- Anna (9/5): An extremely friendly and charming hotel. - Everything. It was quite classy, but the nicest thing where the people who are there some of them spoke related to English and were very helpful. Even the ones who didn’t speak so well, would do their best to help you. Everybody was really personable and polite. That was a place for people to eat their meals and to hit them up. There was free coffee available to everybody. It might’ve been a little out of the way to some attractions and I spent more than I would’ve wanted to, but maybe their prices were higher that I expected because of the golden week.

- edgykay (10/5): Great common area - Spacious common area with plenty of seats. Complimentary coffee. The bed in the capsule was nice and cozy. Shower was strong and the water temperature was easy to adjust. 24 hours laundry. I'm lucky that the guests in the dorm were respectful and quiet. 10 min walk to the Hakata station. The staff speaks English well. No pyjamas provided. The locker is a bit small.
- YASUKO (6/5): 空港に近く便利。楽しみの一つとして過ごせばnice だと思います。 - ロケーションが良かった。スタッフの対応も良くロビーも過ごしやすかった。また シャワールームはとても快適で清潔でした。 この様なタイプのホテルは初めてで、二段ベッドの10以上の相部屋だったので仕方ないですが、とても気を使いました。バッグやカバンのファスナーの開け閉めをするのに苦労しました。ベッドも狭いうえにリュックとバッグを足元や背中に寄せて寝たので疲れました。

- Tanabe (8/5): また利用します - 初めて利用しました。 清潔感のがあってコスパも良いです。 現地で朝食付きに+1000円で追加してもらいました。朝食は近くのカフェでサンドとドリンクが選べる仕様になってます。 ホテル一階にコーヒーと水のフリードリンクコーナーやキッチンもあるので、次泊まる際には買ってきて食べてもいいかなとも思いました。 コインパーキングも近くにあります。 シーツもパリッとしてました。シャワー室の脱衣所スペースが広いけど、宿泊者に対してシャワー室と洗面所の数が少ないので、朝の時間帯は混み合います。 海外の方が比較的多い印象で、ヤーマンのドライヤーが凄く良い‼︎と気に入られていました。 トイレスペースは凄く狭いので一階のトイレの方が使いやすいです。朝混雑時はメイクだけするなら一階のトイレのメイクスペースでも良いかもしれないです。 ２段ベッドの上の段の梯子での登り降りは、45過ぎの寝起きのカラダには結構堪えます…。 次回利用する時は出来れば下段を希望しようかと思います。
- Chiyoru (10/5): - 位置部分絕佳，不需要太多時間就可以走到博多車站，並且位置好記憶，只要走過公園就可以馬上看到飯店的位置；附近也有許多好吃的美食，包含總是有人在排隊的一雙拉麵，以及品質一流的前田屋牛雜鍋。 服務人員的部分，必須先很不情願地提及日本的服務品質逐漸偏向務實與效率，但是這間旅館的服務人員會讓人回想起早期友善且效率仍然一流的服務品質（特別感謝友善的斯里蘭卡籍接待人員！） 此外飯店一樓備妥許多旅行者必要的盥洗物品，甚至也包含痠痛貼布（請旅客們維持水準，這是共用的，不是全給你備用或囤貨的） 如果下次有機會再到福岡，除非訂不到，不然幾乎肯定他會是我的首選。 （想去看棒球也是很方便的位置，我想去看日本職棒！！）

Clean, comfortable, well equipped (with free tea / coffee and small amenities for guests and coin operated laundry facilities) and well organised. Breakfast is at a small cafe down the road and is very good. Only 10 min walk from Hakata station and it's even possible to walk to / from the airport. Quiet location, friendly helpful staff who generally speak good English. Can recommend.

- akiko (9/5): 満足でした。次回も利用したいです。 - 博多駅からも、福岡空港からの地下鉄中恵比駅からも徒歩10分以内の距離にあり、周囲にある飲食店やカフェもいくつかあり、イラスト入りのマップもホテルで用意されていて、食事には困らなかったです。 口コミ通り部屋が広く、スーツケースを2人で広げても余裕がある部屋でした。 シャワーの水量が少ないのと、お湯の温度も低めでした。しかし、燃料が高騰している昨今なので、リーズナブルの部屋である事なので、このぐらいはいいかなとも感じています。

Hay una zona común con microondas y cocina, así como otra con lavadoras y secadoras. En recepción hablan inglés perfecto y el servicio es inmejorable. Hubo un pequeño error a la hora de cobrarme las tasas municipales y me avisaron ellos mismos en cuanto me volvieron a ver para devolverme el sobrecoste, muy amables y profesionales. Un poco más lejos de la estación de Hakata de lo que pensaba, unos 20 minutos andando.

Bei der Übernachtung im Frauenschlafsaal war ein kleines Frühstück in einem benachbarten Café dabei - ein Sandwich und ein Getränk zur Auswahl. Die Toiletten sind ein bisschen end und irgendwann am Vormittag waren sie auch nicht mehr so sauber und rochen unsngenehm

- Alicja Urszula (8/5): Convenient and value for money hostel in Hakata city center - The staff were lovely and the lockers being in the same room as the bed was very convenient. The hostel is only 10 minutes on foot from Hakata station, so it’s a great location, and the cafe which provides breakfast had some of the most delicious sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. The bed and pillow were both very hard. Also the ladder made me feel like I was going to fall to my death every time I used it to get up to or down from my top bunk.

The room was spacious, with a double bunk bed and a well-equipped bathroom. Service was thoughtful and customer-focused—they provided fresh towels, toothbrushes, and water outside our door even though we didn’t request housekeeping. Overall, great value for money. some inconsistency among the reception staff. While some were warm and attentive, others seemed less engaged, possibly due to language barriers.

- youyucat (8/5): - 博多駅から徒歩圏内で道中にそこそこお店もあるので飲み歩きの拠点にちょうどいい感じ。ホステルとしてはやや広めなベッドサイズで枕元に照明のスイッチやコンセントがあるので快適。足元側の壁にハンガーも設置されていて行き届いているなあという印象。宿泊費にタオルが含まれていることやフロント横で必要なアメニティを選べること、1Fで蓋つき紙カップと共にお水、紅茶、コーヒーが無料提供されていることなども地味に助かる。女性用バスルームに設置されているドライヤーはヤーマン。わたしは自宅でも愛用しているのである意味面白味はないけど、軽くて乾きが早いのでリファよりいいと思うｗ 広くて明るい共有スペースにオープンキッチンもあるので長期滞在にもマッチしそう。価格次第だけど機会があればリピートすると思う。 外廊下かつ常に日陰なので、部屋とバスルームやトイレへの行き来が寒かった。

- A-mama (4/5): - きれいな施設ですが、ふたを開けるとガッカリ。 スタッフの対応は、このクラスのホテルではありえないぐらい素晴らしい。 まず、駅から遠い。近くにコンビニさえない。 レンタル自転車があるという理由で、立地は悪いがここに決めた。 『1日1000円、デポジット2000円』と言われて借りたら、あとになって今日の23時までという。翌日は朝でさえ使えない。通常レンタカーなら借りた時間から丸一日といえば翌日同時間まで。せめてチェックアウトまででしょう？ 当初と話がちがうと言うと、責任者の指示なのかレンタル時の同意書に小さな文字で時間が記載されていると見せられる。…ふざけてますか？ こんなもん読みますか？口頭では1日と聞きましたけど？実に不愉快な体験でした。 数時間しかレンタルできないなら、こんな使いづらいチャリなんか借りなかった。というか、このホテルを選ばなかった。 博多には安いレンタルサイクルがたくさんあるのに。。。このトラブルで、博多ステイのプランがめちゃくちゃになりました。 自転車は見た目はいいけど、安定感なし、ぐらぐら、チェーンにズボンの裾が巻き込まれる。カゴに荷物を入れると自転車が倒れそうになるという、ほぼおもちゃ。 自転車に慣れていない人にはオススメしません。 ３月の宿泊でしたが、マンション構造なので、部屋に廊下のからの外気が入ってきて、とにかく激寒。エアコンもきかないから、部屋のなかでダウンが必要。 スペースはせまく、ベッドまわりに水1本を置くスペースさえなく、マットレススペースのみ。不便。 なので、夜中にもロッカー開け閉めする音で何度も目が覚める。 1フロアに女性用洗面台4つ。 なのでChが占拠していて、いつも使えない。ティッシュは常に空だぽ。 使用後は髪の毛とごみだらけ。 こらは客層の問題でホテルは悪くない。 スタッフさんの対応は素晴らしいけど、、それ以外は価値なし。 運営は頑張ってるが、経営が客目線無視。 もちろん5つ星と比べるとこはできないが、私もホテル業界の人間なので、 この程度のホステルはいくらでもあるので、快適に過ごしたいなら、もっと立地のいい他のホステルを選んだ方がいいです。

- Dagmara (10/5): - I stayed in a dorm. It was clean, quiet and warm, considering it was really cold outside. The dorms have access to great bathroom facilities. There is great lobby/common area where you can work or eat. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and lovely to talk to.

- Laura (10/5): - L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel super. Très bon emplacement Je pense qu’il n’y as pas assez de machine à laver pour tous le monde. J’ai attendu presque 1h pour pouvoir faire sécher mon linge après la machine car les personnes ne venaient pas récupérer leur linge.

- baika (8/5): おしゃれな宿泊。一人旅にぴったり - アメニティが充実していました。 食事を持ち込んで食べれる空間があり、コーヒー、水を飲めるのが良かったです。 駅からも近いですね。お値段もリーズナブルで使いやすいです。 四人部屋でしたが、布団が四人分を敷くにはきついですね。重なってしまい、荷物は玄関付近に置くようになってしまいました。部屋の狭さが唯一の問題だと思いました。

- Elodie (8/5): Endroit convivial et bon confort. - L’équipe est à l’écoute. Convivial. J’étais en dortoir au début du mois de mars. L’accès aux toilettes et à la salle de bain sont dans le couloir qui donne sur l’extérieur bien que ce soit couvert. Donc pendant les nuits fraîches, il fait froid quand on passe du dortoir à ces deux pièces.
- Jenny (10/5): Parfait - Très belle hostel! Les chambres étaient bien équipées, propre et le lit est confortable et spacieux. La salle de bain commune était également très propre et agréable (avec sèche cheveux à disposition). Le personnel était très gentil et il y a plusieurs espaces où lire, se reposer, faire la cuisine, manger, ce qui est un vrai plus et donne une ambiance chaleureuse. Il se situe à 10 min à pied de la gare Parfait
