• Cedric (10/5): Trop court pour un endroit où l ont se sent chez soi. - La proximité du souk de Marrakech, la piscine pour se rafraîchir mais chauffé température parfaite de l eau. La chambre parfaite nous avons été en surclassement et vraiment bien équipé propre. La terrasse sur le toit offre des moments de détente après une longue journée. La possibilité de confier le transfert taxi aéroport pour un prix correct. Une équipe formidable souriante, et toujours disponible. Un merci tout particulièrement à Sofia pour les magnifiques petit déjeuné servi sur la terrasse au top merci encore Sofia. Vraiment une belle équipe ont se sentirais presque en famille. Merci à Oussama et toute son équipe. Merci aussi à Erwan pour nous avoir fais découvrir ce magnifique Riad aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Que dire que c est juste une excellente découverte positive.

Apart of the fact it is a beautiful place that is located close to the Medina and souk, it offers peace and quiet away from the hassle and bustle of the city. The Team at Riad is simply Amazing - people are kind, always smiling and ready to help. They speak fluent French and English. Rooms are very clean, the food is great with generous breakfast served in the morning. The roof terrace is amazing - whether you want to sunbathe or simply just relax. Highly recommended.

• Hillary (10/5): Wonderful stay at Riad Tibibt - My best friend and I had an amazing 3 nights at Riad Tibibt. We were in the twin room which was well appointed and very clean. The beds here were very comfortable. This Riad has so many little nooks and crannies to sit and enjoy your stay. This Riad was walkable to basically everything you want to see in Marrakesh and it’s completely safe! We were two female travellers and were often returning to the Riad late at night and felt very safe. Breakfast was amazing each morning and the service here feels so personalized. ALL of the staff were so welcoming and helpful and made us feel like we were family at this Riad. The heated pool was the highlight for us! It’s in a beautiful courtyard area and I looked at hundreds of Riads in Marrakesh and it’s very hard to find any with a heated pool (a necessity if visiting during the winter months) They also had a beautiful rooftop terrace.

• Manon (10/5): Petit coin de paradis - Pour finaliser notre séjour à Marrakech sur une note axée sur la détente et le calme, nous n’avons pas regretté un instant d’avoir choisi ce Riad. L’endroit en soit est magnifique, très bien situé et nous avons été particulièrement bien reçus. Nous vous recommandons de profiter du hammam et des massages, ainsi que du restaurant qui est délicieux. Nous avons passé un excellent moment, merci au personnel du Riad qui a été particulièrement aux petits soins pour que nous puissions nous reposer complètement !

No info anywhere about riad history , excursions or trips , nearby restaurants etc (v necessary for first visit to the city ! ) rooms do NOT. have private balconies and there is no bar . Tucked away and a good 20 min walk to most places !

La struttura è davvero caratteristica, con un’atmosfera autentica che ti fa sentire immerso nel luogo, e i letti sono molto comodi, perfetti per riposarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Saeed è estremamente gentile e disponibile, così come tutto lo staff, sempre pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso. Tra gli aspetti negativi, bisogna considerare che trovandosi nella medina, la sera è necessario fare un po’ di attenzione perché molte persone cercano di approfittarsene. Inoltre, un punto decisamente migliorabile è l’assenza di chiavi per chiudere le camere.

• Marco (8/5): Perfetto Relax in Medina - Il personale è stato veramente perfetto, colazione ottima! Il posto è incantevole, comoda la posizione. La camera era super confortevole e spaziosa! TOP! Non è negativo, ma strano il fatto di essere senza chiavi e avere poca privacy tra bagno e camera da letto.

• Barbaric (10/5): Excellent - Our stay at this riad was absolutely excellent. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you might need. The airport transfer was especially helpful for us. On arrival, the host met us at the entrance of the medina and personally guided us to the riad. This made a huge difference because the medina can be quite confusing, especially on the first day when you’re not familiar with it. Thanks to them, we didn’t have to wander around looking for the riad, which could easily be a bit stressful after a long trip. Breakfast was also excellent – fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. Overall, everything was amazing and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting!

Te hacen sentirte como en casa y seguros. contratamos la recogida en taxi con ellos y nos acompañaron al llegar y al marchar, y se agradece en mi caso, pues al llegar.....el ambiente es muy diferente al nuestro, pero especial. Me gusto todo, pues si fuera aquí en España diría el entorno, pero allí es lo típico de Marrakech adentrarte en las callejuelas y laberintos de la Medina y hay que vivirlo. Recomendable 100%

Abbiamo richiesto il prelievo in aereoporto, servizio molto utile che ci ha portato a 3 minuti dal riad dove una persona dello staff è venuta a riscontrarci (stessa cosa al ritorno). Lo staff è sempre cordiale e sorridente. La colazione è buona e abbondante e qualche piatto varia anche di giorno in giorno. Una sera abbiamo anche cenato nel riad con una tajine che era davvero buona. Oussama è un ottimo host. Il riad è a 15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e vicino a punti strategici per pickup di eventuali escursioni

Encore merci Seul bémol, la cuisine... pour le double du prix de dehors, c est vraiment pas top. 14 euros et 45 min d attente pour une pauvre cuisse de poulet au citron, toute petite meme pas une olive ou un bout de pomme de terre... le staff s est excusé en m offrant une salade qui ne m interessait pas du tout... trés gentil mais ne changeant en rien la qualité du repas. vu les restaurants încroyables à 5 min qui pour 6/8 euros font de superbes repas, n essayez pas de manger sur place, vous serez forcement déçu.

• Brenda (3/5): The hotel was overbooked and I didn't have a chance to experience it. - The hotel looked very nice, but we didn't even have a chance to stay a night in the hotel, though the manager did find a place to accommodate us that night. When my friend and I arrived at the hotel in the evening on our first day in Morocco, we were told that it was overbooked and there was no room for us. The manager suggested that we cancel our booking, but we were tourists and had nowhere to go at that late hour. Then he took us to a small hotel with much lower standards. We paid the price for a king-size bed, but slept on a narrow full-size bed. Of course, we were very disappointment about it.

• Andrea Simone (9/5): Consigliato - Posto molto curato, staff gentile e accogliente, disponibilissimo! Tutto come descritto. La cucina eccezionale, ci sono venuti incontro ad alcune nostre esigenze. Terrazza e spazi comuni, tra cui la piscina, assolutamente di livello. Potrebbero dare qualche consiglio in più su Marrakech e il circondario, la strada per arrivare al riad, un po' tortuosa, senza mai essere però pericoloso (non abbiamo mai avuto paura).

• Tracey (10/5): Paradise in the Medina - The riad is beautiful, comfortable, scrupulously clean, and very well located in the heart of Marrakech's Medina. The food is spectacular -- among the best breakfasts we've ever had. Most importantly, though, are the staff. The people at Riad Tibibt absolutely bend over backwards for you, going well above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate anything you need. My highest recommendation. The only remotely negative thing I have to say is that the cleaning staff are so thorough that they move things off every surface to clean and put away anything you leave out on the bed. Please be aware that cars cannot enter the area, and you (and your luggage) will need to walk through winding streets to get to and from the riad. However, the spectacular staff will help you and your luggage both.
• Christoph (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Tibibt war wirklich wunderbar! Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Beim ersten Mal ist das Riad etwas schwer zu finden – mit etwas Hilfe klappt es aber problemlos. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 🌸
• Cinzia (10/5): Mycket nöjd - Fantastiskt fin och lugn Riad ! Fanns ingenting att klaga på förutom många bin i trädgården samt på terrassen där frukosten skulle avnjutas. Personalen var dock hjälpsam att hitta alternativ till sittplatser inomhus
• Christine (9/5): - Sehr nettes Personal, habe uns nachts mit einem Handkarren vom Taxi abgeholt und unsere Fahrradboxen zum Riad transportiert. Die Fahrräder wurden sicher verstaut, vielen Dank! Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Haus mit gutem Frühstück und super sauberen Zimmern. Es ist wie in vielen anderen Riads etwas hellhörig, vor allen wenn andere Gäste nachts keine Rücksicht nehmen.
• Daniel (8/5): Endroit calme et reposant au milieu de la Medina - Le calme du Riad bienvenu après les visites dans la ville animée Femmes employées au service du déjeuner et du nettoyage très attentives à prendre soin de tout. Problème d' eau chaude avec 3 jours de douches froides . Probablement dû à un défaut technique mais malgré tout pas vraiment agréable. Interrupteur pour l Électricité défectueux

• Chloe (10/5): Wonderful riad and incredible service - The Riad and the staff are absolutely incredible! If I could give more stars for the level of service we received I would. The only downside for us was the location. It was quite difficult to find when we first arrived (for some reason it took me somewhere different when I typed it on my Apple Maps) and we felt quite unsafe navigating those alleys to get to it at night. The mint tea and slice of cake upon our arrival was a wonderful touch and a much needed treat after a hectic journey! The breakfast was also amazing. My only wish was that there was a ‘to-go’ breakfast option as we had to leave early for a trip one morning.

• Martina (10/5): STUPENDO - La struttura è semplicemente MERAVIGLIOSA!! E lo dico davvero, vado a Marrakech dal 2008 ogni anno e non ho mai alloggiato 2 volte nella stessa struttura, ma dopo aver visto questo Riad sono certa che ripeterò e spero presto, ogni dettaglio è curato al massimo, l’eleganza, lo stile, le stanze amplie e estremamente accoglienti con un letto comodissimo ed una piscina da togliere il fiato, per non parlare dello staff, tutti assolutamente stupendi, gentili, cordiali, sempre sorridenti e non trattando il cliente come solo una transazione economica. Una delle cose poi che più mi ha emozionato è stato vedere come anche gli animali sono parte integrante dello staff, dai pesciolini rossi che rilassano la vista durante le meravigliose colazioni alla tartaruga e gattina che fanno compagnia e che regalano la possibilità di ricevere e donare tante coccole che fanno bene al cuore. Personalmente,ritengo che tutti i Riad dovrebbero accogliere e adottare un paio dei tanti meravigliosi gattini presenti nella città, sono parte del Marocco. Non posso che essere grata per aver avuto la possibilità di aver passato una vacanza così bella in un luogo tanto speciale. Se proprio devo trovare una nota debole alla struttura, considero che sia solo la terrazza. Si vede oggettivamente meno curata rispetto all’intera struttura, e i lettini prendi sole erano un po’ sporchi e sotto una struttura che non permetteva di prendere comodamente il sole, inoltre la struttura è leggermente un po’ spostata dal centro del suq ma parliamo davvero di una distanza minima, in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge perfettamente.
• Bérénice (9/5): - Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au Riad Tibibt avec mon conjoint. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire et beaucoup de chaleur par toute l’équipe. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours disponible, réactif et à l’écoute, ce qui a rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable et reposant. La chambre était très confortable, toujours propre, bien rangée et soigneusement nettoyée chaque jour, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour en toute tranquillité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’attention portée aux détails et la volonté constante de répondre à chacune de nos demandes avec rapidité et gentillesse. Au-delà de la qualité des services, ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c’est l’atmosphère conviviale et chaleureuse qui règne dans ce riad. On s’y sent immédiatement bien, presque comme à la maison, mais avec le charme et l’authenticité de Marrakech en plus. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et une seule envie c’est de revenir ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter le Riad Tibibt à tous ceux qui cherchent à vivre une expérience authentique, reposante et entourée d’un personnel aussi attentif qu’adorable. Bérénice et Ayoub
• Stephany (9/5): Insgesamt eine sehr schöne und freundliche Unterkunft für eine kurze Städtereise. - Sehr schönes Riad inmitten der Medina. Eine Oase der Ruhe, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück hätte ein klein wenig abwechslungsreicher gewesen sein können, zB mit mehr Früchten, Gemüse oder Cerialien.

• Thao Mi (9/5): Beautiful Riad with the most kind staff - The pool was nice, the room was clean and the staff was welcoming and always helpful. They even packed us breakfast when we had to leave early for a trip. The staff definitely made the stay. The location is great, right in the Medina(so you have to accept walking with your luggage to/from the Riad). The breakfast was really good and very filling. The water pressure for the shower is weak and it takes a while till hot water comes. The wifi was often too weak, especially in our room, in the top floor, so my phone kept disconnecting. If you stay in the Medina and get picked up /dropped off by car, you have to walk a bit through the alleys, it was 10-15 Minutes to the various pick-up/drop-off locations.

• Maeva (10/5): Incroyable merci à tout le personnel - Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique, le riad est juste incroyable, la piscine est super belle et très rafraîchissante en plein mois d’août. Le responsable ainsi que le personnel sont très accueillant et toujours là en cas de besoin nous les remercions. Le petit déjeuner est super bon. Nous avons eu une chambre juste incroyable avec baignoire, douche, grand lit… Je vous recommande ce riad sans aucune hésitation.
• Irene (9/5): Estancia mágica y relajante - La tranquilidad que había era espectacular, te quedabas super relajado. Es un lugar realmente impresionante, nada más llegar notas sus esencia. El trato del personal fue excelente, te acogen de una manera muy familiar y hacen que tu estancia sea única. La habitación la limpiaban y recogían todos los días. La comida estaba riquísima. El desayuno era abundante, pero no muy saludable, por lo que siempre pedía fruta aparte y la traían troceada y colocada de una manera muy bonita y apetecible, lo agradecí un montón. La ubicación, ya que el primer día que llegamos no encontrábamos el riad. Está en unos callejones que parecen un laberinto, y en una zona un poco apartada, aunque gracias a eso hace que sea un lugar tranquilo y relajante. Antes de llegar, te recomiendo que descargues la aplicación "Maps Me", ya que guía muy bien por esos callejones y Google Maps no, pero la otra lo hace perfectamente. Si la hubiese conocido desde el principio no me hubiese perdido. El desayuno, que aunque fuese abundante no era muy saludable, y me hubiese gustado que tuvieran más opciones sin azúcar. A la hora del desayuno habían unas abejas muy molestas.

Tout a été fixé par la suite avec le manager, très professionnel Attention à bien vérifier la facture, on nous a facturé du thé que nous n’avions jamais commandé

• Cyrille (10/5): Un lieu où le temps est suspendu - Le riad Tibibt est très bien situé au cœur de la médina. Dès qu'on y rentre on est super bien accueilli par toute l'équipe. Tous sont vraiment au petit soin avec nous et ils font en sorte que notre séjour se passe dans de très bonnes conditions. Le petit déjeuner, servi de 8h à 12h ( trop bien pour se reposer le matin) est copieux et très bon. Le jour de notre départà5h du matin Oussama nous avait même fait préparer de quoi manger arrivés à l'aéroport. La petite piscine est la bienvenue pour pouvoir se délasser après les sorties dans la ville très animée. Le temps semble suspendu... et quel calme. Un vrai contraste avec les bruits de la médina. Et que dire de la chambre : spacieuse, très bonne literie. Encore merci à Oussama et à son équipe toujours disponible et accessible de cet accueil si chaleureux. On vous conseille toutefois, au moins pour l'arrivée à Marrakech, de prendre la navette proposée par le riad qui vous amène vers la médina. Le riad se trouvant dans un des nombreux dédales de ruelles de Marrakech, le chauffeur vous guidera jusqu'au riad, ce qui semble indispensable pour éviter de se perdre la 1ère fois
• Jonsen (7/5): Green Oasis - An oasis in the middle old town Madina. A Modern Riad. Staffs were accomodating. 15 minutes walkable to Jemma El Fnna bazaar. Located in a very small alley way with very bad GPS reach. Arrived after 20:00 and almost dark but still able to locate after so many maze-lybirinth walk ways. Many stray cats along the (small) way means unpleasent smell will be expected. First night was checked-in to a room at a nearby building which was very hot and small one. Decided to depart 1 day earlier as the Area has a very poor 5/4G internet coverage. The wifi of the Riad is very good though.
