• Vasileios (4/5): Its not a value for money choice. - The location and the neighbourhood was really good and convinient, close to many underground stations. The property is was so expensive compared to what it offers. It's quite old, especially the bathroom needs a renovation ASAP, as it's a bit disgusting. Also the insulation is terrible, so you hear everything and the worst part you even feel air coming from the windows.
• Enrico-Ndw (7/5): Ottima posizione, appartamento con tutto il necessario in posizione comoda e vicino al centro - Posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro Sant Antoni sulla linea L2, a una ventina di minuti a piedi dalla Rambla. Personale gentile e disponibile e organizzazione perfetta. Parcheggio per auto nelle vicinanze, comodo e spazioso. Numerosi negozi nei pressi dell'appartamento (bar, caffetteria, panetteria, farmacia etc). All'interno dell'appartamento tutto il necessario (condizionatore e stufette elettriche, asciugacapelli, asciugamani, bollitore, forno, fornelli a induzione, microonde, macchina del caffe', frigorifero con freezer, piatti, pentole e bicchieri). A disposizione gratuitamente acqua e caffé. il bagno purtroppo é la nota stonata, puzza di muffa, non ha mensole o appendini a sufficienza, la colonna doccia e' vecchia e sarebbe da sostituire con una nuova.

We only stayed 3nights so was fine as we weren't in apartment too much during the day. Quiet neighborhood. Restaurants on the corner Carolina met us at apartment was lovely and quite understanding when our train in was delayed. However I felt quite pressured by girl in office who kept ringing and messaging to see where we were and what time exactly we would be there.. quite hard to give an exact time when not familiar with the area. It would put me off renting there again being honest. 2nd bedroom in living room had a curtain as a door. Didn't realize it was on the 4th floor and lift was a tight squeeze..wouldn't be ideal if closterphobic.

Ev oldukça temizdi. 4 kişi için oldukça yeterli ve konforlu bir apartman. Evin bulunduğu konum Sant Antoni – El Raval bölgesindeydi. Bu nedenle La Rambla gibi merkezi yerlere giderken ya da dönerken zaman zaman El Raval’dan geçmek zorunda kaldık. Bu durum özellikle akşam saatlerinde kendimizi pek rahat hissettirmedi ve bazı durumlarda o bölgeden geçmemek için yolumuzu uzatmak zorunda kaldık. Eve ilk girdiğimizde oldukça soğuktu ve klima çalışmıyordu. Tesisle iletişime geçtiğimizde tekrar denememizi söylediler ve sonrasında çalıştırabildik. Ancak televizyon çalışmıyordu ve bunu bildirmemize rağmen geri dönüş alamadık. Bu nedenle konaklama süresince iletişim konusunda eksiklikler yaşadık. Bu apartmanı özellikle çok soğuk dönemlerde tercih etmeyi önermem.

• Marit (9/5): Svært god beliggenhet og god komfort - Svært god beliggenhet med grei gangavstand til det meste. I tillegg ligger det midt mellom 2 metrostasjoner (Sant Antoni og Poble-sec). Komforten var god. Komfortable senger, med ordentlige dyner, ikke bare laken. Veldig tykke og deilige håndklær. Enkelt utstyrt kjøkken, men holdt for frokostlaging. Vi satte pris på at det var kaffemaskin tilgjengelig og vann i kjøleskapet. Utsikt rett på en travel gate, men vi opplevde ingen støy. Vertskapet var hyggelig og ga god informasjon om oppholdet. Vi hadde ingen problemer underveis og depositumet ble tilbakebetalt i løpet av 2 dager, med kvittering gitt på WhatsApp. Badet var veldig lite og hadde ingen ventilasjon. Måtte åpne et vindu i dusjen som førte rett ut i heissjakten. Derfra kom det en ekstremt vondt lukt som satte seg i hele leiligheten hvis man lot vinduet stå åpent. Med andre ord, gikk det ikke å lufte ut badet ordentlig etter dusjing.
• Silvestro (8/5): Evviva BARCELLONA :-) - la posizione dell'appartamento direi ottima da un punto di vista logistico ben servito sia dai trasporti con bus e metropolitana (molto facile da usufruire e ben collegata) che da servizi commerciali (panificio, bar, supermercato, pub, ecc...) tutto sotto casa, vicino c'è anche una buona pizzeria italiana, poi c'è il mercato di Sant Antonì, la casa bene ma molto soggettivo, direi comunque che ha soddisfatto le esigenze di un gruppo familiare, molto disponibili e cordiali i locatori nel palazzo dove ci sono gli appartamenti è tutto privato. //

• Agita (3/5): - We had to wait for checkin. Elevator is tiny, staircase smels. Area did not feel safe. A lot of sounds from the street- starting from people screaming to trash beeing taken out in night. We had as well very strange noises and vibrations in room that is seperste from kitchen. Even sounded as footsteps in hallway, even nobody lived above us. It was scary and we did not want to stay there for another night. Owner refused to return money for not used nights.

Гъвкавата политика на собствениците, заедно с които намерихме най-доброто решение на възникналите казуси. Така и двете страни бяха удовлетворени. Домакините имат работно време и извън него, в случай на късно пристигане, се доплаща допълнително за получаването на ключовете. За щастие, имах роднини, които живеят в същия град и те взеха ключовете вместо мен. Така не се наложи да доплащам.

• Rita (9/5): Puiki ir patogi vieta 4 asmenims - Labai patiko vieta, proaktyvus bendravimas dėl atvykimo. Pateikė visą informaciją, kurios tik gali prireikti visos kelionės metu. Puiki lokacija - labai lengva pasiekti lankytinas vietas, aplink didelis pasirinkimas maitinimo įstaigų, lengvai galima pėsčiomis nukeliauti iki prieplaukos. Buvo šiek tiek triukšmo iš apačioje esančių kavinių, bet ypatingai netrukdė.

• Shshank (3/5): Very stressful checkin!! - The checkin process was very hard and stressful. The owner wanted a 200 euro damage deposit and also wanted to have a short term rental agreement to be physically signed. We had requested an early checkin or dropoff of our luggage as we arrived around noon. Luckily we were able to get the keys from the cleaner. But the owner kept giving times for us to meet her in apartment in person to sign. Also, damage deposit payment was made through credit card, but we had so many messages exchanged with the owner on this. This is essentially a one bedroom apartment only as the double bed is in the living room only separated by a curtain. The elevator is too small and also isn't available from the ground floor to the apartment floor. On both ends 5-6 steps have to be taken and luggage will need to be hauled. Anyone who is unable to do that should not rent this apartment. The location of this unit was far from all thr tourist places, so if you are ready to take taxi or metro, only then rent this place.

The location of the apartment was on the bad side of downtown (of La Rambla), and the host didn't allow us to drop the bags in the apartment nor in a nearby place, so I had to pay extra money for luggage storage, and then wait extra time for someone to open and hand over the apartment and collect the city tax (although the full payment was done using the app). The apartment itself looks nothing like the modified images; one of the bedrooms had a curtain separating it from the tv/ living room, while the bathroom floor was sticky upon receiving the apartment. The price was too much, and unfortunately, the apartment damaged the whole Barcelona experience for my family.

• Luca (8/5): - The location is fairly central, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. A big market and a supermarket, together with the many 24h shops, are within walking distance from the house, so finding food is not a problem. Metro stations connecting to different lines are also all within 10 minutes on foot. The kitchen has all the necessary tools for a week-long stay, allowing to easily cook from home. The double bed is located in the corner of the house at the end of a corridor, underneath a big window facing south. The temperature there can get really hot, and the proximity to the window makes the effect of the nearby AC practically negligible during the day. This window also doesn't close properly, so sometimes you can see ants walking in and over the bed. The staircases leading to the floor where the house is situated (you can take the lift, but a couple of ramps must be walked, regardless) are pretty steep, and the steps are short, so it's tricky to walk up or down these stairs, especially if you're carrying luggage, or if you're old or heavy.

• Jan (5/5): Een accommodatie in Barcelona gebruik je puur voor de overnachting en voor een ontbijt. - De locatie was prima Ik vond het appartement niet erg schoon opgeleverd. Verder waren de matrassen op de bedden vreselijk slecht. Vooraf alles doorgegeven wat betreft vluchtnummer aankomst tijd vlucht en de te verwachten aankomst bij het verblijf, het was allemaal geen probleem. Op de dag zelf kreeg ik een mail dat er iemand zou komen met de sleutel om 15:00uur. Er was geen mogelijkheid om de bagage ergens te "parkeren". Dus meer dan twee uur in een dichtstbijzijnd cafe gezeten om te wachten op de sleutel.
• Gillian (10/5): Beautiful apartment close to bakery, eateries, supermarket and nail salon. - The facilities were exceptional and everything worked. The apartment was extremely clean and with ample space and amenities for the three of us. Road works were in progress but we got used to it. The people around were very friendly, the supermarket guys and the bakery folks were very friendly too. We were even able to get a pedicure around the corner.

Quantità di asciugamani fornita più che sufficiente. Host disponibile via whatsapp per le informazioni e per le comunicazioni. Pulito Sul divano c’erano capelli dei precedenti ospiti. La rete dei letti singoli fa molto rumore e sembra un po’ instabile

Appartamento carino ,ma nessuna privacy tra le due camere.Il letto matrimoniale era praticamente in cucina separato solo da una tenda. Bagno microscopico e non scherzo. Non vale sicuramente il prezzo che ho pagato.

Освен многото заведения и магазини наоколо, в близост е и спирката на туристическите автобуси и аеробуса. Апартамента чист и удобен с много мил и бързо реагиращ домакин. Благодарим за кафето и водата! За двама възрастни и две деца си беше напълно достатъчно. Препоръчваме го! Няма забележки.

Lit double séparé de la pièce à vivre par un rideau, impossible de dormir la nuit sans bouchons d'oreilles (le bloc de climatisation extérieur est à 1,50 m de votre tête (même emplacement pour l'étage du dessus) - photos en pièce jointe C'est une honte pour le prix payé.

Apartment is soo clean and comfy and location was just brilliant for access to metro and shops and resturants . There was no noise and we had air con and hot water and towels provided . The lady that dropped keys and contract was great. I will defo look into rebooking it loved it so.much. Mayb just the curtains on big main window could be.a bit wider/bigger as I found it hard to shut them the sunlight leaked in!!! Not a problem to some but I suffer from broken sleep and prefer blackout completely

All major tourist attractions where reachable by a max of 1 metro change but sometimes no changes Was not 2 bedroom, for me 2 bedroom means 2 separate rooms with beds in. In this case double bed was in kitchen/ lounge/ dinning room behind a curtain not a bedroom

• Michaela (4/5): Disappointing - The apartement is not far away from the train station Sants. You can walk into the center if you want. This place was really noisy. You cannot sleep. Not only you hear the noise from the street (bars etc) but unfortunately Barcelona has become a travel center for horrible people who only want to party and do this before hitting the bars and after they come back in their apartments. We had 2 neighbouring apartments where people were celebrating all night long. You could hear every word from our apartment plus the lift, plus the door banging. The sound insulation is non existing (the windows let all the noise through even if people are only talking). The area is not the best as it's quite a bit to walk to the metro station, you might just as well walk all the way to your destination. A lot of dodgy shops on the street (front shops?), a lot of fast food restaurants. The area isn't amazing for Barcelona. The keys to the apartment must be handed over by a person who comes to the apartment. If you arrrive after 8pm you have to pay a fine which is ridiculous. We had to sign that we wouldn't party and pay 200 Euros deposit for not breaking anything, which would have been fine, if it were the same rule for everyone and we didn't have to pup up with horrible party hords next doors. Clearly, Barcelona has issues with tourists now. I would not recommend this city anymore, which is a pity as it used to be a wonderful place. Lastly, I have to mention that the apartment does not have 2 rooms as advertised, but that one of the rooms is behind a curtain and is part of the living room & kitchen area, which can be unpleasant if you are cooking. The apartment is not awful, but I would not go back there for all the reasons mentioned.

Close to most tourist attractions. The staff at The White Flats were initially very helpful, friendly and quick to sort out problems with the air conditioning. But sadly, I can't recommend this property and I would advise to avoid it. They unfortunately have failed to refund our deposit, we have reminded them numerous times, each time we have been told the payment didn't go through/there is a problem with our bank etc. We have provided them with correct details for a different bank account and the original card details. If there was a problem I would wis they would contact us and say 'let's try and work this out'. However we have to chase and now no response. We travelled to a few places on this trip, hired cars, and no-one else had any issues refunding our deposit. It's 200 euros so am not happy to just forget about it. In every way in was a great flat however this has left us feeling with a bad experience.

This really affected our sleep along with beds being uncomfortable. The apartment is much smaller than pictured and is not actually a two bedroom apartment . One bed is within the living area with a curtain. Overpriced for what you get.

• Harry (7/5): Great location, but price is bit expensive. Hidden cost for cleaning and tourist charges, plus deposit upfront. - Great location No one clean the house during 4 days stay. And also, charged Eur60 for cleaning and also Eur200 as deposit, returned 7 days after departure
