- SarahRsi (5/5): Budget hotel - Decent value for money as this is a budget hotel. Staff was overall absolutely lovely and ready to help. As it is a budget hotel, one should not expect anything fancy. In my opinion, breakfast should be improved, no need for many options but at least 1 or 2 (very) fresh options in a clean setting.

- Onuche (3/5): Great for location but facility is subpar - The location was great. Accessible for my purpose of visit. The food price was fair, compared to other hotels, and the food was great. The breakfast consisted of either two sandwiches or plantains and eggs. One couldn't have both. No vegetarian options. It was not a buffet. No other options. If you need more than one portion of eggs, you have to pay. I think it was too poor for the room price. My room had very poor internet reception. Kept disconnecting after every 2 minutes. I had to eventually use my personal internet. The restaurant number given was not working. I had to guess my way through. The room was poorly lit, so I had to open the curtains and risked being seen by people outside. General staff morale was low. Hardworking but unhappy faces.

Floor tiles in the room I stayed seemed not properly laid, with depressed areas. bathroom door strikes the floor thus can't close. The main door lock mechanism scrubbing against the wall.

The breakfast was sub-standard - very limited options - and even that was measured out dormitory-style by kitchen staff. The hotel internet did not work for the duration of my stay, making that a repeat of my first visit.
