- Anna (10/5): Lovely and comfortable stay in Split. - Well designed, with lots of attention to details and great air conditioning which really helped. Very comfy bed and bathroom. Kettle, Tv, little fridge and even a little safe. Also, the room is just outside the noisy center whilst still being in the historic part of town which made it great for resting at night. And our host was very patient and helpful It was not a problem for us but you did have to go up a few exterior steps to get to the raised ground Floor where the rooms are located.

Das Zimmer ist liebevoll und detailreich nach dem Motto Meer gestaltet und liegt sehr zentral. Er hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir würden wieder kommen. Der Fußboden im Bad war ein bisschen kalt, ein Teppich würde den Aufenthalt hier noch verbessern.

The staff Goran is a nice and responsible guy who provided me sufficient information on dining options, walking routes, points of interest and others. Though the property is not at the center of town center or the ferry terminal, the walking distance is reasonable and there are many restaurants around.

- Giorgia (9/5): Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Split! - Deluxe Rooms Tramonto is located in the historic center of Split, just a 5-minute walk from the main streets full of shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The property is situated in a pedestrian-only area, so it's not possible to drive directly to the entrance. However, there’s a paid parking lot just a few meters away where you can leave your car. In the summer season, parking costs €1 per hour, with payment required from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM — after that, it’s free. The room looked exactly like the photos we saw on Booking. While the bedroom itself isn’t very large, the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. Everything was perfectly clean, and the lady who came every two days to tidy up was incredibly kind and efficient. A special mention goes to Goran, who was always available and very quick to respond to any questions we had. On the day we checked out, I had the chance to peek into the other two rooms while the cleaning lady was working, and I must say they’re beautiful. The interior design throughout the property is tasteful and stylish.

- Robert (3/5): Horribly noisy. - Location is OK, we managed to find parking next to the property for 1 euro/hour and the it’s pretty much in the old town. The noise made it unbearable, we were glad to be leaving already. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, from the turn of the door lock, people walking upstairs, having conversations to someone using the toilet. You basically get a room in a larger apartment, so it felt like you stay in a dorm. The host was checking guest in around midnight night two nights in a row, which did was not cool either. To make things worse, the building is right next to an outdoor concert venue and we were ‘lucky’ to experience it every night, the last one until 1AM. I would not stay again, unless I wanted clubbing all night. There was nothing luxurious in the room either despite the name, unless you count a kettle or air conditioner.

- David (9/5): Just right for my needs. - Excellent location very close to old town and palace as well as promenade. Also the no 37 bus to and from the airport is a 15 min walk away. Remember that the 37 bus is a local bus and it may take 1 hour to get to the airport. The local agent was very accommodating and punctual. The positioning of the socket for the kettle was in an awkward position and it was difficult o fully engage the plug in the socket. I used a different socket to boil the kettle.

Bathroom was spacious and comfortable, all the necessary things were there (hair dryer, mini shampoos and shower gels, towels). Bed was quite short for person who is 1.96 cm, legs were over the top of the bed. You can hear your neighbours very well, when they are flushing the toilet etc.

Very clean, water pressure was good, bed was comfortable. Small but had everything we needed - including a hair dryer. Towels were thick and fluffy! Our host answered so many of our questions - super helpful! Public car park was a good deal and we lucked out with finding a spot. The lot was only a few steps away from the apartment. (However Google maps was not reliable and had us walking around the block to the apartment when it was literally just half a block away). Wish there was hair conditioner. But otherwise, everything was perfect!

- Julio (9/5): Comfortable stay in a spacious room, well located and close to the historical center of the city. - Room was of very decent size with plenty of space for luggages, bathroom was beautiful and spacious. Bed extremely comfortable! The location might seem a bit sketchy, but it in reality it is totally fine! A little bit noisy since it is on the ground floor, quite a lot of passage of people but we had no trouble falling asleep. Doorframe had a small issue, but nothing major and the host was very fast and keen on resolving the issue when we were there.

- Cody (8/5): - Cute little room which provided us a wonderful 2x night stay in Split. The rooms are located in the pedestrian area which is excellent but you're not too much in the area that you have to deal with the noise of it. Quick 5-10 min walk (beautiful walks) to everything you'd need to see. Also the room has a great AC which was important as it was 30 º everyday Parking can be a challenge but we managed to find a street spot up the road for free. there's a large paid lot just up the road but it's usually full Goran was a wonderful host who helped us check in and provided us with tons of information about parking

I think this property has to be re-evaluated. it is at the edge of the old town in a building that looks like East Berlin 1970. It is actually a joke that is called "Tramonto" which means sunset in Italian when it is a dingy room that we actually had to turn the lights on in the morning. It's noisy and lacks any ambience. then there's a price board saying the cist of the room is €80 per night, and I paid almost €120 per night. No service or services, and the young man that "welcomed" us was in such a hurry to go... I felt ripped off that room is worth €60.00 a night.

Location was great - walk out the door and straight walk to town. Communication with host was great, especially as our accommodation was in a car free zone - very helpful tips about wheee to park. Also great info on the best beaches and sightseeing. Highly recommend for a couple wishing to stay in beautiful space and walk to everything. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect, close to the park, beach and the city center. And Goran was the best, arranged late check-in and gave all the hints 👍 There were camomile and black Earl Grey teas, we like black but not the Earl Grey, unfortunately. But it was not an issue, since there are plenty of nice cafes in the city, so just to consider 👌

It's in a good location at just over 5 minutes walk from the main promenade. Lovely air conditioning unit was a treat I the warm weather. Very friendly host welcomed us on arrival. While there was an iron available, we couldn't find an ironing board, so couldn't use it.

- Francesca (9/5): Absolutely enjoyed our stay :) - The room was very well furnished, the bathroom spacious and the host kind and helpful. 10 minutes walk from the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood, public car park 2 minutes away. Would definitely stay again in the future :) N/A
