• Rossella (8/5): E' stato molto breve ma ci tornerei volentieri per qualche giorno in piu - Sul posto abbiamo saputo che non ci sarebbe stata la colazione perchè la proprietaria , che è anche colei che prepara artigianalmente la colazione, ha avuto qualche impegno improvviso. però si è resa disponibile a portarci qualcosa e comunque era attrzzato per il cafeè o il te. La cosa meravigliosa è la vista panoramica di di modica antica/centro. la sera tutto illuminato , molto suggestivo. la vista dei due duomi di modica: San Giorgio e San Pietro la colazione

• SUNG HEE (10/5): - 야경 사진 스팟 위치보다도 더 위에 위치해있습니다. 뷰가 미쳤음. 차가 없으면 가기 힘들지만 주차 편합니다. 주인 할모니랑 남자분도 넘나 친절하세요. 싱글룸은 혼자 지내기 모자람이 없음. 덩치가 크다면 침대가 좀 작을 수도 있습니다. 조식이 너무너무너무 맛있어요. 아주 든든하게 먹고 나갈 수 있습니다. 예쁘고 맛있어요. 조식 먹고 밖에 앉아서 커피 한 잔도 하세요. 뷰가 다했어요. 라구사에서도 지냈는데 개인적으로 모디카를 더 추천합니다. 없습니다.

Toast mit Käse und Schinken für diejenigen, die auch kein Süßgebäck zum Frühstück mögen und der Cappuccino war einfach herrlich! Eine Steckdose mehr wäre super und es ist schon sehr hellhörig. Mein Nachbar hat geschnarcht, das habe ich leider sehr deutlich gehört

• Martin (9/5): Ubytování s nádherným výhledem na město Modica a skvělou domácí snídaní - Ubytování s terasou s neskutečným výhledem. Při návštěvě města Modica jsme si nemohli vybrat lepší ubytování. Ubytování je v domě na skále naproti historickému centru města. V domě nás přivítala velmi milá paní majitelka. Je to kouzelná dáma, která se o dům i hosty stará s láskou a péčí. Pokoj i dům je zařízený a vyzdobený tak, že stylem přesně koresponduje s městem, ve kterém se nachází. Vše je perfektně čisté. V koupelně nechybí bělostné osušky a toaletní potřeby. U pokoje je terasa s výhledem, který vás prostě ohromí. Člověk by tam mohl sedět celý den. Ráno paní majitelka připravuje opravdu domácí snídaně. Upekla nám výborné brownies, citrónový koláč a croissanty, namazala sendviče, na stole nechyběly jogurty a ovoce. Jedinou potíž jsme měli při první cestě na ubytování, kdy nás navigace posílala neustále kolem dokola hřbitova, po hrbaté a úzké cestě. Pokud tedy dojedete ke hřbitovu, otočte se a jeďte pryč, tudy k ubytování cesta nevede. Píšu to proto, že podle recenzí nejme sami, kdo při hledání ubytování bloudil. Cestu k ubytování jsme nakonec našli podle polohy ubytování na Google maps. Ubytování je hned vedle Chiesa di Santa Maria dell'Itria a vede k němu pohodlná cesta od vyhlídky na město Vista Panoramica.

Хозяйка нас встретила все рассказала и показала. Главное ещё это парковка . Парковка бесплатная и рядом с отелем. До города пешком 15 минут . Но ждите множество ступенек и долгий спуск, но оно того стоит . Все очень понравилось. Спасибо за все) Ступеньки в низ когда идёшь в город . Это долгая дорога в центр .Но в отеле все супер

La colazione è stata abbondante e ottima. Preparata dalla proprietaria della struttura. Parcheggio di fronte al B&b a disposizione solo degli ospiti. A 5 minuti di auto dal centro storico. Ottima comunicazione.

• Andreas (8/5): schönes B&B an Rande von Modica - Kleines, einfaches aber sauberes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf den Ort. Umfangreiches Frühstück mit tollen selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Bequemes Bett, ruhige Lage. Bedauerlicherweise vom Einzelzimmer kein Zugang zum Balkon mit dem schönen Ausblick. Leider keine Antwort auf gesendete Nachrichten bei Booking. Da das GPS mich nicht richtig zu dem Haus geführt hat, wäre eine schnelle Antwort hilfreich gewesen, da auch die bei Booking angegebene Telefonnummer nur zu einer Ansage führte, dass die Nummer falsch ist.

• Giuseppina (9/5): - Dalla struttura si gode di una bella vista sulla città, ma per visitare Modica è necessario usare l’auto, anche se il tragitto è breve. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile. Prepara personalmente le torte che offre a colazione. Il parcheggio è proprio davanti alla struttura.

• Andrea (9/5): Fantastic location and good value for money - kind host - The B&B is located on the hillside above Modica Old Town, so the views are pretty stunning from the area. The host is very kind and accomodating, I was about to check in earlier than expected. Car park in front of the building is pretty handy, and you can drive to the old town in around 5 minutes. Strategic location if you want to drive to the surrounding areas, Scicli, Ragusa. Beaches and coast is pretty close drive as well. Single room was efficient, tidy. Breakfast well stocked. Nothing really, just be aware that the place is quite high. Walking down using the small staircases is feasible and it takes approximately 15 mins, going up longer. Just be aware of Modica's set-up.
• Michelle (9/5): incredicle view, great stay, best value for money - The view is absolutely amazing. We even got upgraded to a bigger room with a better view. Make sure you book a room with a balcony. Very clean, parking right in front of the building, generous homemade breakfast. Feels like you‘re eating at your lovely grandma‘s house. Make sure you get there by car and use google maps (we first got lead to a wrong location), it‘s quite remote. Unfortunately there is no self-check-in (apparently there are some new governmental regulations regarding lock boxes) - maybe an electronic pin code lock would fix that problem
