• MANUEL ALBERTO (6/5): Pequeños problemas. - El hotel es bonito en general, aunque nos resultó un poco molestoso que el desayuno se sirva como buffet y se acabe, y no se haga más; mi paseo fue familiar y mi esposa se quedó sin desayunar. Se lo aceptó debido a que el segundo día el desayuno fue el mismo del día anterior(lo único que varió fue el sabor del jugo). El lavamanos del baño de la habitación se tapó, aunque lo arreglaron inmediatamente, creo que eso no debería pasar o revisarlo antes de dar la habitación. En el counter solo había una persona, y nadie ayuda a cargar el equipaje, teniendo que subir escaleras con maletas pesadas para acceder a la habitación.

Todo el personal muy atento, en todas las áreas, recepción, restaurante, limpieza de habitación. Y todos muy educados y serviciales. Mi check in fue tarde, casi a la medianoche, y me esperaron y me recibieron muy atentamente, inclusive hubo parqueo disponibe para mi vehículo (seguro y sin costo adicional). Así también al hacer check out, pude salir un poco más tarde, sin novedad. Desayuno variado, muy completo.

• Francisco (8/5): - It’s a good place if you want to save money. It has the basic features that you need for staying a couple of nights: WiFi, a clean and comfortable room and is five dollars away from the airport.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and staff made sure we were comfortable and had any/all questions answered. Service was superb. No problems attending our meeting as our stay was comfortable and hotel organized.
• Nelson (8/5): Buen hotel y opción para quedarse en Cuenca... - El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila y relativamente cerca del centro de la ciudad, tiene garage, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. La atención de la persona de recepción muy buena y gentil los 2 días que estuvimos ahí. Lo único que recomendaría es la modernización de los baños, se ven viejos.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Cuando llegamos dijeron que habíamos cancelado - Cuando llegamos dijeron que les había llegado la cancelación de nuestra reserva, les exigimos que nos enseñen y no nos dijeron nada luego de una hora nos asignaron una habitación sin shampoo el hotel es bonito pero eso nos daño la estancia además el desayuno es muy sencillo
• mauricio (2/5): They don’t keep my reservation available - I call them 12 hours in advance trying to re confirm my reservation even that when I arrive at the Hotel my reservation was not available. The hotel was full. Even that the person in the front desk help us giving us options.
• Anny (2/5): Terrible experience - Terrible service, they don't have a 24 hour reception so if you want to park your car after 10pm you can't.. we had to wait more than 30 min for someone to open the door for us.. we waited in the rain and cold and the next day no one even apologize. They don't warn you about this on the check in. Also I found hairs on my pillow the first night we arrive which means they don't change the linens between guests.the room also had a funny smell it came from the sink next to the fridge. Overall it was a bad experience I will never come back there and I don't recommend people to stay there. Oh also the day I arrive they didn't respect the price that was book on the website they charge me extra and when I wanted to pay with credit card they said they will charge 10% more for using the card. So I had to pay cash.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Todo OK buen precio - La relación calidad precio excelente , ya que nos hospedamos tres adultos y dos adolescentes en una sola habitación triple con dos camas dobles y una sencilla , la habitación está muy bien y el desayuno también , no queda en El Centro pero si tienes carro no es problema , la recepción trabaja hasta las 22:00 pero te dan junto a las llaves una tarjeta magnética para entrar ( algo muy común en hoteles europeos ) . Este hotel queda junto al Oro Verde es buena zona muy seguro

Nunca nos avisaron a pesar de que reservamos con 1 mes de anticipación. no habían más hoteles en la ciudsd xq era feriado. El personal fatal porque no daba solución de manera inmediata. Nunca volvería a esta hotel

• Rita (8/5): Professional, Helpful and Friendly - When I checked into hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful, had a Bi-Lingual speaking person at front desk which was great since I speak very little Spanish. I confirmed that they did have TV in room but I forgot to ask if it had English channels which I found it did not. I went back to check-in counter and stated I would like a refund I wanted to have TV in English. The Staff contacted the owner who came and spoke with me and once he heard my request and why he could not of been more gracious and helpful, not only did he give me back my refund he found us another nice hotel ( Engish channels) and even got us a taxi to take. us there. The owner stated that he has ordered Direct TV which is the cable you need to have English channels. He was very pleasant and also told us of other upgrades he had done and is planning.l look forward to staying here on my next visit to Cuenca.. Lovely hotel in great location.
