• Sandyb027 (4/5): Unimpressed - Well, my phone died and I remembered the name and we finally found it. We got in by the cleaning lady. The nice man at Tobacci shop across let me phone the owner at let him know we were there. It was not what I expected or planned for our last night of our holiday! The airconditioner was loud and we couldn't sleep with it on, it needs a service, the door handle looked like it was going to fall off, the shower had some mould, and lots of silicone around it, the soap dish was falling out/very loose! Just to name a few things!
• Maria (1/5): Not comfortable - The location This is not a hotel, is an old apartment, the bed and sofa-bed were not comfortable, in the bathroom the water didn’t run out of the shower and of the sink and it got clogged for minutes. There is no cleaning service.
• Sara (8/5): Modern room in a good location - Large room with plenty of space. Pillows were very thin & almost felt like the insides were falling apart. Shower head wasn’t contained & sprayed everywhere.

• Robyn (7/5): A bit more attention to detail would go far, when guests arrive expecting what is on the website. - The location of the appt was great and we had a nice stay. There was no safe provided and only 3 teabags and no milk for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was to the corner café and consisted of a croissant and a coffee. A bit of a come down from the magnificent breakfast at our accom in Milan. A little more shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom would be nice as well.

Simple complimentary breakfast from the local corner snack bar. Odd truffle smell in bathroom if not ventilated - ?mould smell. Bathroom missing toilet roll holder Stressful emergency alarm (pull cord) in bathroom which was unclear how to turn off and annoyed the neighbours. Had to message host to find out how to stop it.

• Travelqueen0953 (7/5): Rome Central - The position was fantastic, in the middle of everything, great for restaurants and sightseeing. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was at a lovely little Cafe a few shops down, which was a croissant and coffee which was great. Supermarkets only a block away. Having wifi was great as well. We were there 5 days and no linen change, a few general maintenance issues which should have been picked up by cleaner. Just be aware no lifts... a beautiful old building

• Nikola (9/5): Superb - Location was outstanding. Accomodation was spacious for 4 of us. Even though breakfast was smal size vise it was good and the idea of having it in the little "bistrot" down the street was amazing. Check in and check out were very straightforward and simple. Staff was also very responsive and helpful. Definitely this space is great for people who will spend majority of their stay in Rome outside like we did and use their accomodation just as a place to sleep. This by all means doesn't say that this place is not comfortable or something like that, but in my mind this space is not meant to be used like an apartment because it has a superb location and that location would go to waste by staying inside too much. P.S there was always enough warm water for 4 of us to take a shower Wifi is only good in the living room and even there it wasn't the best. Even though its clean it could be a bit cleaner

Nice breakfast- you get voucher to use at the cafe next door and can choose pastry and coffee. They allowed us to come early and leave bags, which was huge help. Felt very safe. Bathroom needs a good scrub, some limescale buildup. there’s kettle but no coffee provided. You can’t get away from street noise, even with closed windows it is noisy.
• Eszter (8/5): Great location, good option for a few days - Great location, nice spacious bathroom, once we got a hold of our host, he was very nice and helpful The check-in process was quite difficult and we ended up waiting, the AC didn't work very well. We weren't a fan of the breakfast.
• Emily (8/5): Very good - Good location, within walking distance to all of Romes main tourist attractions. Lotsss of shops nearby and train station about a 10 min walk.
• Kerry (5/5): Very convenient location but not deluxe - Great location, within walking distance of Spanish steps (5 mins), Trevi fountain (10 mins) and colosseum (30 mins) it was a 45 minute walk to Vatican museums. Lots of choice for restaurants right on the doorstep. The breakfast included a coffee and cappuccino in the cafe a few steps away and was tasty and efficient. Bed was comfortable. Friendly host who helped us with our luggage and allowed early check in In need of an update, particularly the bathroom was very tired looking - shower tiles were tatty, the hose to the handheld shower head was loose so water squealing and leaking out the sides, some mold inside and just outside the shower and the rail was loose. There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom too! The WiFi and signal in the room is also very poor. And only provided with one pillow each which were quite thin and lumpy. Based on this I wouldn’t call it a luxury room

• Sharon (8/5): Would highly recommend to others. - Great location with fantastic restaurants very close by. Easy to check in due to ease of communication with owner. We were allowed to check in early which really helped after arriving early in Rome with children. Breakfast was included and was provided at a lovely quaint cafe very close by which a hot drink/juice and croissant. We did not notice any smells, noise or problems with the shower that were mentioned in previous reviews.
• Maria (1/5): Nightmare. Concentration camp. Auschwitz seems like heaven comparing to this apartment. - Location Shower is clogged. You cannot shower for more than a minute, otherwise bathroom will flood. Everything is filthy, the cleaning person cleaned the countertops using filthy towers from previous tenants. Air conditioner is not working and has not been working for years, but they won’t tell you about it. Tv size is like iPads. Apartment smells like cigarettes. We changed our stay to a different hotel nearby as this one was a nightmare.

• Rebecca (9/5): A real gem - spacious, modern room, with a large bathroom in a great location! - The room was so spacious, modern in an old building. The bathroom was big and the shower was large with a shelf to put your toiletries on. Prime location - close to shops, bars/restaurants and amenities and walking distance to some wonderful sights. The area was safe and entrance to the room was so safe. This place was a real gem and exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again! A/C could be better, if you want to be picky, but honestly, it did the job in the end.

• Stella (6/5): Great location and highly recommend it if you’re looking to stay somewhere central with a buzzing vibe. - Initially we picked this hotel for its location, how clean it looked and it didn’t disappoint! Super close to all the high end designer and Spanish steps and lots of restaurants / bars close by. The property team were super helpful and very responsive. The property itself was really nice, bright snd spacious. However the sofa bed was a thin foam mattress, squeaky and not comfortable for 2 people / teenagers to sleep on for a long period of time. Not equipped well for sound, the garbage collection (including glass recycling) and delivery trucks started from 6am or even earlier.

Would return and recommend. - The location was amazing. 2 mins from Spanish steps, metro and right amount amazing cafes and restaurants without being in a noisy location. The bed was very comfortable and room clean and spacious. We did not need heating or air con as temp was great. Bathroom was spacious, shower big and modern. The apartment also felt very safe with the locked gate entrance. 2 flights of stairs were no problem either. Very helpful host. Nothing.

• Danae (9/5): Wonderful stay - The location was excellent! Just a few blocks from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The breakfast included is at a super cute and charming caffe just in the corner, where we were treated so well and the coffees and pastries were delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms spacious. We really appreciated having easy to use heaters and running hot water in the shower. We had a wonderful stay. We loved everything.

• Charles (7/5): Good location. Clean & comfortable. Slightly noisy. - We were very kindly greeted at 1:30am after our flight was delayed. The accommodation was well located and clean. The room wasn't set up with the spare bed on our first night which meant two of the party had a rough nights sleep. Toiletries were minimal for a 4 night stay and not replenished when requested. As per other reviews, the area is noisy but this isn't something the host can change.

• Giovanna (4/5): Unfortunately did not meet my expectations. - Location was good Room was spacious and clean No elevator - on second floor so had to carry luggage up after flying from Australia. Air conditioning took a long time to kick in - room was like a furnace. It was also very noisy. Stayed for 4 nights and given only 2 bath towels for 2 of us. I did ask for more but they could not bring them on that day. Next day only left another 2. Breakfast was included but we had to walk to a cafe nearby - a cup of coffee and a croissant - if you wanted anything else, you had to pay for it. Not an ideal Italian breakfast I was expecting from other trips to rome. The wardrobe was ridiculous - you had to be a giant to reach the rung to put your clothes up. Only 1 chair in room for 2 of us so had to use bed to sit on. Overall, not a great experience.

Two flights of stairs to carry luggage up so not recommended for elderly guests.

• Diana (8/5): Convenient and safe. - The location was pretty good, near train and bus stops, walking distance to plaza Spagna . The apartment was confortable, and clean. The neighborhood and the people around are very nice. Surrounded by many restaurants, bars and business for you to choose, we feel very safe. The building doesn’t have and elevator and the stairs are too narrow making very difficult to carry your luggage to the rooms. The location is convenient but because is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and businesses it’s very noisy specially early in the mornings.

• Colleen (7/5): Spacious room and great location. Needs some maintenance. - Great location and spacious room. Only a few mins from Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The bedroom was nice and clean. The shower needs a good clean. The room also needs a bit of maintenance. A light in the bathroom did not work, the towel rack did not work, the paint is peeling on the window sill and the locks to the apartment were a hard to use. Also the stairs are steep and narrow. Not appropriate for anyone with mobility or joint issues.

It's location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Spanish Steps & within 30mins walk to all other major sights such as Vatican City & Pantheon Plenty of places to eat near by Room has tea/coffee facilities with a small under counter fridge, handy for water bottles, fruit etc Air conditioning is a blessing Communication between myself, Gastone & Stephano was excellent. Both are very helpful & friendly No lift available & having arthritis in my knees, climbing 2 floors to our room was a struggle, especially with cases. Would not be suitable for people with serious mobility problems. Only one pillow each. I normally sleep with 2 pillows , not a major issue but alot of people prefer 2 pillows. In bathroom, 4 small bottles of shower/hair gel are provided so was lucky I brought my own! Provided with bath sheet, bath towel & hand towel each for the 4 nights. Due to the having daily showers, sometimes twice, a change of towels wouldve been a.bonus.....this could be done, at a charge! Advertised as breakfast being included but it's only tea/coffee & croissant each at the cafe beside the apartment. Staff were pleasant & croissants tasty
• Nicole (7/5): overall lovely apartment, a bit overpriced due to the location - Location was perfect, close to metro and walking distance to Spanish stairs and you can grab a taxi from there to FCO airport for 50EUR. The stairs are killers, we had 2 large suitcases 25kg each and 2 medium ones. It was horrible experience to move them up and down to level 2. Another points is sofa bed is too soft, not suitable for 2 ppls.(even just me and my little girl)

The room was spacious, comfy bed and thankfully we had an electric heater to warm up the room. The breakfast we were expecting it to be more like a buffet as its included in the overall price, however it was only a coffee and a croissant included. The toilet was leaking so we had to put a towel to get all the water.
