Normalmente negli hotel in montagna c'è sempre molto caldo, in questo hotel abbiamo notato, specialmente nelle aree comuni Hall e sale TV/Giochi, una temperatura più bassa, probabilmente dovuto al freddo esterno sotto lo zero e le molte vetrate; suggerirei di tenerne in considerazione. Nelle singole stanza la temperatura era perfetta e gestibile in autonomia.

• FRANCESCA (8/5): Ristorante delizioso ma tanto da migliorare - Colazione e cena deliziosi e di ampia varietà. La struttura è moderna e nuova, le stanze sono accoglienti ed i letti comodi. Il personale molto gentile. Prima di prenotare non è molto chiaro il fatto che la spa non sia accessibile gratuitamente durante l'intero soggiorno. L'area benessere inoltre è accessibile su prenotazione ma possono accedervi più persone rispetto ai lettini disponibili (sono solo 4 lettini) quindi non c'è possibilità di distendersi se già occupati. La sala relax ha pochissimi tavoli per la quantità di gente che soggiorna, ed il biliardo costa ben 4€ a gettone. Potrebbe essere compreso nei servizi dell'hotel. Il parcheggio, proposto a 20€ a notte, è definitivamente eccessivo quando di fronte c'è un parcheggio coperto a 12€ per la giornata intera. Infine, una sera ci siamo trovati senza asciugamani da doccia in camera ed abbiamo chiamato la reception per due volte chiedendo di portarli; ma abbiamo atteso 27 minuti prima di vederli arrivare.
• Federico (7/5): piacevole ma il rapporto qualità prezzo non buono - le camere erano pulite e lo staff molto gentile e disponibile i camerieri in particolare molto accoglienti i pasti non molto buoni. la sauna estremamente piccola. anche le stanze di ridotte dimensioni e la piscina non molto calda.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend con amici e la struttura si è rivelata perfetta anche per questo tipo di soggiorno. Molto apprezzati gli eventi serali organizzati dall’hotel, dalle degustazioni di prodotti tipici a quelle dedicate ai distillati, che rendono l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. nulla da segnalare
