- Chief (10/5): Pleasant Place - The place is in Sandton, just an 8 minute drive to Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square Malls. It's close to the M1/N1 where you can easily drive anywhere im the city. It's in a gated and secure community. The staff were nice and helpful and the experience was pleasant.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not the best option - While the staff did try to address the issues, the room was in terrible condition with holes in the roof. No fan or air con and a single oil fin heater in the corner. The TV only had SABC channels. The "restaurant" was closed and there wasn't even a private bathroom. The shared bathroom was in equally poor state and the shower was even worse. As I said the team offered to assist and even assisted in getting dinner but even with this, the stay was sub optimal.
- Phumzile Beauty (2/5): - The room has no airconditioner/heater. Bed is broken, no towels in the room. Bathroom and toilet is not inside the room. You have to share toilet and bathroom with other guests. No DSTV. No bathing soap, lotion, shower gels ect in the bathroom. Room was very small.No proper gadern outside to sit and relax. The place is far away from Sandton City, it is not in the heart of Sandton. Wifi is not properly functioning. Breakfast is not included you have to pay extra money for breakfast seperately.
