- Mary (10/5): It was a nice stay cation - We enjoyed scenery and relaxation. I enjoyed the luxury and the experience. A mini vacation away from home. I would make another reservation anytime. I will definitely be back to enjoy the experience. Hotel incentives to play slots.
- Anthony (1/5): Expensive and very disappointing. - The view. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. At the start of our stay they took $500 for incidentals not the $100 advertised. There was no housekeeping unless we paid a fee. This resulted in us running out of toilet paper, clean bedding and towels. The pool was not accessible despite the property being advertised as having a pool and we had to book a day pass elsewhere to enjoy a swim. The restaurants were off site and very expensive. The hotel also attempted to charge $10 a day for “premium” WiFi access that was slow and unreliable. There was no welcome at all from the staff and they were rude and surly throughout the stay. I have stayed in 100s of hotels over the years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I also messaged the owner about the issues we were experiencing and they just ignored my message.

- Chris (1/5): definitely wouldn't stay here again - Location sweet was very dated in in need of repairs. It was paint flaking off the ceiling and the wallpaper was coming off the walls. Some of the furniture had damage to it and the cable TV was out the entire stay was not able to even watch TV very disappointing.

- Christopher (6/5): - Check in process could have been nicer, the front desk do not appear to move with a sense of urgency. The side conversations between them are more important than helping guests waiting in line. Check in was stated to be 3pm but the room we had booked was not ready till almost 4pm. From the looks this was an issue across the board with multiple guests trying to check in. They gave us 1 voucher to the buffet but the reservation was for 3 people. It was like pulling teeth to get a second voucher. The the front desk making it seem like it was a big ask. Finally got check in made the first trip to the room before returning to the car to grab the remaining items got yelled at by security when i was returning with my hands full to show them my room key. Could have been nicer. But guess they didn’t notice me waiting in the lobby for over an hour. Again side conversations seems to take priority. The room was nice it was much smaller than expected. Would have been nice if there were some chairs on the balcony. The tv is a little outdated. The bathroom was nice but there did not appear to be a fan and lighting was not present in the shower/ tub. The tub was nice and deep with jets but the drain did not keep a good seal so water was constantly draining. Overall probably wouldn’t stay here again just booked it expecting more.

- Steve (10/5): The Perfect Vegas Escape Without the Chaos - I chose to stay at the Palms because it’s conveniently located off the Strip, which meant no extra parking fees which is a rare perk in Vegas. My suite felt more like a private, modern condo than a typical hotel room. It had been recently renovated, with sleek finishes, a clean and spacious layout, and even a private kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. One of the things I loved most was the peaceful vibe. There are no slot machines or gambling noise in the main lobby, giving the resort a calm, upscale atmosphere. But if I wanted to play, the casino was just steps away through a private tunnel conveniently close. The Palms also had enough great restaurants that I never had to leave the resort for a good meal. I played a few rounds of video roulette and had a great time. My wife worked comfortably from the suite, thanks to a dedicated desk and a beautiful view, while I stepped out to visit a family member in the hospital. Overall, I loved the feeling of being slightly removed from the chaos of the Strip while still having access to all the Las Vegas excitement. Between the comfort, modern amenities, and convenience, I’d absolutely stay at the Palms again.

- Jon (4/5): Bad Stay - The bed was comfortable. That was the only good thing. Several lights were burned out including over the toilet which flashed on and off the whole time I was there. The jacuzzi tub did not work properly. The fridge was dirty with left over stuff from previous stay. The shower door seal leaked and every time I took a shower the floor got wet. I left one day early as I had enough. I emailed the person who sent me instructions with no reply. The front desk didn’t want to hear about any issues.

Such a breath of fresh air from the usual hotel bookings in Vegas, truly. You can self park with very little walking, right out front, or choose to valet at no cost. Staff was all very helpful so friendly. Being off strip it does limit your dining options a bit. The housekeeping wasn’t Four Seasons status , there was dust here and there, but I’m not paying Four Seasons prices .

- Jeanette (4/5): - The room need some attention. There are stains on the wall. The sink doesn’t drain properly. Since this is a privately own room you do not get housekeeping and only limited towels. Our check in time was 3 pm. We checked in at 4:30 they didn’t give us the room key until 5:20.

Only small complaints are: the bathroom sink was over flowing and backing up when suite next door was using their sink. The suite telephone was not working and we were not able to use it to call for assistance. The safe was low on battery so we couldn't use it either. Other than the suite itself was very nice and pleasant to stay in. As for employees there, some were not so pleasant. Not rude but not friendly of helpful. Front desk girl Natasha Lucero was not happy to assist, did not acknowledge our presence for a bit and when she finally did she did not even look at us. For a place like Palms Place one expects high expectations from employees. One bell boy named Messiah (hope i spelled that right) was very helpful not only to me and my wife but as we sat in the lobby we watched him greet, smile and assisted everyone walking through.

- Michelle (10/5): Great place but showing some wear - The suite was very, very nice and had a small kitchen area. I was a little confused about the two 'fridges' until I realized that the top one used to be one of those pay for what you use. The bed was comfortable but was showing some wear. The nightstand light didn't work until I pulled it away from the bed and found the plug. The balcony was a great surprise but could have used a couple of chairs. Several of the lights in the bathroom did not work. The shower had a handheld shower head and a rain showerhead coming from the ceiling which looked really cool. Unfortunately, the rain showerhead only delivered cold water, not good. There was a jetted soaking tub that I did not use.

- Patti (6/5): - There were at least of the light bulbs burned out! It was very dim! The chairs were uncomfortable and almost impossible for my husband to sit in. One of the chair/stools was broken. There were no plug-ins next to the bed, neither of the bedside lamps worked. The bathroom was very nice. It almost made up for the rest of the room! The cold water handle for the faucet in the bathroom was starting to leak and dripped slowly whenever the faucet was turned on. The frame for the bed is starting to peel. This room needs maintenance!

- Verified traveler (2/5): The Worst Stay Ever. DO NOT BOOK - The room was filthy, not cleaned and dusty. This was a private vbro and hotels.com did not list it as that. This was the worst experience we have had. The room smelt like poop, the drains were all backed up and clogged, the room was not cleaned it seemed like in months, the floor, fridge was dirty and was not even clean. Do not recommend this booking at all. The Palms did not move us to another room and housekeeping is extra be aware. I would book with a hotel not this private booking

First walked into the room and felt the heat, I tried to adjust the air but was told they'd been working on fixing the air all week. Also, half of the lights did not work.I tried to turn on the TV with the remote but could not finally called the front desk and they explained I had to contact the host about these issues and they could not switch me to another room. Was told to leave the balcony door open all night to fix the no-air problem. Called Expedia around 10 times to find out how to contact the host to no avail / rated a 6 because of issues but other than frustration issues very nice room.

- Chelsea (4/5): - This property is a private unit and you have to reach out to the owner for anything that you need. During our stay, the air conditioning unit was not working and maintenance came up and told us that that would not be able to be fixed due to their being problems in pretty much all of the rooms with the units. In addition, the TVs did not work maintenance did come up and try to swap out the batteries, but the TV still blasted on loud. I requested maintenance to come and review all of these issues around 3 PM and they didn’t come until 9:45pm… The property also stated that it came with complementary robes and things of that nature and it didn’t.

The biggest concern was the condition of the room. We purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom, kitchen, bed and mopped the floor. I don’t think the owners were aware of the problem. Many of the rooms are privately owned. Overall, we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay!

- Heriberto (10/5): - I went to check in at the wrong part of the property initially, there was only one front desk agent working while three other guy was just standing there BS-ing and not helping anyone. This encounter was at around 2:30 in the afternoon. Another agent finally came by to help visiones check in. She directed me to the actual check in part of the property for my reservation. Once checked in to to our room it was amazing and we went on about our day. Great experience at the room and the property otherwise.

Hotel had an inside way of getting to the casino and was very easy to access. I think the only issue is there is a separate area to be picked up by ride share even though they drop you off at the lobby doors and they should be some signgage in the lobby to let peole know.

- Mack (10/5): Amazing unit in great location! - Beautiful unit! Lovely mountain views and sunsets. For 3 days I felt right at home! Just about anything that I may have needed was available. The bathroom was very nice and well stocked. Such a beautiful shower with perfect water pressure. Everything in the hotel was clearly signed, making it very easy to get around. I wish there was a shuttle of some sort to get visitors to the strip, even if for a fee. The ice maker didn't work in the unit but besides that everything was as expected, if not even better. Listing shows a $100 fully refundable deposit due at check at the hotel, it ended up being $300. That's fine, but the listing should be adjusted.

- Edward (2/5): These suites aren't owned by Park Place - We had a bit of a rough night when a leak from the bathtub in the room above us caused the ceiling to flood our room at 2am. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any contact information to reach out to someone for help other than Palms Place. The front desk was unable to assist us since they didn't own the room, and we couldn't be moved to another room. Overall, it was a pretty tough situation for us.

- Aaron (8/5): Almost perfect - The room was nice and quiet. The blackout curtains were good. The ac didn't work in the living room so it was hot. We had to close all the doors to the bedroom so it would be cool. We did not use the living room at all.

- Carlisa (10/5): - Space had everything we needed to celebrate our 20th anniversary!! Really enjoyed the city view of Las Vegas and all the amenities of a studio apartment!! Wish the pool didn't close so early!
- Jenn (10/5): Wedding trip - The suite was amazing. It was perfect for our wedding the space was open and roomy the view was amazing with the floor to ceiling windows. Could have not had a better wedding trip Thank you for the amazing experience
