Además la piscina esta muy limpia y la disfrutamos mucho! Sin duda merece muchísima la pena. Los dueños encantadores nos recibieron genial, y pudimos aparcar el coche dentro. Un 10. The room was basically an apartment, large kitchen with an island, refrigerator, stove, sofa, table, bedroom with a tv, AC, closet,.. the bathroom was great, clean, hot water Great place to unwind and relax. There is even a pool! We stayed only one quick night so we couldn't test it, but we liked the communication and the place. Slightly too far to walk from the beach and no food places nearby, but you can see that when selecting the property, so it is an FYI, not a minus. No place to dry clothes

El dueño es amable, la cama es cómoda, tiene una cocina pequeña con electrodomésticos, para los que quieren cocinar ahí. En fin, que por ese precio está bien para pasar una noche. No tiene agua caliente, no ponen toallas, no hay muchas indicaciones cuando uno llega, hay que vocearle al dueño que vive al lado para que te entregue las llaves de la habitación. El inodoro de mi habitación botaba agua por abajo. Pusieron como la mitad de un rollo de papel de baño y un pedazo de un jabón que es de lavar ropa. El wifi no funcionó en esa habitación, a pesar de que me pasaron 4 contraseñas, llegaba muy poca señal así que tampoco funcionó la tv.

I don't know how it would have been if we hadn't encountered a local man who accompanied us on a motorbike. Google took us to the wrong side of town. Yralissa (10/5): Everything is close - Loved the pool! - I liked the fact that we were able to stay at the pool all the time needed, there were no restrictions, the only condition was to avoid playing music after 9.00 p.m. Very clean and a simple room, small kitchen, double bed and a sofa cama, dining table with 4 chairs and a balcony. The Laguna gri-gri is 8 minutes away from this property, Caleton's beach is 8 minutes away as well (the food at this beach is not good), and Playa Grande's beach is 15 minutes away (the food, the service and prices were excellent). You may find everything in the small town of Río San Juan, banks, mini market, small stores, gas stations and even mechanics for your car. The night's life was good, a lot of perico ripio and merengue's music. The balcony needs more decoration, and it was too hot, because the back side of the AC was there, we were unable to sit down and enjoy the view.

Jo (7/5): A Lovely Apartment - The hotel is signposted, but close to it the signs run out, so it's not easy to find. The room was nicely decorated and the living space was large, with a cooker and fridge. The pool area is lovely, but could benefit from a few sun-loungers. There was nobody around when I arrived in a taxi, and I had an argument with the driver (who was overcharging me by a lot), and I had no assistance. It's not far from a colmado (little shop) but there's nowhere else to get food, so guests should bring supplies with them. There was a large family party that arrived after me, so the peace was short-lived unfortunately.
Ana (5/5): It was Ok, for the price, you can spend one night only - It’s quiet which is good, the pool is beautiful Well the first thing is, that the credit card machine does not work, I took my credit card no cash, when we arrived the person who welcome us, stated the machine is broken and that it has to be cash only, it would have been good to know before we arrived, the rooms are big and the beds are ok, but it is too hot the fans are not enough, the main room there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom.

The place was clean and had a neat balcony. The pool was an added bonus and looked clean as well. All in all a decent deal for the money considering we booked it the same day we stayed there. The host was able to provide a smaller pot for tea within a few minutes after we requested it. We were looking for a place where we can cook tea and coffee for breakfast in the morning. However the kitchen - as in many other places we stayed at - didn't have a kettle, electric water cooker or microwave. The pots and pans provided were oily and huge and unsuitable to cook water for tea and coffee. In general I would say that the kitchen was poorly equipped and the few essentials that were there were old, worn and would not have allowed us to prepare a meal. Also came there under the impression that we can pay by card but then were told "the lady dropped the credit card reader and it broke" ... sure
