• Heike (6/5): Wer es einfach mag ohne viel Extra s ist dort genau richtig. - Die Familie, denen die Unterkunft gehört, ist sehr lieb. Der Strand war fußläufig in ca 3 Min. Aber auch die Geschäfte waren 3 Min entfernt. Schön war die Lage der Unterkunft, da sie in einer Seitenstraße ist. Somit hat man den ganzen Trubel auf der Straße oder am Strand, nachts nicht so mitbekommen. Leider war das Internet nicht gut.
• Marita (10/5): - Värdarna var jättesnälla, en fantastisk familj. Dom tog hand om oss på bästa sett. Väldigt härlig trädgård, alltid rent och fint. Nära till havet, några km att gå till centrum. Det fanns även mycket shopping nära My Home guest house. Lång fin strandpromenad.
• ATIL (8/5): - This is a modest Guest House in Durres, which is a small beach town one hour west of Tirana and the airport TIA. The owners are a retired couple who live downstairs the property. There is a language problem for the couple but their daughter comes to the rescue. They are all very friendly and helpful. Of course, there is no daily housecleaning service as in a hotel but they ask you if you need anything. The area is safe with a few restaurants and mainly luxury hotels. The beach is only three-minute walk away. There is a boardwalk by the beach that people walk all the time with cafes and all.
• Guillermo (10/5): - The property is excellent, the location is great near the old town and 1 block from beaches. All the owners are great and try to solve any issue. Is highly appreciated the central garden with hammocks and the balconies ideal for resting in a hot day

Organised us a taxi from airport and got to tge lpdge safely no problems checking in location very good few mins walk to the beach and acess to shops and restaurants taxis all over a perfect lo ation Tge staff need to learn more of english as they will be hosting people from all walks of life and english is mostly a universal language. They need to check up on cleaning rooms daily to change towels and empty bins. They never set foot to clean on the 5 days we were in the towels we had on arrival were never changed xouldnt get cleaning equipment like brooms and mops since we had to do it on our own

Bed: Very comfortable and very clean. Wi-Fi: never had any problem, very good. Tv: local Albanian channels/ YouTube available Fridge in the room- clean and working perfectly. BATHROOM: Very clean, water cold and hot- Perfect. AREA: Lovely patio/garden where you can relax and enjoy your staying. Very close Beach (approx 2 min walking crossing the street), plenty of local shops and restaurant. PRICE: Affordable, good value for what you get. • Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Near to shops, restaurants, bus station and only one minute to the beach by walk. A/C and fridge in the room. Kitchen and own balcony. The family is very friendly, polite and helpful. We had a wonderful time spent in their house.

• Jerker Bo Staffan (8/5): - Trevlig och vänlig personal med lättillgängöig service Vi börjar med det negativa då det positiva var övervägande. -Ej daglig städning i rummet. Vi var där i 10 dygn och första veckan fick vi be om toapapper och sedan lämnades det dagligen. Ägaren mötte upp varje morgonochkolla läget. inget städ eller bäddade. Det gjorde vi själva. Vi frågade om städprod och hänvisades till supermarket. Man måste fråga om det mesta då det ex var otydligt ex lämna tvätt. Tvättservice innebär inte egen tvättmaskin eller delad utan kostar 5 euro och då torktumlas alla kläder (!) och luktade mycket illa. Tyvärr var ägaren bortrest och mamman kunde ej engelska vilket var ett minus vid ankomst. Dock var hon väldigt trevlig och gulig och gjorde sitt bästa. Bilderna på rummet gjorde sig inte rättvisa. Något trångt med en extrasäng ex. Det står att finns pool och privat strand. Inget stämmer men bara 80 m till stranden där vi rekommenderar att gå till höger där stranden slutar om man vill ha lugn balkong fanns vilket vi inte visste. Kyl precis utanför deluxerummet. Smidig upphämtning vid transfer tor mitt i natten. Snabb in- och utcheck Rekommenderar att kontakta dem via whatsapp då ägaren svarar dygnet runt och är mycket trevlig, glad och hjälpsam. Hennes mamma och pappa var supergulliga och deras son likaså och frågade om han kunde hjälpa till med något. Smidigt med vattenslang vid ingång men såg vi ej förrän sista dagarna😊 obefintligt wifi-katastrof. Helt ok sängar o toa/dus

She was very helpful, kind and super welcoming- :) She walked an extra mile and got me a private bathroom (I was supposed to have a shared one) which I really appreciated ! The single beds were very hard (seems to be a thing in Albania). There was an outside light on all night outside the window and the curtains were not thick enough to block out. We didn't like Durres as a location the beach wasn't great (we'd come from Ksamil which is lovely), Only 30 mins to the airport so was a convenient location for that, we just spent the last night there before flying home.
• Hanne (10/5): Good location near the beach and friendly staff - Fantastic stay just outside Durres. 20 min walk from town or 5 min bus ride. My home guest house is family ran and you will feel the warmth and hospitality from all family members. Every single one of them ensured we had everything we needed and more during our stay. The beach is a 2 min walk away and you have everything you need close by (restaurants, grocery store, and of course, coffee shops!) The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Would highly recommend my home guest house for your stay in Durres.

THE OWNER GOT TO KNOW,ALSO IN A LETTER,BUT DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. THEN i FOUND SPYCAMERAS IN THE ROOM AND WANTED A EXPLANATION,BUT NO !

Location was great close to the night markets but not in heart of everything (so at night you could actually sleep) and the journey to beach takes maximum 3 minutes. Perfect place!
