Disponibili molti servizi quali: centro benessere con personale specializzato, posti auto al coperto, deposito per attrezzatura tecnica, bar e colazione ottima. Personale sempre disponibile a rispondere alle proprie esigenze; ci hanno saputo fornire una esauriente descrizione delle attività presenti sul territorio Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire del ristorante interno per i pranzi/cene in quanto viene attivato solo nel periodo invernale. Sono stati comunque capaci di risolvere il problema rendendosi disponibili a preparare dei panini da asporto per il pranzo.

Giuseppe (9/5): Visita al passo del Tonale - Accoglienza fantastica, dislocato in un punto strategico per chi vuole visitare i principali punti di interesse di passo del Tonale. Inoltre poco distante da Ponte di Legno che è la cittadina di riferimento del posto. Ideale per famiglie e per escursionisti. Al primo piano c'è un'area giochi per bambini ben attrezzata. Avremmo preferito avere il servizio ristorante aperto anche d'estate.

La sala colazione e la reception non sono allo stesso livello delle camere....andrebbero rimodernate, sono comunque molto pulite.

Reception hat uns ein Tisch reserviert. Gut gelegen neben der Passstraße. Unterhalb des Pases, Nacht war ruhig, Motorräder konnten in die Garage gestellt werden. Würde es wieder nehmen. 1 Bild Restaurant 7min weg.

La SPA è piccola ma ben attrezzata e il deposito degli sci pulito e con armadi nuovi ad apertura automatizzata. Le camere sono tutte nuove ed accoglienti con sistema di ingresso in domotica e bagni grandi e nuovi Il ristorante presenta una scelta divertsificata ed i vini sono di classe, Anche ideale per una merenda apres ski data la vicinanza con le piste (50 metri dalla Tonalina e dalla stazione intermedia). Ponte di Legno facilmente raggiungibile in auto in pochi minuti di strada. Da ritornarci con famiglia ed amici.
