• Terence Richard (10/5): Excellent - The property has an excellent location. It is very near Sapa square and located close to eateries, cafe and shopping marts. The host Mike was helpful from Day 1. Well before we reached we were taken care of in every way.

• lara (1/5): Bug infestation - Good location MAJOR cockroach infestation. We had to move rooms twice to avoid this, and the damp. We are used to roughing it but the bugs were everywhere. Do not recommend.

• Adrian (10/5): - What a fantastic stay in the Suite with City View. I checked in at 2am after a long bus ride and was welcomed straight away. The room was incredibly comfortable — especially the mattress (not your typical Vietnam “cement block”) and the electric blanket, which was a lifesaver in the cold. The location is right in the centre of town, yet perfectly quiet with no street noise. A complete 10/10 experience.

• Bety (1/5): Bad - Location No one in the hotel spoke English and we were not given basic information upon arrival. It was 15 degrees in the room and the air conditioner for heating often did not work. The hot water only ran for 8 minutes. They said everywhere that they take cards, but they only wanted cash. Only after a half hour discussion with the translator on the phone did they pull out a hidden terminal that the receptionist didn't know how to use. For breakfast they had only soup and only with meat, so it was impossible for vegetarians to have breakfast and also there was no one who spoke English to prepare an alternative. The rooms are outdated and the overall stay was very unpleasant.

• Sethuram (9/5): Excellent location, clean rooms and helpful manager - We had a King room with a large balcony looking out onto the main street which was very spacious with a separate dressing area and clean bathroom. Beds & pillows were clean & comfortable. The air conditioning worked well too. Breakfast on day one was good - there was Beef Pho, fried noodles, fried rice, a Vietnamese fried chestnut ball, good variety of fruits & the usual basic English breakfast items Day two - we cancelled the breakfast as there was only the basic English breakfast as they said they did not have enough people to cater for. Spoilt for choice with many cafes & restaurants in the immediate area just outside the hotel itself The beautiful lake area was also just a short walk (probably 200-300m) from the hotel. The daily night market was probably around 500-600m away from the hotel Sun Plaza for the cable car to Fansipan was just 500m from the hotel - the hotel manager booked the tickets for us at no extra cost Moana Sapa with beautiful views and instagrammable photo backdrops is really worth a visit and was also just a short drive away - we took an e-car (a big tuk-tuk) that cost us $300000vnd from the hotel and was arranged by the hotel manager. There's also a jewellery store conveniently to the right across the road from the hotel which gave us excellent exchange rates for our currency. Communication was a little difficult as language was a problem for all the staff except for the manager who spoke English. Google translator or any translator apps would be useful.

• Kloe (10/5): Sapa Paradise hotel is fantastic location, great food and amazing hospitality. - It is my first time to go to Sapa and to stay Sapa Paradise hotel and I was very happy with the overall experience. Sapa Paradise hotel is a fantastic hotel I guess the best in Sapa, truly perfect location in sapa. The view was simply breathtaking and the staffs were very friendly. Rooms are fabulous and well appointed with heatee. The breakfast is awesome, impeccable service there. The front office staff especially receptionist is so courteous and always wanting to help. Thank you to the rest of the staffs and the front office team. Overall a hotel fantastic location great food and amazing hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a visit to beautiful Sapa
