Sudhir (6/5): - Air conditioning was not effective. Room key wasn't working, had to take assistance everytime.
SUDIP (2/5): Club One Virar - It was horrible, initial deluxe room booked on line was too small and stinky with small bathroom fr 3 . Upgraded to Super Delux which was bigger . No room service ( No calls were attended were picked up after dialing ) . Most horrible was room filled with mosquitoes. We could not sleep whole night . Vacation was totally spoiled . Food frm Bar was very good . Overall first Club one experience was very bad . I initially planned to take a membership but now dropped completely.

Chaitanya (6/5): Great property, poor amenities - I stayed for 6 nights and the hotel staff wasn’t able to figure out WiFi. The housekeeping had to arrange for soap from other rooms, etc. Rooms are cleab and comfortable. But these basic amenities spoil the entire experience. Been to this hotel 3 times now and service has not improved.
Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice property, clean, but very limited staff. No one at counter to check me out at 5AM. Rooms are big and clean with all facilities needed.
