Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Außerdem war alles blitzsauber, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, alles war perfekt.

Stunning scenery - my balcony overlooked the mountains. Beautiful beach not too far away. Good self-service breakfast options. Possibility to prepare my own food in one of the two kitchens. The location felt a bit remote but Uber was available after some waiting time. There are some buses too but not frequent and for me it was a little bit hard to know how to use them really. As there was no footpath on the roads, the area was less suitable for walking.

- Luciana (9/5): Good value for a short stay - The bed was verycomfortable, there was a quiet location with a nice balcony(shared) pretty close to airport. A lot of parking space. The landlord was friendly. A big place to socialize and to eat, but no facilities to prepare something. Nice and big yard to enjoy an evening out. The smell in the room(my husband said it was from detergent) disturbed me and the breakfast was poor (coffee from the vending machine and some packed sweets and a fresh croissant), but for us it was not o problem.
- Pam (9/5): A short but great stay - It was clean modern and close to the airport. Giovanni picked us up at the airport and arranged a taxi for our return. There were not any food options near the property.

- Agnieszka (8/5): MAGNIA GRECIA - Gospodarz- bardzo pomocny, sympatyczny. Możliwość korzystania z basenu i leżaków przy obiekcie, jest prysznic i toaleta przy basenie. Jest też drzewo figowe i możliwość skosztowania owoców, oczywiście za zgodą Gospodarza. Czysto i sprzątane codziennie. Jest pies bardzo przyjazny i lubiący głaskanie☺️. Można korzystać z transportu publicznego (bilet 1,8 €, a u Kierowcy 3 €- ceny mogą ulec zmianie). Do centrum, na dworzec, na plażę bardzo szybki dojazd. Gospodarz udostępnia rozkład jazdy. Autobusy mogą przyjechać trochę opóźnione więc należy uzbroić się w cierpliwość ( mnie zdarzało się do 5 min. - w obie strony). Drzwi są zamykane/otwierane kodem/brelokiem i dość głośno zamykają się, także słychać jak inni wchodzą/wychodzą. Pobyt raczej dla rodzin z dziećmi, dzieci do późna bawią się na zewnątrz, jest głośno. Sąsiedzi jak palili papierosy dym było czuć w moim pokoju. Mój pokój był z osobną łazienką, poza pokojem - jednak dla mnie był to dyskomfort.

- Ngaire (10/5): Excellent host. Very clean and comfortable - Giovanni was an excellent host. He shuttled twice to the airport to pick me up (my plane was very late) and only charged me once. I was allowed to freely stay by the pool after checkout time to pass the hours before my next flight. Breakfast was great and unlimited. Highly recommend this accommodation!

- Anselm (10/5): Great villa near Gizarro Lido beach area, ok even with no car - Really nice house with great balconies and pool (of course closed in february). We came without a car and it was no problem . We were picked up by owner at railway station and at departure he brought us back (included in room rate) Its a 15 min walk to the Gizerra Lido beach area, where there are restaurants , but not many open in february. Itaca restaurant had excellent seafood. We used bus to visit Lamezia Terme and area of railway station. Not many buses, at least one bus every 2 hours. Hotel provides timetable. Breakfast was excellent, cold italian style, several choices. Room good and modern with balcony and wifi good. The 2 dogs were very friendly and cute. Walking along the road to Gizerra Lido beach area requires good caution at night, no walkway for pedestrians

- Barbara (9/5): Perfect for a night’s stay before flying out - Very close to the airport but yet very quiet and perfect for our last night in Italy. It has a nice breakfast room that we utilized for dinner takeaway. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to appreciate breakfast due to an early flight. Nice family dogs to greet us and see us off when we left. No nearby restaurants that you could walk to but there are restaurants and a large supermarket a short drive away.

- Jane (10/5): Exceptional - It was lovely & clean, the pool and sunbathing was great, they have a cute variety of animals too which was awesome! Bed was comfy, it was quiet and they let us use the bikes - we cycled to a great pizza restaurant. The owner was very kind and helpful too. They did have 3 powercuts during our 1 night stay, but it may have been due to another guest's appliance 💁 My brother used up all the hot water in the morning for his shower, so my shower was a very quick dip in cold water!!! Great location for the airport and their free shuttle was very much appreciated.

Bfast is far from amazing. For the price we paid I think we could have gone for a nicer stay in a more central area. Although once again.. the place has a nice view and quiet

I was really Happy and realex During my stay. Also the dogs are really nice, i Like them both. One day i come Back with more time. The Pool was Not filled yet. But it was presaison and the mediterransea was also nice. Also there was many Moskitos, Not a big Problem, but good to know.

Hotel is nice place to stay. But Lamezia is not a good choice without a car. There is no public transportation in Lamezia even for short distance in city center. In September there wasn't any restaurants at beach. So it wasn't a good idea at all.

- Agata (10/5): - The owners Giovanni and Francesca are very friendly and welcoming. Dukes and Bella (dogs) also very friendly. Clean and comfortable room. Property is well kept. Breakfast is a self serve continental style which is set up from the night before so great for those who have an early flight. Delicious homemade dinner also available at a very reasonable price. Free shuttle to and from the airport with host during daytime hours.
