- Mark (10/5): - Lovely quiet spot in the country. Fantastic breakfast spread of home baked bread, muffins, crossaints, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Would highly recommend for someone who wants to get away from it all.
- Steven (10/5): Thanks for a great stay - Perfect for a weekend away with our little cat. Our dietary requirements were accommodated too Would have liked wifi
- Hironobu (10/5): - The place was very clean and comfortable. It is located at very peaceful place, and great place to enjoy weekend escape. The garden was properly fenced, and our dog could run around without problems. The owner was very nice, and the homemade bread for breakfast was excellent. Just the kitchen was small. But that was expected and we were reay forr it, so not an issue for us.

- Jacqueline (10/5): Cute, comfortable and private cottage. - The cottage was on the owners property but accessed by a different driveway so very private. The owner gave us plenty of breakfast provisions including homemade bread, croissants, cereals, jams, yoghurts, a big fruit salad and plenty of full fat and light milk plus juices. Exceeded expectations.
- Emma (9/5): Relaxing getaway - Lovely cottage, great location near Healesville and the Yarra Valley. The animals are gorgeous and friendly, would stay here again.

- Rain (10/5): - Everything about Honeyeater Cottage is wonderful!
The location is private and secluded enough to feel like a gorgeous country escape, but it's still only a 10 minute drive into town to get supplies or dinner.
Sandra is such a great host and really makes you feel welcome. I felt like I was at home almost immediately.
It is a great location to base yourself in if you want to go out and see the surrounding area, we had such an easy time getting to all the places we wanted to visit.
The cottage itself is lovely and homely. It had everything we needed and the fire and homemade muffins were the sweetest touch!
I couldn't recommend this place enough to visit. Sandra really has mastered the art of the BnB.

- Haylea (10/5): Perfect weekend getaway amongst the countryside! - We absolutely adored our weekend at Sandra's cottage! It was the perfect getaway amongst the countryside. The cottage was so cute and felt very homely. We LOVED Sandra's homemade sourdough bread and muffins. The provided breakfast was perfect! We enjoyed meeting all of their gorgeous rescue animals- including two ponies who loved pats. Our doggies loved their stay too! The fence was super secure so we didn't need to stress.
We'll be back for sure!

Lovely personal touches including fresh baked bread which we greatly enjoyed throughout the stay. Loved being able to watch the farm animals on the property. Often ate and relaxed on the balcony. Close to many good bushwalks.

- Claire (10/5): A Perfect Bed and Breakfast getaway. - Honey Eater cottage was absolutely delightful.
The room was so cosy and beautifully appointed right down to special treats of home made bread and muffins. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our Border Collie who really loved exploring and seeing the animals especially the pony’s who came up to the fence each morning.
The views from the balcony were wonderful. We do look forward to returning. No complaints. Everything was lovely.
- Siu (10/5): Lovely Cottage next to a Farm - Sandra is an excellent hostess. She knew that we would arrive late so gave us all sort of advices beforehand (eg beware of small animals on the road). We felt so warm when we found home made muffins waiting for us in the room after a long drive in the dark.
The cottage is very comfortable with lovely decoration. We also enjoyed hanging around in Sandra's farm, feeding the ponies, goats and alpacas. Nothing with the accommodation itself. Just that as it is located in rural area, should avoid arriving at the cottage at night.
- Mathilda (10/5): Lovely place with a great view. - A nice and neat cottage with a lovely host, Sandra. Plenty of farm animals. The ponies would also respond to your greeting. The location is centre to everywhere, Seville, Healsville and everything. 10 minutes drive to the closest town. Sandra provided us breakfast with sourdough bread, croissants, milk, juice and condiments. She is also very welcoming and provides assistance when needed. We would love to go back again. We could not think of any to be honest.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Honeyeater Cottage had everything needed for a great stay, with very friendly hosts. There was plenty of heating to keep warm with the heat pump or the wood-fire. There is a small but well equipped kitchen with breakfast provisions, and very comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom area. The cottage was easy to find, good parking and was amazing to interact with the little herd of goats over the fence. Loved this place and will stay again if in the area!
