Important Information

- The damage deposit that will be requested upon arrival is EUR 200. It will be made by credit card. It will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings. - Check-in after 19:00 has an extra cost of 30€ and check-in after 00:00 have an extra cost of €50. - It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbors might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of a serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit. - Guests will receive a rental agreement prior to arrival which must be signed at check-in time. - Please inform The White Flats Les Corts in advance of your expected arrival time. There is not a 24-hour reception in the building. - For the safety of all guests, we inform you that there are surveillance cameras in the building, only in the common areas, more specifically at the entrance and on the landings of each floor. - The apartments only feature AC in the living room. Apartament jest dobrze skomunikowany z miastem. łatwo podróżowało się metrem. W zasięgu Lidl, lokalny dyskont, piekarnia, apteka. Pomocna obsługa, możliwość przechowania bagażu zarówno w dniu przyjazdu jak i wyjazdu. Na plus w stosunku do zdjęć, wyremontowany świeży aneks kuchenny.

Thought it would’ve been much nicer. - Plenty of facilities in the kitchen although we didn’t really use them because we ate out. The second bedroom. Windowless and lacking fresh air. Had to sleep with the door open as well as the balcony door. It felt stifling.

Thomas (8/5): - Välstädat lägenhet i lägenhetshotell. Lättillgänglig kontakt med värden inför ankomst och samma vid ankomst. Det som behövdes i köket fanns där. Lätt att checka ut. Läget var bra men inte fantastiskt. Det ligger ca 20 minuter från centrala Barcelona om man ser området kring hamnen som detta. Mycket lätt att åka tunnelbana. Att gå omkring i området kring boendet var inget speciellt, men både restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker finns nära Otroligt lyhört. Vi bodde på första våningen och det lät som de som pratade ute på gatan, eller för den delen andra balkonger i närheten, satt på vår balkong. En natt kl 02.30 (am) påbörjades ett arbete där man antingen lastade på eller av byggmaterial. Högljutt pratade som var omöjligt att inte vakna till. Troligen en restaurang som höll öppet sent på fredagen toppade med ett glatt festande till tidigt på morgonen

Péter (9/5): Comfortable beds, cleanliness, an annoying inconvenience - The apartment is pretty much as shown in the pictures. The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. There is a tiny but pleasant balcony, perfect for sitting out with a morning coffee. The building entrance is nice and well-maintained, as almost everywhere in Barcelona. There are two tiny elevators that get the job done. The staff at the reception are kind and professional. The bathroom is clean but small; there’s barely enough room to bend down. The door is a glass sliding door, so privacy is kept to a minimum. There was an annoying issue with the security deposit (€200): when it was supposed to be released, they accidentally charged it again by mistake, so a double amount (€400) appeared on my account. They apologized over the phone and tried to correct it, but in the end, I had to wait for the original hold (€200) to expire, meaning the amount was blocked on my card for two weeks. (The whole amount was released at the end)

Lajos (10/5): - Nagyon közel van az L3-as metró, amivel nagyon könnyen el lehet jutni bárhova. Boltok, pékségek, éttermek is megtalálhatóak a közelben. Kényelmes ágy, gyönyörű tisztaság. Az általunk bérelt apartman két szobájában csak vakablakok vannak és csak a nappalin keresztül lehetett szellőztetni.

Tarek (8/5): Es war eine wunderbare Woche in einer lebendigen Stadt mit einer sehr schönen Wohnung als Basis. - Die Lage der Wohnung war hervorragend - perfekte Nähe zur U-Bahn und sogar fußläufig zum Camp Nou. Auch das Viertel selbst ist sehr hübsch, abseits der Hauptstraße ist es, obwohl man sich in einer Großstadt befindet, sogar recht ruhig. Auf den Terrassen kann man sehr schön die Sonne genießen und hat einen guten Blick über die Dächer. Die Küche ist technisch sehr gut ausgestattet, und alle Geräte funktionieren. Auch das Mobiliar ist von guter Qualität. Schade ist, dass man zwar auf beiden Terrassen Liegen und andere Sitzmöglichkeiten hat, es dazu aber keine Kissen oder andere Sitzauflagen gibt. Somit sind die Liegen und Sitze sehr unbequem. Auch auf Nachfrage konnten keine Sitzauflagen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Außerdem gibt es eine große Geschirrspülmaschine aber für 4 Personen nur jeweils ein Teil Besteck und Geschirr von jeder Sorte. Das ist viel zu wenig um die Maschine sinnvoll zu beladen, was aber wünschenswert wäre, wenn man der im Quartier gegebenen Anweisung folgen, und möglichst effektiv mit dem kostbaren Wasser umgehen will. Außerdem fehlt es an Utensilien zum Kochen, wie Kochlöffeln oder Pfannenwendern. Die wären aber hilfreich, wenn man die technisch sehr gut ausgestattete Küche auch benutzen will. Auch Topfuntersetzer fehlen - was diese Punkte angeht, könnte die Unterkunft mit geringem Aufwand deutlich praxistauglicher werden.

Marek (9/5): - Lokalita byla super, je to blízko ke stanici metra (cca 5 min.). Blízko jsou i obchody a restaurace. Je to klidná část města. Kancelář spravující apartmán je přímo naproti domu, takže pokud člověk něco potřebuje, tak stačí zajít, zavolat. V kuchyni by mohlo být o trochu víc věcí vhodných pro vaření. Je tam vše základní pro přípravu jednodušších jídel.

Amrind (7/5): Tres bonne situation - L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé à 2 pas du métro sur une ligne directe vers la casa batllo et bien d'autres endroits à visiter à Barcelone. Proche d'un centre commercial et de beaucoup de restaurants. Le quartier est résidentiel et tranquille. L'appartement en lui même est propre et bien, surtout le séjour/cuisine et la chambre principale. Les ustensiles sont très limités, il n'y pas de poêle par exemple. Il n'y avait ni poivre, sel ou huile pour cuisiner. Il a fallu les acheter et évidemment on a dû les laisser car c'est ridicule de les reprendre pour repartir en avion. L'immeuble n'est pas bien isolé, on entend les voisins se doucher et parler. Le pire était la chaudière qui nous donnait moins d'une minute de douche chaude.

Panie z biura bardzo miłe i pomocne, mieliśmy meldunek od 15 ale już od 10 jak przybylismy na miejsce mogliśmy wejść do apartamentu także super dla nas bo w Barcelonie byliśmy już o 8 rano. Jeżeli chodzi o sam apartament to super, co prawda sprzątanie mogłoby być lepsze bo widać że niezbyt dokładnie ale ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni! Polecam każdemu!

Isabelle (9/5): - Super emplacement proche du métro et de beaucoup de commerce de proximité. Le quartier est vivant, animé mais familial. Concernant le logement, il était très propre hormis sous les lits. Nous étions 5 occupants ( dont 3 enfants). La vaisselle est très réduite, le stricte minimum. Avoir un peu de marge serait appréciable. Il n'y avait que 4 chaises pour la table, j'ai du en prendre une pliable du balcon. Dans la chambre au lits jumeaux, le système de fermeture des rideaux est un peu bricolé et tient avec une corde.

Larissa (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf in een leuke wijk van Barcelona. - Erg goede locatie met het metrostation van Les Corts praktisch om de hoek. Je bent met de metro in ongeveer 15 minuten in het centrum. Wat ook heel fijn is dat de blauwe route van de hop on bus op 5 minuten van het appartement een halte heeft. Supermarkt en kleine supermarkten in de buurt. Veel koffietentjes en barretjes in de buurt. Appartement zelf was fijn met een balkon en ruim met 3 slaapkamers. Ons appartement lag op de eerste etage en het was vrij gehorig. Degene die aan de straatkant sliep had toch wel last van de buiten geluiden en ook de buren kon je eigenlijk altijd horen lopen.

Luis (9/5): Apartamento cómodo con excelente ubicación - Est apartamento está muy bien ubicado, es muy fácil acceder a líneas de metro o bus, incluso la llegada desde el aeropuerto o desde la estación de tren es muy fácil usando el metro. El barrio es agradable y hay muchas opciones de restaurantes alrededor a distancia caminable, también hay supermercados y panaderías. Las habitaciones son cómodas y los espacios comunes son amplios. La cocina no tenía algo de sal y aceite que siempre es útil. Se escucha bastante el ruido de los apartamentos contiguos y también de las tuberías de desagüe. El internet no era tan bueno. La relación calidad/precio no me pareció la mejor, pero creo que esto es un tema más de Barcelona como tal antes que del alojamiento en concreto.

Maria (10/5): Чудесен апартамент - Апартаменът е чудесен, чист, стилен, много приятно и тихо място. Мястото е изключително комуникативно, близо до метро станция, което прави изключително лесно за предвижване из града, близо до Камп Ноу, тенис кортове и т.н. наблизо има магазини, сладкарници, МОЛ на пешеходно разстояние. От офиса на домакина са изключително любезни и предлагат да си оставиш багажа при тях на съхранение за няколко часа при напускане на апартамента.

Meike (8/5): auf jeden Fall gerne wieder, wir haben uns wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt - super Lage, es sind wirklich nur 200 m zur Metro oder Bus Station, alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Lidl, Supermärkte, Cafes, Bars Restaurants) in direkter Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, Toaster, Waschmaschine, etc. die Anmietung hat reibungslos und super nett geklappt. Bad ist winzig im Sommer evtl. echt schlecht zu lüften, ist natürlich recht laut am morgen, aber die Betten sind gut und dafür ist man zentral
